Lushan Maweishui Ecological Tourism Scenic Area

Lushan Mawei Water Ecological Tourism Scenic Area is located in the area between 10km and 12km of Lushan North Mountain Road, surrounded by deep mountains, with an altitude of about 500 to 800 meters. It has majestic mountains, deep valleys and springs, lingering clouds and mist, and lush forests. It covers an area of ​​about 10,000 acres and has a forest coverage rate of 98%. It is named after the Mawei Spring water that flows through the entire area.

There are more than 50 major scenic spots in Maweishui of Lushan Mountain, including Maweishui Waterfall, Sleeping Beauty, Sichu Pavilion, Lingxian Cave, Chashan Thatched Cottage, Jiufeng Temple, Zhuangyuan Bridge, Yangfu Ruins, Supporting Stone, Fairy Chair, Yangniu Bathing Beach, Giant Python Drawing Water, Flying Jade Curtains, 2,200-year-old Ginkgo Tree, etc.

The Maweishui Attraction in Lushan not only has a group of bamboo buildings for leisure and vacation and multi-functional conference rooms, but also has the Mazu Cultural Park and the Tianhou Palace. The Mazu Tianhou Palace covers an area of ​​nearly 1,000 square meters. The statue of Mazu enshrined here was brought from the Mazu Ancestral Temple in Meizhou, Putian, Fujian on October 22, 2002.

Jiujiang Lushan Maweishui Cultural Tourism Scenic Area is an ideal place for "appreciating natural scenery, tasting green Dining, providing bamboo building leisure, hosting conferences and training, worshiping Mazu, the Queen of Heaven, and promoting the spirit of Mazu."
