First I want to thank Abdullah and Muthana from cloud 7, specially Abdallah for making my stay on of life time. He is amazing the room at al yasmeen building was extraordinary 😍 and he was very generous to offer it for us. I can't give the place or the staff enough words to express my gratitude. Clean 5 stars, location 5 stars, hospitality 100 stars, staff super helpful and kind. Thank-you for making my stay above the expectation 🌹🌹🌹

I think this property was probably good when it was first built years ago. The positives are the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning works well. The condition of the furniture was nothing short of horrible. The lamp shade should have been tossed out a long time ago. The sink was leaking so bad unto the wooden floor that I had to use one of the bath towels to soak it up. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we checked in so we had to ask for some which they brought right away. The toilet also leaks terribly onto the floor so you have to wear shoes. The water leak has been going on for so long the floor is soft. You are actually concerned that it could collapse into the space below. The shower is so tiny that it's almost impossible to turn around. It should be noted that the bathroom is actually not separate from the bedroom. It is part of the same room. The buffet style food in the main lodge is good with a variety of choices. The staff are friendly and helpful. The weather was cloudy and there was a short sand storm while we were there the one night so we did not take the jeep tour which is actually a Toyota pickup truck with benches on the sides. We stayed here as part of a tour group. I had read other reviews on Trip Advisor before going and warned our tour operator that this was not a good property before leaving the U.S. She said it was only one night. Enough said. One night was too long. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

منتجع جميل كل شيئ متوفر ،العاملين بالفندق بمنتهى اللطف والادب ، سرعة بتلبية الطلبات ، اود اشكر السيد معتصم على حسن الاستقبال ومتابعته لتوفير كل اسباب الراحه للنزلاء وكذلك السيد اسماعيل خواجة لحرصه على اخذ اراء النزلاء بطعام الافطار

Pengalaman daftar masuk hotel secara keseluruhan sangat baik, keadaan kebersihannya baik, dan perkhidmatannya ada. Naik taraf bilik percuma, penerimaan tetamu sangat mengalu-alukan. Lokasinya selesa. Di luar adalah tempat di mana anda boleh membeli-belah. Bilik ini lebih selesa dan hiasannya sangat elegan. Betul-betul di tepi laut, pemandangannya cantik dan sangat disyorkan. Pengalaman daftar masuk keseluruhan adalah sangat baik dan sangat disyorkan.

The hotel is at great location and the room is clean. Staffs are helpful & friendly. There’s a shop selling souvenirs just near the lobby, with a very friendly owner. We liked the breakfast, but the pool is a bit disappointed. Anyway, finding a decent room with this price in Aqaba isn’t easy. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Lokasi yang baik, kebersihan dan harga. Bilik air sudah usang. Beberapa bilik superior dilengkapi dengan balkoni dan beberapa tanpa balkoni, jadi ia bergantung pada keputusan penyambut tetamu yang memilih bilik tanpa balkoni untuk saya. Mereka akan selalu mengatakan hotel ini telah ditempah sepenuhnya.

The place is clean, smells fresh, and wonderful surroundings close to the hot air balloons and star gazing. You can see the sunset walking distance from the camp. The staff are amazing. The food is great. Including dinner in your stay is so worth it as they serve one of the best dinner buffets. Great value for money 100% 💯

首先我是Bubble和UFO兩邊都住了，他們都屬於Luxotel的營地，在一起共享大堂和餐廳，所以可以對比着說，好的地方是營地很美，房間也算是比較奢華的帳篷了，空調冷暖自控，Bubble有熱水但我在UFO洗澡的時候並沒有熱水（在他們規定的時間內洗的），早餐晚餐自助都包括在裏面，吃的很豐富，白天也有全天可以點餐的餐廳但吃的就很一般了，但是可以理解因為大多數客人白天就都出去玩了，因為構造原因Bubble需要一直靠氣吹着所以比UFO要吵，但是更明亮因為基本都是透明的，而且多一個房間，UFO就是帳篷，給人感覺也更結實，第一個晚上在Bubble的時候下暴雨還是會滲進來一點兒雨的，這個沒有好壞吧，看個人喜好了 我再說一下要注意的點吧，首先就是很坑遊客的地方，餐廳的飲料都在3JD以上，這相當於是30塊錢一瓶可樂，一盤最簡單的意麵要100多塊錢，如果你想換錢酒店給的匯率也是比外麪低很多，因為酒店在沙漠裏，除非你開的是四輪驅動的SUV千萬不要跟着導航往裡麪開！在離酒店最近的高速公路出口處有他們的集合點，車子停在那裡然後讓他們來接！我太專註於開車完全沒有注意到這點，結果按照導航把車子開進沙漠裏擱淺了，給他們打電話請他們來救援但是他們非要我把地點用WhatsApp發給他們，我說我都沒有網怎麼發給你！我解釋了好幾遍我是用googlemap從Petra到這裏，然後現在在離你們10分鐘也就是4.7公裏以外的地方（圖4），你們按照googlemap上麪的導航倒着走找到我不就好了嗎？！但是他們死活聽不進去，一遍一遍的叫我發地址，一個多小時以後我放棄等待開始在沙漠裏徒步走了一個多公裏找到一輛車救了我，一個另外營地的司機和他車上的俄羅斯遊客幫助把我的車子輪胎從沙子裏挖出來，並且幫我把車開到了可以看得見營地的地方，那位俄羅斯大哥問我從哪裡來的，我說中國，然後他說俄羅斯和中國一直都是好朋友👏，真的太可愛了！我就這樣荒野求生一樣的終於到了營地，但是沒有一個人關心過我最後是怎麼自救的！？而且還抱怨說排了兩輛車去找我呢！？因為當天下午我還安排了去看火車上的表演（包括在Jordan pass裏面的），其實就在離他們集合地不遠的地方，我想要酒店接送一下因為我已經不敢再開車了，他們跟我要了40JD現金，不讓記房間上，你們懂得，第二天我出行同樣跟我要了40JD現金，我說我真的就剩37JD瞭然后司機說那好吧😑，你們品仔細品

Buon hotel con la possibilità di accedere direttamente al mare ed alla barriera. Colazione varia e buona. Il giudizio non può essere ottimo solo per alcuni problemi nella camera. Il frigo inizialmente non funzionava e l'aria condizionata era particolarmente rumorosa essendo impossibile regolare la velocità della ventola. Problemi presi in carico dalla direzione.

Best stay in the desert! We came with 4 friends for a one night trip in the desert. The tents were nice and the bathrooms clean and with hot water. I recommend purchasing a full package that includes transportation to the camp. We highly recommend this experience!
