Excellent food and facilities for kids, the beach is not as bad as what other people described. However, I think the cleanliness should be improved as I found the water in the hot tube to be quite dirty.

It was very relaxing and so nice. Everyone was very accommodating and so nice. The pools and getting drinks was excellent . Enjoyed the spa amazing. Got to see rhythm of the nights. We will definitely be back again.

The facility was nice. The food was delicious. Staff was generally great, but it was difficult for them to accommodate a large group (14). The refused to seat us together and it was a struggle every time even when we were hoping to celebrate a birthday. Some requests were also contingent on who you spoke to. Policies did not seem to be consistent

This was our best family vacation in years. After being locked down since March 2020, we needed to get out and live our lives again. The Conrad was perfect for that! Brand new, clean, expertly designed, we had a perfect week. The property was spotless due to the staff and ground keeping crew. The service was exceptional - there were more staff members than guests. We were never without staff to assist us. We soaked up the sun, ate, had too many pina coladas, and lived pool side for a week. Our room had a private soaking pool that we used at the end of each day. Could not have been better. The beach was unbelievably clean - the hotel staff raked it every morning. We stayed in Cancun in 2019 and could not go on the beach due to the sea****. Just the opposite in Puerto Vallarta. Everything was extremely clean. We went ATV riding, ventured into town, frequented the game room, ate at every restaurant and were never disappointed! The on-site Falconer was always entertaining. The lobby and views were beautiful. For our return to the US, a covid test was required. We were tested on site (in a hotel meeting room) the morning before our flight and had the results in 90 minutes, with the require documentation in hand in 3 hours. There were zero delays at the Puerto Vallarta airport due to the US testing requirements. Extremely easy re-entry. I can't remember a single difficulty or disappointment. Only fond memories and good times. Needless to say, we will be returning!

Cozy and good room and rich breakfast. Pool very cold unfortunately.
