This spot is away enough from the Big party vibe .. yet close enough to walk or cycle to the party.. The staff is warm and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast has many choices and everything is fresh and delicious.. the rooms are little Villas not connected to each other and the room has a queen sized bed ..couch .. plenty of shelves and hanging closets. Complimentary robe and slippers for your stay. Everyday 2 complimentary bottles of water are delivered to your room too. Also the staff places fresh flower petals in your room each day. smells soooooo lovely.. The bathroom is part open roof plan which is amazing as you shower under the sky,yet nobody can look in😉 their is nice long pool right when you walk outside,two cushion seats on your own patio and your own cushion rope swing. The hotel offers a spa with massages at a reasonable price.. I had the 60 minute Balinese style.. my only glitch there was . The girl just couldn’t apply the pressure I wanted.. yet it was very clean and the masseuse was very sweet.. you can also rent a bicycle at a very low rate too… The city doesn’t have motored vehicles of only kind.. bicycles and horse drAwn carriages… Ponte Villas also has there own space directly across from them on the beach with tables to dine at and chairs to kick back and soak up the sun and the jump into the crystal blue warm water… I highly recommend this place !! Price,cleanliness,staff,comfort of rooms , interior design of room and outdoor architecture ,generous complimentary breakfast make this gem in Gili a must to vacation at~~ hard leaving the spot…. a piece of paradise

First time foot massage incredible, then later that day I had a Balinese Massage incredible, so I booked a morning session of another Balinese massage and then a Coffee and Chocolate body scrub finished with Yogurt with my personal favourite masseuse Torif! The manager recommended him as he is very strong His pressure was soooo perfect! Then the night before I left I had another 1 hour foot massage and a 90 minutes Balinese massage so 6 actual treatments in total absolutely brilliant - Lovely Manager who genuinely cares if your happy and Torif who has some strength! Welcome drink and finished with a tea, 100% perfection, Thank you all

Supertoffe plek om te zijn. Iedereen is heel vriendelijk en voorkomend. Brommer huren kan via hun maar ook om de hoek en verder in heel Kuta heel gemakkelijk. Kuta zelf is toeristisch en een mini versie van Kuta, Bali aan t worden. Villa is top. Klein plons badje, buiten douche en lekkere open space om te zitten/koken/eten/drinken. All in all heerlijk gehad. Douche heeft alleen een regendouche, geen aparte douchekop.

Loved our stay at Villas Edenia! Very peaceful environment and the staff was super friendly and helpfull. Special thanks to Zidane for giving the best service! Tip for the next guests: get a floating breakfast! Their new restaurant is also a very good place to have lunch and dinner!

The staff at Kayana were all very polite, courteous and helpful. Each and everyone never fail to greet you when they see you. Service was tip top. Pool has some dust/sand particles and insects sometimes but it’s near a beach so maybe that’s why. Location is near the harbour and has direct access to beach which can also be accessed by the public. Good if you are planning to travel to Gili Islands. However outside the villa there is nothing much, will have to drive to go to nearest restaurant and not easy to get taxi. We had a driver who brought us everywhere. The Blues Restaurant in the villa was sufficient for us - served good food, very affordable too and overlooks beautiful view especially at sunset. The inclusive breakfast was also worth it. Have to mention that the villa is very near a mosque and the calls to prayer starts as early as 5am. We did not mind it at all though. Overall Kayana made our stay in Lombok an amazing one!

We can walk from the hotel to any point of the island but if you prefer you can go on a bike. The hotel has several bikes available for the guests for free. Also, if you want to do some snorkel in the beaches and don’t have mask they also can borrow masks and tubes for free to the guests. The breakfast is very good and daily is served just outside the bungalow, in the balcony with a fantastic free of the pool. The bungalow is very spacious as well as the bathroom. All the decoration is fantastic and the cleanness faultless. The staff is all very nice and friendly and is always available to help you in any question that you may have. I must highlight Nurul that was, for us, the special one because it captivate us with her daily smiles and sympathy. She was always trying to learn a little bit more of the guest’s native language due to communicate with them. If this hotel isn’t the best of the island, surely is one of the bests and after our experience we surely recommend it.

