首先是服務人員的熱情周到，態度和藹可親！把注意事項告知，酒店乾淨衞生，自己動手還被套，洗澡的衞生間特別乾淨宿舍，每個客人都很自覺，儘量控制自己不打擾別人，真是贊！

Exceeded expections on all grounds! I am so happy with the hotel I wanted to spread the word. This hotel has great old world charm and more. I was a little worried about the condition of the hotel (more than 100 years old!) but everything was fine. I stayed at the Main Wing / basic room with park view. The bathroom was basic (business hotel like) but very clean, but the room / bedding and the view at our window was wonderful. Given the low price point, we were very happy with the room. Definitely recommend the Main Wing, and if you can, a room with higher price point. All staff, from shuttle bus / concierge / front desk / bar, are excellent. We really enjoyed the check in process - you can sit at the lounge admiring Einstein's piano while the front staff comes calling your name. Also try the tea lounge both during the day and night (turns to a bar). I would also like to extend special thanks to Korean speaking front manager Lee Su Jin who helped us in so many ways. She really made our stay comfortable. One thing to note about Nara city itself is that most venues close at 4pm and have unpredictable operating hours. You can't just walk around hoping to sit down at a cafe or restaurant. Highly recommend making reservations in advance of your trip and I'm sure Nara hotel concierge can help with this. I really enjoyed Nara Hotel and look really forward to returning.

Very nice hotel，but service is not OK. Maybe I should say”bad”. We booked 1 room with 3 beds for 3 people, due to the booking system could input only 2 names, we have 1 person’s name missing. The 2 ladies in the front desk of the hotel told that we need to pay extra JPN 3900 for the additional bed. Or, we could only have 2 beds for 3 people. I said no, because it’s included in the room charge, we paid already. The ladies have no will to help us to solve the problem, but very interested in charging more. Try to imagine, will 2 people book 3 beds room for 2 beds? why don’t people book a same type standard room to save some money? Please contact with your agent to fix your booking system. Finally a gentleman of the hotel helped to negotiate,and we could live here. The room is really nice and clean. But the service is the worst I’ve ever seen in Japan.

Location：2 minutes walking distance from the station to the hotel-perfect！The front entrance has a beautifully designed layout. Cleanness: The hotel maintains an exceptional level of cleanliness, and a comfortable and hygienic environment. Service: The front desk's English is excellent, much better than most I've encountered in Tokyo and Osaka. The instructions are clear and well-explained. Facilities: Everything from the room to the dining options was exceptional, making my stay very enjoyable. The Japanese-style room made my stay cozy and relaxing. Overall: I would give 10 out 10 and recommend it to every one.

Room was small probably because of the extra sofa bed but it was very convenient and clean. Great location. Close to Nara park and the station. The restaurant is also very nice.

Very very nice hotel; right off the main walking street (that connects the train station to the park) with plenty of restaurants and coffee places nearby. Very walkable to both the train station and the park. Oh, we got one ”Queen double” room and one ”Superior Twin” room. The ”Superior Twin” room was almost double the cost but like 5 square meters bigger with a small couch, so not at all worth the extra cost.

A beautiful and modern hostel. Unfortunately I never met any staff member and also no one cleaned or arranged the beds, while I was there. All the lights remained on, even in the dorm and there’s no possibility to turn them off. The dorm itself was unfortunately also quite cold, while all the other spaces were warm and cozy. Otherwise everything was okay. There was a nice common space. But in general it doesn’t feel very safe and organized, as anyone can just enter the hostel and the dorm without any key or password.

Fantastic Hotel with a perfectly convenient location. The only thing is the bad attitude of a female manager at the front desk. We asked for more bottled water, but she refused. Refusing is OK, but she thought we didn't understand Japanese and said some bad words to us. Unfortunately, we are just not fluent in Japanese, but we can totally understand what she was saying. A pathetic woman manager ruined other staff's good service and hard work.

나라는 찐으로 다른 호텔 다 필요없고 슈퍼호텔이 갑이네요!🤩 대욕장에 술 라운지에 조식까지 다 해서 이 가격이면 너무 가성비 넘치고 합리적이라 여기서 몇일 묵었는데 직원분들도 다 친절하시고 특히 조식 먹으러 갈때 식당에 계시는 분들이나 청소하시는 분들이나 하나하나 지나갈때마다 눈 마주치면서 다 인사해주는데 너무 친절하셔서 마음이 훈훈했어요🥹💕 그리고 여기 침구류 마약침대에요..😳 원래 잠 잘 못 자는데 눕자마자 딥슬립 했습니다 베개도 본인 목 컨디션이나 취향 따라 고를 수 있는 것도 너무 좋았고 푹신하니 좋았어요! 왠만한 4~5성급도 잠옷은 안 주는데 잠옷 들고 가게 해둔 것도 너무 서윗하구 여기가 어째서 3성급인지 모를 정도로 너무 깨끗하고 좋았습니다..!개인적으로 저는 4~5등급 호텔보다 여기가 더 깨끗하고 손님 니즈를 잘 반영한 베개커스텀 잠옷 대욕장 청결도 여기가 개인적으로 더 등급이 높은 호텔 같아요 방은 좀 협소하기는 했는데 그래도 잠 자기에는 침대가 커서 좋았고 협탁도 넓고 유일하게 단점은 화장실이 너무 협소했다는 점..?과 12시 이후로는 연장 안되고 무조건 연박 해야된다는 것 그것빼곤 진짜 단점 없는게 단점일 정도로 너무 좋았습니다 조식도 맛있구 담에 또 나라 놀러오면 무조건 슈퍼호텔에 묵을게요 너무 푹 쉬다 가용!.! 그리고 4성급에 묵을때도 옆방 소리 다 들린 적 많았는데 진짜 아무소리도 안 들릴 정도로 방음 진짜 잘 됩니다 전철 옆에 있는데 기차가 지나가는지도 모를만큼 진짜 방음 짱짱해요! 왜 인기 있는 호텔인지 다시 깨달을만큼 좋아요! 담엔 무조건 여기 또 묵을게요!

Nice hotel with a nice view on the pagoda of Nara Park (which however is under renovation at the moment). The hotel offers private baths (reservation required) but they are not hot springs bath. The localisation was perfect (walking distance to Nara Park) and the personnel was nice and very helpful. We had a great stay. Only downside is that the hotel doesn't offer western beds (only Japanese futons).
