Dongyu Island

Dongyu Island is located in Boao Town, Qionghai City, is a small island at the mouth of the Sanjiang River (Wanquan River, Longgu River, Jiuqu River) covering an area of about 1.78 million square meters, once known by UNESCO as one of the most perfect places to preserve the natural landscape of the world's rivers into the sea. Every year since 2001, the Boao Forum for Asia (Boao Forum for Asia) is held here, and is the permanent site of the Boao Forum for Asia.

Now Dongyu Island is a holiday island integrating tourism, meetings, culture and leisure. The landscape is very good. It is also convenient to come from Haikou. They also have their own high-speed rail station and airport.

Dongyu Island is actually a less obvious island above Boao, but it is now monopolized by the Asian Boao Forum. You have to buy tickets to get in, although there are also Boao duty-free shops inside, the natural scenery on the whole island is beautiful, the obvious tropical scenery has a golf course, and there are hot springs to soak, of course, these are all extra expensive.

Originally a good island, it was encircled as a permanent site for the Boao Forum for Asia. After the isolation of nature from human activities, Dongyu Island became a very commercial place. On this there are green roads that everyone likes very much, there are golf courses that nobles prefer, and more expensive, the permanent site of the Boao Forum for Asia. I really hope that developers can remove the fence of the island from the beauty of nature itself.
