One of the best hostel experiences in all my travels in Southeast Asia where you will meet some of the nicest employees, volunteers, owners and fellow travelers. Amenities are generally good and the entire facility is incredibly clean. There are a mix of room sizes with different numbers of beds. There is only one weekly organized social event at the hostel so guests need to self-organize amongst themselves; the hostel can do more to provide a more cohesive social experience.

Excellent hotel at a very low price. There is everything you need. The room has a refrigerator, TV, comfortable large bed, air conditioning! At the exit from the hotel there is a dispenser, there is an ironing board with an iron and a microwave oven! Registration at the hotel is electronic, remote, you do not need to leave any deposit! The only small drawback is the location of the hotel. It is some distance from shops and attractions! But if you have a car or scooter, for you this will not be a problem! I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! Especially suitable for a quiet family holiday near nature!

I like this area as I stayed nearby last year. Quiet. Peaceful. Walking distance to a great quiet beach. Away from too many tourists. Close to local Malay community, restaurants, street food. I will come again, I am sure. Of yeh, great value for money. Thank you to the friendly staff on reception.

The landlord is very nice. The living environment is comfortable and quiet. It is very close to restaurants, sea view and shopping. I am very satisfied with the health services and it is a pleasure to travel.
(I just put the uneaten pizza in the refrigerator and forgot to pick it up. Please ask the store to deal with it. Thank you)

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is really strategic, which is just besides the underwater world/ aquarium. The hotel signboard bit small hence might need to very careful when searching.
The toilet is under repair. Hence, it is really a bit upset. Maybe it can be locked to avoid people keeping open accidentally or unaware and smell come out.
I like the common area as it provides smoking and non smoking area and it really helped.

I had a very good 4-day stay at the Tubotel!
The location is really great. We are about fifteen minutes by taxi from the airport and about twenty minutes on foot from Cenang Beach (and by taxi it is even shorter and cheaper).
There are many restaurants nearby.
I took the room with a view of the sea..and it's really magnificent!!! Sunset or sunrise. It is too beautiful.
The room is quite spacious (I could stand up by ceasing my head from the bed (I'm 1m70))
It can get hot very quickly in the room but the air conditioning works very well and above all the breakfast is quite generous.
The staff is helpful and attentive
I highly recommend this place for a little adventure.

IidzhanSorry, the picture is a bit broken, ************* fortune found this hotel, 800-900 meter je want to go to cenang beach. First of all, this hotel is the best! Private pool at this price??? ! Not reasonable. Big room, clean, good service, friendly, clean toilet, mmg satisfied! Next time I go to langkawi, I will repeat this hotel. Please stay at this hotel too. Seriously satisfied. Parking is also happy. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GGuest UserThe room is clean , spacious with necessities amenities. Check-in and check-out were convenient. The shower water is good, Aircon works well. Bed is comfortable (although the pillow is a bit high for me). The location is quiet and also near the Cenang beach area. Easy to go around with Grab. They also rent motorcycles. There’s a small supermarket and a breakfast stall just at the entrance of the lane. Good experience.

IIvan KraljSadly, this looks like a place that desperately needs renovation. It looks quite neglected, from walls screaming for new paint, to torn bedsheets, to broken pipes in the bathroom leaking water.
Also, some things are not as advertised in their profile. There is no 24 hour front desk - in fact, check in is very simple, you come to a desk, and find the key with the sticker with your name on it (it would be nice if they informed guests about this).
Also, there is no hot water in the bathroom (even if room description claims otherwise), nor electric kettle in the room.
There was also no toilet paper, but after i sent them an email about it (remember, no 24 hour front desk), they brought a roll with an apology.
They were nice enough to extend my check out for an hour. But more than just being flexible, i think their business would improve if they invested more into maintenance of the place.

EEldward1st choice boutique hotel when traveling to Alor Setar, is heritage building converted into unique hotel.
Selection on middle room are spacious and comes with old school tv gaming.
Street parking and will be challenging if back late due only has 2 reserved parking lot.
Morning no breakfast provided, surrounding still can find some breakfast. Dinner will be easy where may find non halal street food nearby, cafe and pub.

IIrinaWe really liked the motel. It was quiet, calm, good service. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers on the territory, which is very convenient. The room has everything you need: a refrigerator, a kettle, mugs, towels and a comfortable bed. Every day they left 2 bottles of water and 2 coffees. Cleaning was every day. The air conditioning worked well. The sea is 7 minutes at a leisurely pace. I would definitely come back here again. The price-quality ratio is top. Opposite the motel there is a night market, and nearby there are good cafes (in general, everything is within walking distance here)

EElenaA good motel for little money. If you are not a demanding traveler and you only need a hotel to spend the night, it will do for the night. The furniture is a bit old. There is a small and shallow pool. There is a Mango tree growing in front of my window)) The staff is friendly, will help, will advise. They left my winter things while I was traveling to Koh Lipe. MM2cbnn7q4****I didn't expect much given the price, but it turned out to be an amazing value!
The room was quite clean for this price point, especially the bathroom – it was spotless with no strange odors!
Plus, no mosquitoes or other creepy crawlies.
It had air conditioning, Wi-Fi, water, a washing machine, and a swimming pool, making it super convenient for drying clothes.
Location: You can walk to Cenang Beach in just two minutes from the backyard! Very convenient.
The owner even offers tours; you can book island hopping with them, including transfers.
Highly recommended if you're traveling solo! It felt very safe.