We have loved every second of our stay here and are sad to be leaving in the morning. The staff are so attentive and wonderful (special shout out to Bandi, Zaen, Emil and Febri), the massages are relaxing and the spa staff; Era, Ellie and Rishka are attentive and conscientious in their work. We have been provided excellent recommendations for activities and timings (we missed the busiest times of the days when we visited the secret Gili’s and the waterfalls thanks to timing recommendations from the hotel). The pool area and deck are serene and the rooms are well appointed, sleek and minimal. We even had special visitors (local wild monkeys) by our room and on the deck which we loved. We cannot fault our stay however one thing we would ask the hotel to do is provide name badges for the team. We loved getting to know the staff and we tried our very best to remember everyone’s names but weren’t always successful, name badges would have helped us.

The price is great but this place is way too close to the mosque. The call to prayer at 4.30am is very long. There were lots of mosquitos inside.

Wir freuten uns sehr auf unsere Unterkunft in den Telescope Villas. Als wir eincheckten waren wir noch hellbegeistert. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption offerierten uns auf Nachfrage, dass sie uns einen Roller von einer Vermietung organisieren können. Also bezogen wir in der Zwischenzeit unser Appartement. Als die Mitarbeiterin die Infrastruktur erklärte, erwähnte sie, dass der Pool nur kaltes Wasser besitzt. Dies warf bei uns Fragen auf. Wir schauten uns das Bett an, es waren grosse Flecken auf den Kissen, unter der Decke befand sich ein schwarzes Haar und weitere Flecken. Nach gut 1 1/2 Stunden wurde uns ein fast neuer Roller für die nächsten 5 Tage gebracht. Wir erwähnten dann gleich bei der Rezeption, dass das Bett sehr schmutzig sei und ob sie es wechseln könnten. Kurz darauf wurde das Bett frisch und sauber bezogen. Da uns der kalte Pool verunsicherte, fragten wir erneut nach. Der Mitarbeiter erwähnte, dass es nur unser Zimmer 307 sei, das einen kalten Pool besitze. Das machte mich stutzig. Ich fragte erneut nach. Dann kam per Zufall ein anderer Mitarbeiter zur Rezeption und platze ins Gespräch. Er sagte es sei jeder Pool kalt und das könne man nicht ändern. Es wirkte als möchten sie etwas verstecken oder Strom sparen. Am Abend wollte ich mein Gesicht trocknen, öffnete ein frisches Handtuch. Darauf befanden sich riesige, braune Flecken. Es sah aus, als hätte jemand das Handtuch vor mir gebraucht. Also nahm ich das Tuch zur Rezeption und zeigte es dem Mitarbeiter. Ich sagte ihm, dass es sehr schmutzig sei und ich sehr unzufrieden bin. Er ging nicht darauf ein, seine Antwort war: evtl. hat ein Mitarbeiter vergessen das Tuch auszuwechseln. Er entschuldigte sich nicht, stellte es hin als wäre es mein Fehler. Er sagte: Kein Problem wir wechseln dies aus. Ich war entsetzt von dieser Reaktion. Als wir nach einem Tag Scooter fahren am Abend in der Villa eintrafen, kam der Mitarbeiter der Rezeption schon angerannt. Er äusserte, dass wir den Scooter wechseln müssen, da unser Scooter am nächsten Tag in den Service musste. Wir waren etwas stutzig, erhielten dann einen anderen Scooter. Dabei schien es als wäre der Ersatzscooter von der Villa selber obwohl sie ja keine Scooter vermieten. Wir fragten ob wir den anderen Scooter nach dem Service zurück erhalten. Der Mitarbeiter erzählt, dass dieser wahrscheinlich nach dem Service anderst weitig vermietet werde. Wir können jedoch den Ersatzscooter behalten, es sei das selbe Modell nur etwas älter. Also probierten wir den Scooter aus und fuhren zum Abendessen. Während dem Beschleunigen unterbrach die Gaszufuhr teilweise aprupt. Die Spiegel waren nicht zu gebrauchen, da man darin nichts sah und die Bremsen waren einfach nur schrecklich. Als wir zurück kamen erzählten wir dem Mitarbeiter, dass wir diesen Roller nicht mieten möchten. Er gab uns noch einen dritten Roller zum ausprobieren, doch auch dieser entsprach nicht dem normalen Standard. Wir beschlossen den Roller in Kuta für die restlichen Tage zu mieten.

