Perfectly fine, non descript business style hotel. Short walk from old town so easy access but quiet. Placed to eat etc downstairs. Clean. Helpful staff.

Because I want to take a boat to Helsinki, I specially booked this hotel that is relatively close to the pier. Taking a bolt to the pier costs about 4 euros. In fact, there are several shopping malls near the hotel, including supermarkets and food courts. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the old town, which is very convenient. The front desk is courteous. When you check in, you will be given two hand straps, which you can use to bring into the swimming pool and sauna. The room is tidy and larger than expected. Our room is located on a high-rise building facing the inner street, so it is not noisy. Rich breakfast options, perfect for a short stay in Tallinn There is a sister hotel next to it, metropol hotel, which is older and has foreign groups staying there, so be sure not to make a mistake.

Rooms are clean and comfy and hotel even has a covered swimming pool !! 4 mins walk to the famous Old Town and 1 min walk to the Rotermann City. Really convenient and spoilt for food choice. Good exercise for any one wanting to explore Tallinn.

I booked a zen room on Trip.com, it was a special offer. When I arrived at the hotel, I was first given a standard room because the reservation had come with them as a standard room instead of a zen room. They apologized, but they also kept repeating that they would upgrade me for free. It's not an upgrade that I get a room that I have paid for and that Trip.com sold me. They should and should have sorted out the matter directly through Trip. The room itself was clean, the jacuzzi was so loud that it was impossible to use it for relaxation. In addition, the plug was stuck, making it difficult to empty. The food in the restaurant was substandard. Breakfast, on the other hand, was really good. Lots of things that could be fixed with a little effort.

Everything was amazing. Great breakfast and amenities.. very modern hotel inside and friendly staff.

Good value hotel close to the old town. Great gym, nice cafe onsite, breakfast is good but i wouldnt bother with dinner in the restaurant

Unfortunately wasn't satisfied having a room with 2 single beds although I led it. Furthermore, we had only one towel in the room. The room was very cold. Attention when parking. When you park outside the hotel you get a penalty of €50 :) Personnel is professional and engaged.

Everything was very good. I loved the breakfast and the service. Everyone was very friendly and committed to guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended. Maria explained to me the places where the locals usually go. Another receptionist gave me a free pass to a club. And so, each and every one was very good.

outside of old town, still walkable distance. room was super spacious and had all the amenities that we wanted: bathrobe, hairdryer, slippers. was an enjoyable one night stay!

Tallinn Palace Hotel is very good. The price I set this time is super suitable. The location is in the old city. It is very comfortable and convenient to go anywhere. I recommend this hotel!
