Chengji is the ancient place name of Jingning. According to legend, Fuxi, the "first ancestor of humanities" in China, was conceived in the first century (twelve years) and then completed, so the ancients called the birthplace of Fuxi "Chengji". Fuxi was based in Chengji's hometown, looked up and down the Yellow River, drew gossip, dispelled people's doubts, created a country, established an official system, established a surname, established a marriage, made leather, made nets, played music, pushed Jiali, and opened up the Chinese civilization. The Fuxi Hall is decorated with bronze statues of Fuxi, painted with paintings such as "River Map" on the top, engraved with pictures of Fuxi's holy relics on the walls, and displays Jiuding and Bagui and other ritual utensils. Chengji Cultural City is a cultural infrastructure built to develop and utilize Chengji cultural resources. It was designed by experts such as Ren Zhenying, a famous Chinese engineering design master, and Zuo Guobao, a senior architect. The total area is 66 mu and the building area is 108,000 square meters. Major buildings such as "Five Halls and Three Bureaus" (Fuxi Memorial Hall, Cultural Center, Library, Museum, Archives, Cultural Bureau, Tourism Bureau, and Archives Bureau) have been completed, with a completed construction area of 16,000 square meters.
