Motel di Santa Monica

Very cute place and great location but a few things would have really helped. It was warm (August, yeah) and the hotel has no AC. This made our room pretty miserable, even with ceiling fan and 2 fans in the room. There weren't enough outlets to plug the fans in so I had to go ask for a power ***** -- woman at front desk was very nice. But we had cords wonky wonked -- like across bathroom door. Not the best. The phone charger on lamp didn't work. A mirror in the room itself would have been helpful as well. I live in the desert and am used to heat, but if I had known there was no AC would not have booked there in August. Went back to look at website and I guess that's my fault because it's not listed. Lesson learned!

Great location . Good service , towels beach chairs , ice all available at reception that was a nice amenity. Rooms were very clean. Free parking with plenty of spots to park.

The room was big but located in the back of the building with direct access from the street. Felt a little unsafe. The hotel also charged me twice. The first card was declined but for some unexplained reason partial payment was still taken. Sorted it out in the end but it took a couple of hours explaining to my bank and the hotel manager to get it corrected.

This hotel’s location is so amenable to a pedestrian; one can walk to coffee shops, Whole Foods, Target, restaurants and the Brew Works taproom. The bus stop serving downtown Santa Monica or L.A. is right across the street. The “E” line light rail stop is just five blocks away. No need for a car! Hotel highlights are bright hallways, fourth floor sundeck and a daily breakfast. Room highlights include an excellent color scheme, tasteful beach-themed art, windows that actually open, above-bed reading lights and a mini-fridge. Not to even mention the comfortable bed and no issues with noise. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I rate this hotel a top-tier value and it has been my go-to Santa Monica lodging for several years.

It's a 10-minute walk to Santa Monica Beach.But there's a lot of homelessness on the road. I can't get around late at night. The hotel staff is very good. The man wearing glasses is a little cynical when checking in. The room I reserved was the smallest and the lighting was very dark. Keep that in mind.

酒店雖然老了點，但維護得還行，挺乾淨的，洗漱用品是Diptyque, 衞生紙還綁了個小緞帶～ 服務很好，到機場發現護照忘酒店了，很有效率幫我找到了，沒有誤機。還特地説不用給小費，這是他們應該做的。 缺點：陽台好小，坐椅子上腿都伸不開。

My experience was very great! This was my first ever solo trip and my first stay at a hostel. The staff was very accommodating and the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and I loved the amenities that you get with the room. For a cheap price you get a lot more than just a dorm. You get things like a outdoor common area, a very nice kitchen, indoor common areas and sometimes events like comedy night, and a free breakfast every morning. This hostel is in a really good location for the area. It’s not too far from the beach and the pier and you’re very close to the public transportation. I met some really cool people at this place traveling from all over and we all hung out and had a good time.

Kakitangan sangat membantu dari awal, biliknya bagus dan bersih, lokasinya sangat bagus (berjalan kaki dari SM pier)… wifi yang disediakan secara percuma sudah cukup untuk apa yang harus anda lakukan pada hari biasa (pilihan untuk menaik taraf dengan pantas dengan bayaran) valet tempat letak kenderaan tersedia dengan harga $ 45 sehari (kawasan ini mengenakan bayaran sekitar $ 30 sehari untuk tempat letak kenderaan awam, jadi ada baiknya anda boleh keluar seberapa banyak yang anda boleh)
