Hotel molto pulito, il personale della reception, bar e colazioni: accogliente, estremamente gentile e disponibile. La camera ben arredata, spaziosa, pulita. Idem per il bagno. Ho chiesto una camera dalla parte interna del giardinetto, é silenziosa. Arredamento fresco e delicato, luminoso per le bellissime vetrate e un tocco di colore e gentilezza con i fiori e le piante. Angolo biblioteca vicino alla sala colazioni. Bar con divani, tavolini e grande televisore piatto a muro. Belle le stufe riscaldanti a fiamma libera, coreografiche. La cosa più bella di cui vorrei informare i lettori della recensione, riguarda la generosità, ospitalità e grande gentilezza della proprietaria (che parla italiano): mi sono trovata in difficoltà per una dissenteria e lei, insieme al suo personale, mi hanno fatto sentire a Casa. Mi hanno persino offerto del riso nonostante l'albergo non effettui i pasti, ma il BeB. Sono molto grata alla proprietaria, anima gentile con un grande cuore. Se ora sto meglio é grazie anche a lei. Consiglierei questo albergo a tutti coloro che arrivano ad Hammamet, questa città é molto diversa dall'Italia ma in questo albergo ti puoi sentire sicuro, coccolato, in un ambiente che non si discosta da uno dei migliori alberghi italiani.

بإستثناء موظف اسمه عبدالعزيز قصير القامة نذل جدا في التعامل في البوفيه مع النزلاء يجبرهم على الجلوس في طاولات محددة حتى تسهل له عملية التنظيف وحتى قبل لا ان ينتهو من الاكل يسالهم finished or no ..اما الفندق جميل جدا المظهر العام للفندق يجلب الاسترخاء موظفي الاستقبال جدا لطفاء مرونة في التعامل وتسهيل الإجراء الغرفة نظيفة جدا ومشرحة المكان قريب من الأماكن الحيوية بمسافة نصف كيلو تقريبا . اقامة به لاتمل من حيت المرافق والنشاطات نهارا وليلا.

We had an amazing holiday staying in Le Sultan, the reception staff were wonderful, check in was very easy and everything was explained about our stay, we were allocated rooms 230/232, the rooms were very comfortable and well serviced by the housekeeping team. The food and service in the restaurant was ideal, the food was exceptional and a very good variety, i really enjoyed the Tunisian dishes, the staff were attentive and looked after all of our needs, a special thank you to the kitchen brigade. There was never an issue getting sun beds and the grounds around the pool area were very well presented, we found the pool bar staff to be friendly and welcoming, we never had long to wait for service, we also enjoyed the private beach. The outside lounge area was very comfortable and one member of staff who went out of his way to look after us was Sofien who is a real asset to the Hotel and helped us to enjoy our time in Tunisia. We could not recommend this Hotel enough, every member of staff really do their best to look after you and we would love to return, i have read other reviews and find it hard to imagine that they were staying in the same Hotel, Le Sultan is a very well run establishment, we will return.

This place still delights as much as the first time. On July 5, I returned from another stay at this wonderful hotel. When I went there for the second time, I wondered if something had changed, if the next stay would be as wonderful as the previous one, and that's exactly what it was. I spent another exceptional two weeks of vacation there. Everything in the hotel remains at the highest level. Nice service during check-in, which goes very smoothly with a glass of welcome lemonade and help with delivering suitcases to the room. The rooms still look like new, very clean and well-equipped (safe, coffee machine, kettle, mini sewing set, hair dryer, slippers, bathrobe, bath and care products, of course air conditioning working without any problems). Rooms cleaned every day by very nice staff. and smiling ladies, great quality bedding and towels, extremely soft and fragrant. The mini bar, coffee and tea are replenished daily. Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool and a beach with a lot of sun loungers, depending on your preferences, everyone will find the right place for themselves, less, more or completely shaded, brand new beach towels available at any time of the day. During the day, at the guests' request, fruit cocktails, soft drinks, fruit, snacks and desserts are served straight to the deckchair. The beach is always beautiful, wide, clean, very well-kept, but, most importantly, serviced by security staff who ensure the peace and safety of guests. Throughout the day, from early morning to late evening, the main restaurant serves cuisine from all over the world, live cooking stations, lots of different cold snacks, soups, main courses, and of course fruit and delicious desserts. Great service, unobtrusive but always available to help when needed. This place will provide great relaxation for anyone who appreciates peace and quiet surrounded by beautiful, modern interiors and well-kept plants. I'm already counting down to my next stay in this unique place.

The stuff was good, but what really catched my heart is the animation team, I enjoyed my self dancing and clubbing and I had lot of funny and great moments Thank you animation team for this beautiful experience and I hope that I'll come the next season Special thanks to Okba from the animation team and Omar and their fat chef they were so friendly and I had a great time with them 😊

We had such an amazing stay in the Sindbad, Hafedh was so lovely in the main restaurant buffet as well as Bilel and Walid. They really do make your experience so much better and they are so friendly. We also ate down at “the beach” restaurant and Jerbi was so friendly constantly asking how our day was and recommending things to do, eat and places to go! All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming, Oumayma and Koussay were so friendly too!
