Superb concierge and all staffs service. Truly helpful and we really appreciate the outstanding service of all the crew. Big scale hotel in Kobe. A bit date for its 30s years history of the hotel yet very clean and comfortable. Amenities and facilities are really good. Kids playground, indoor golf, gym, Japanese garden, shops, parking, restaurants, and etc. Breakfast buffet also worth the pay. Another plus point is that there is pet hotel in the area outside main building. Location is prime, just few steps to port area and BeKobe. During our stay, there is Kobe hanabi festival and the location of our hotel is the most benefit. Indoor parking with fee.

The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff at Hotel Vischio Amagasaki were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They went above and beyond to cater to my needs and make my stay memorable. From helpful recommendations for local attractions to efficient check-in and check-out processes, their level of service was top-notch. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. The food was exquisite, showcasing a fusion of local and international flavors. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different dietary preferences. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Whether I wanted to explore the city or relax in the hotel's spa facilities, everything was within reach. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Vischio Amagasaki to anyone visiting the area. 「銀泉」はどこにあっても不思議ではないが「金泉」はそう簡単ではない。本来は愛宕山北面の限られたエリアにある泉源からのみ湧出するとされ、高台はポンプアップするものだと思っていた。いまは新しい泉源がいくつもあると聞く。ここは「愛宕山泉源」だから、むかいのマンション裏に見えるのは「射場山泉源」だろうか。金泉は濃いお湯で、どこでもメンテナンスが大変らしい。 もう日帰り湯は面倒なので宿を探す。有馬は京阪神のお金持ちも集まるから果てしなく贅沢ができる。かんぽの宿は料理もひとつの基準だろうか。 有馬温泉観光協会HPのお宿一覧ページを見ると「ひとり旅OK」と表示されていても、宿のHPのプランには出てこないことが多い。宿の経営を考えるとわからないでもない。献立表の刺身や鍋の材料が多少違っても構わないから2食は欲しい。 古くもないが新しくもない。和洋も広狭も何でもあり時代の建物で、一人旅用の料金で泊まれることがある便利さか。 4月から経営母体が替わるらしい。より便利になるよう期待している。

初めて利用させていただきました。三宮駅から近く　商業施設も近く飲食店も多いので とても便利です。前は幹線道路ですが室内は静かでした。スタッフの方々も感じが良くて チェックアウト後も荷物を少しの時間預かっていただき助かりました。 お部屋は清潔で　街並みが眺められました。（中層階） ビュッフェスタイルの朝食も宿泊代がリーズナブルの割には　 充実していて美味しかったです。 観光巡回バス停までも徒歩で5分～6分で便利です。

Hotel is now known as Daiwa Roynet Hotel KOBE-SANNOMIYA PREMIER. Hotel is approx. 500 m from the Kobe Sannomiya station. In fact, hotel is mid-way between the station and Chinatown. Our room has a small sofa, thus, relaxing. And this hotel provided 3 towels per pax unlike others we stayed that provided only 2.

Just next to the herb garden and one subway station away from Motomachi happening area. Breakfast is fantastic. (There is traditional Japanese and Western choice, we took both on different days) View from the room is marvelous and can view the sunrise.

Hotel extremely close to busy districts, shops and restaurants open til late night. It is quite an interesting experience that there is a night snacks serving at hotel restaurant at night for customers. However, there was no bath tube at room and parking bays were full very soon, we cannot reserve a parking bay when we arrived at 9! Also, unfortunately, we were assigned to 2nd floor, cannot comment on the view.

Really a nice place for relaxing. Perfect service professional, helpful and friendly staff with a warm smile. We stayed in Naruto Room which is really amazing. Kids are super excited for the free gifts and Naruto , Sasuke clothes. Your can enjoy free drink, snacks and welcome fruit providing in the room. Dinner and breakfast are included which is really high quality and delicious. Awaji beef is a MUST try. If you like watching stars, GRAND CHARIOT is a wonderful for you. The only disadvantage is the transportation. We went there by public transport. All information and instructions are unclear and we spent plenty of time to get there. Also, hotel is far away from the park entrance. You must contact the hotel at the information centre from park Exit F for the pick up when you arrived. Other than that, everything is perfect.

まず、お料理がとても美味しかったです。 とりわけお米が本当に美味しかったです。 コウノトリ育むお米というそうで、農薬や化学肥料に頼らず栽培してるお米だそうです。 夕食はどれも一捻りある手の込んだメニューが多かった印象でどれも美味しかったですが、素材が良いのでもう少しシンプルでも喜ばれそうです。 子供の誕生日だったので但馬牛のステーキを追加しましたが、本当に柔らかくて美味しかったです。 但馬牛の陶板焼は、ごぼうのとろみあるソースがかかっているのですが歳のせいかステーキよりこちらの方があっさりして食べやすかったです。 お刺身の海老も、大きく新鮮で甘くて美味しかったですが殻を剥いておいていただけると尚良しかと思います。 子供は、松茸の土瓶蒸しがお気に入りのようでした。 子供メニューはとにかくボリューム満点です。揚げ物に偏りがちなのはどこも同じで仕方ないのかもしれませんが、こんなに揚げ物はいらないかもです。。 温泉は塩分のあるお湯で、しっかり身体の芯まで温まりました。 しかし女湯の露天風呂がマリンワールドから丸見えです。マリンワールド閉園前に露天風呂に入る時は要注意です。 あれは絶対、見えています。 母子2人旅にスタッフの方はみなさん親切で、お部屋も広いお部屋をご用意いただき、とても思い出に残る旅となりました。 どうしても建物自体が古いので、至るところが気になるといえば気になりますが、私と子供は大満足でした。 ありがとうございました。
