Hotel ini dilengkapi dengan kemudahan moden manakala kakitangan mereka terlatih dan memenuhi semua keperluan kami. Hidangan sarapan pagi sangat bagus sambil memuaskan dan sihat. Kami benar-benar menikmati masa kami di ruang makan luar mereka. Jeritan khas kepada kakitangan pejabat mereka di hadapan Encik Jagatpati dan kakitangan restoran mereka Cik Durga dan Encik Sanjeev atas usaha gigih mereka untuk membuat kami berasa selesa dan dilayani. Kami mempunyai penginapan yang menyenangkan secara keseluruhan dan berharap untuk tinggal di sini lagi dalam masa terdekat.

The experience is ookay for what I have paid, it costed around 1800/- for me for 2 night stay in make my trip. Rooms are neat and clean, washroom is also clean. But some of the things they provided like electric kettle, hair dryer, and hot water facility didn't work, may be there is a way but i didn't ask the staff as i dont require them much. Room service for food is available. Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel is near to palace. And from my experience, it is safe for female solo travellers.

The room was large and old styled.was ok for the price I paid but the toilet was stinky for some unknown reason.this would make the entire room stinky with a foul smell.the restaurant had some good dishes but felt it was a bit expensive for the standards.the food items marked as Mangalore style didn't taste like that.I saw a rat running in dining place 😀.my personal thought is that they need to focus a bit more on toilet hygiene and improve the food taste.if not slash the food price by atleast 20%>

Amazing spacious room with proper toiletries provided. Clean rooms that smell good. The rooftop restaurant is a hit with good taste.The breakfast was beyond our expectation amazing food ,amazing service and the air conditioning was also up to the mark.highly recommend the hotel to anyone who’s visiting.

I Stayed in a Club Room in this hotel for 1 night on 29th Sep. Booked through MMT and they charged me Rs.3350/- for 2 adults and 1 kid (aged 9 years). The hotel is located on the main road and is very close to Mysore Palace, Zoo, Railway Station and Bus Station. Check in Process was smooth and easy. Though we arrived an hour earlier than the Standard Check in time, the hotel staff helped us alloting the room immediately on reaching the hotel. Room is kept neat and clean. Though the staff doesn't look that professional as in a star hotel, they were very humble and cooperative. The Club room that we booked was a big sized room with King bed and can easily accommodate 2 Adults + 1 Kid. There room has a reading table and mini fridge as well. Wardrobe was quite big.Washroom was clean and decent in size with 24 hour running hot water. Additional mattress and towels were provided at no extra cost. We ordered dinner from Iftar restaurant that is attached to the hotel and the taste was average. (Ordered Tandoori Items, Chicken Biryani and Curd Rice). All the items were delivered within 20 mins from the order time and were served hot. The Prices are also reasonable when compared to other hotel (RRR) where we had our lunch. The check out process was smooth and it hardly took us less than a minute. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and recommend it for all family travelers visiting mysore. Concern: They don't offer breakfast in the package.
