Clean room well maintained. As promised it was indeed no smoking. All the lights worked as did the bathroom fan. Room had a safe although I did not use it. Pretty quiet location (my room was on the back side of the hotel). Adequate towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo. Good value for the money.

Stayed here one night while passing through Tennessee. It's actually two separate hotel buildings (Comfort Inn and Comfort Suites) sharing a parking lot and apparently sharing management. The Inn did not have the rooms we wanted available, so the helpful desk clerk sent us to the Suites, where we found exactly what we needed. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Price was reasonable. Hotel staff (especially desk clerk Frankie at the Suites) were unfailingly helpful and polite. An accident in the parking lot had snarled hotel traffic and staff and local police were both outside assisting. I was very impressed with the staff here and would definitely return for another stay.

I had to pay twice because I booked through trip.com and accidentally booked the wrong night. The representative spoke with the hotel manager who then gave permission to cancel the reservation. After days dealing with the trip.com representative, I came to the conclusion that I was never going to get a refund. What a rip off. I will never us that app again.
