Fenglong Mountain is one of the famous mountains in the history of Hebei education. Early in the Han Dynasty, it was an educational developed area. During the Eastern Han Dynasty, the famous scholar Fu Gong "moved Changshan Taishou. Dunxiu School, professors are not quitting". It greatly promoted the development of education in Changshan County (Zhi Yuan's, the former city village of 25 miles south of Longshan Mountain). Fenglong Mountain is a famous mountain in the county, with a rich cultural heritage and a prosperous culture. The "Continued Documents and General Examination" records that there is "Han Li bowing teaching place" in the mountains. In the Tang Dynasty, there are also famous scholars such as Guo Yuanzhen and Yao Jing to study or lecture here. In the Han and Tang periods, this place has been one of the Hebei education centers.
