酒店的地理位置很好，上山的觀光巴士可以直接到樓下，周邊購物吃飯都很方便，硬件設施也很好，配了智能馬桶，從酒店的外觀看，在牯嶺算是比較漂亮的酒店了。相對於旺季，淡季的價格性價比很高。我定的房間對着遊樂場，大霧天氣沒人玩，所以還是挺安靜的，二樓，開了暖氣所以也不會覺得潮濕。不滿意的是服務，前台退房的時候，説好送到運管所，等了10分鐘車還沒來，也沒個人過來解釋一下，最後我自己打車走了。房間打掃的不專業，洗髮水2瓶，沒有沐浴露，反饋給前台了，第二天還是這樣。服務和民宿差不多甚至更差，一點沒感覺到連鎖酒店的專業。

酒店位於如琴湖邊的別墅區，原來是江西省某單位的療養院。離如琴湖很近，走過去五分鐘的路程。離牯嶺街、索道站都不算遠。有接送服務，我們是坐觀光車上的山，到了牯嶺街後電話聯繫，酒店服務人員開車來接我們到酒店。酒店不算大，但是很乾凈。最吸引我們的是有親子房:兩個房間，有一張雙人大床一張單人床，獨立衞生間。 酒店管理人員很熱情，我沒事就和管理員大姐聊天，請教廬山旅遊線路和景點情況。大姐提供了很多本地人才知道的訊息。 總之，這次廬山旅遊是我所有出行經歷中最舒心的。
