This was a really great place to stay! The staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful and accommodating. They really made our visit to Puno a pleasure. Well located, it is a short 10 min walk to the main plaza and a 15-20 min stroll down to the water. The rooms are clean, comfortable, beds warm with plenty of hot water. The included breakfast tasty and prompt. No matter our departure time they were up to help. The coffee by the way is excellent! We were travelling as a family with a couple younger kids and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Un lugar céntrico y de buena atención,que permite disfrutar unos días en Puno y sus alrededores, como el Lago Titicaca, las Chullpas y demás. El hotel cuenta con un personal muy atento y profesional y si tiene suerte puede contar con una habitación de balcón a la Plaza de Armas.

Such a pleasure to arrive here after a long day of traveling. Check-in was super fast, room keys were ready and rooms were next to each other without having to ask, fantastic pizza a block away, close to the main square, there's a heater in the room, the shower was hot with great water pressure, and they made us a boxed breakfast when we told them we had an early tour. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff is very helpful. They gave us an extension cord, let us check out late, provided extra heaters for the room. The rooms are clean. The water pressure is good. The water is hot. The breakfast is pleasantly nice. Coffee is good. It is located right next to the main plaza, thus surrounded by great restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

I am a frequent traveler and on this occasion we went on our honeymoon and since I contacted the Hotel it was a wonderful experience. In particular Carla from the activities area helped me a lot by informing me what my stay and experience would be like and the tours were the best. I really liked the Hotel and had a spectacular view. I recommend it. Our tour to the Uros and Taquile was truly incredible. We had lunch with a phenomenal view.

Good hotel in a fantastic location right next to the main square. Very comfortable beds and combined with slight altitude dizziness had best night sleep! Breakfast spread could be a bit better/more filling, but it was good. There were issues with hot water on both nights I stayed here, and it took a while, but the staff were very attentive and fixed it.