We stayed in this resort for 3 nights and had a pleasant stay. It is a modern resort with a great location next to the beach. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and each room has their own garden with private pool. We had some problems with the electricity, and got offered another room. In both rooms the AC was not the best, even when putting it on 16 degrees it was not super cool in the room, but it was sufficient. The breakfast was good. Overall a nice resort to stay at in Gili Air!

sehr freundliches service, unglaublich warmherzig und an dir als mensch interessiert. die begrüßung war schon besonders freundlich und offen, das habe ich in 7 wochen reisen in indonesien/bali und vietnam noch nie so erlebt. und sogar als es was mit der spülung bei der toilette hatte, kam man mir entgegne und hat mich gratis zum essen eingeladen sowie zum hafen gebracht. weiters sind schnorcheln und kajak fahren inkludiert gewesen, was das ganze wirklich zu einem guten erlebnis machte! super ruhige zimmer, flottes wlan, und ganz ruhige bucht zum schwimmen und schnorcheln. andere cafes, restuarants und warung am strang in geh-reichweite, und super nah vom hafen (keine 10 minuten). sogar eine runde billard hab ich gespielt. absolute empfehlung!

We rented a Majo Private Villa for our honeymoon. Overall, we would recommend it for other couples (with one condition). Firstly, the staff were extremely friendly and fully accomodating (as was everyone on Gili Trawangan). We felt very welcome at all times. The itself villa was quite luxurious. It felt very private and had a lovely pool, large bed and comfortable living quarters. My wife was sick for a few days so we spend several days confined to the villa and were quite content to do so. The food and drink proved was also excellent, fresh and delicious. The single drawback had nothing to do with Majo itself. However, I feel that I should mention to in order to warn other couples considering Gili Trawangan and Majo. Our stay was during the month of Ramadan. During this time there are loud prayers played across the island, beginning at 4:30am. In the evenings, the mosques could be heard from sunset to midnight. I am afraid to say that his definitely detracted from our expereience and I would therefore recommend avoiding any stay during the month of Ramadan if you can. Other than this, highly recommended.

別墅地點位於Gili T 島北側，可以方便到達海龜觀測點、落日觀測點，因為遠離club區，晚上十分寧靜有利於休息。別墅設施完善，面積大，有獨享的泳池和花園。經理David將別墅打理得非常好，而且會盡力幫助客人，超出預期的優秀服務。如果能解決蚊子的問題，這將是完全完美的旅遊居住地點。

It felt very private and had a lovely pool, large bed and comfortable living quarters. My wife was sick for a few days so we spend several days confined to the villa and were quite content to do so. The food and drink proved was also excellent, fresh and delicious. The single drawback had nothing to do with Majo itself. However, I feel that I should mention to in order to warn other couples considering Gili Trawangan and Majo. Our stay was during the month of Ramadan. During this time there are loud prayers played across the island, beginning at 4:30am. In the evenings, the mosques could be heard from sunset to midnight. I am afraid to say that his definitely detracted from our expereience and I would therefore recommend avoiding any stay during the month of Ramadan if you can. Other than this, highly recommended.
