The resort is very well maintained and very clean. The check-in was quick. We were welcomed by Mary, Resarta and Raul, fantastic and kind guys who immediately gave us a warm welcome 🥰. They explained to us all the services and meal times. The rooms are spacious, equipped with all the comforts. In the bathroom you will find shampoo, shower foam, body cream, toothpaste and toothbrush, even a manicure set. There are 2 restaurants, one buffet and the other à la carte. In the buffet restaurant, you will find chef Atilla with his staff who will delight your palate. The chef is a very kind person, he welcomes all customers with a smile. The dishes are delicious and the restaurant is full of all kinds of food! Every day you will find fresh salad, variety of meat and fish, local cheeses, sweets and fruit. And then the chef creates works of art in the watermelon. He cut the watermelon peel and made one with my face. What a kind thought. Thanks again chef 🙏🤲🏻🥰 The resort has a SPA too where you can relax. Other services as massages are obviously paid. In the à la carte restaurant you can eat well and you don't spend much but the right price. The pasta is well cooked (and I'm Italian) and the pizza can be improved. The service is good, but here too you can improve and get better !!! Here, I had the pleasure of meeting the director Aminka, a woman! Between women we understand each other immediately! We talked a lot and she was very interested in my opinion. Listening to a customer always leads to great solutions. Thanks again to everyone, we will definitely be back. 🌹🌹🌹

Nice little hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood near the Great Park Even if our room (”Ksamil”) was in fact in the basement of the building (nothing wrong with this, we knew it when we made the booking), it was very spacious and clean with a large, soft double bed and big bathroom. Very polite and helpful English-speaking staff. Parking lot behind the hotel has a limited capacity, but fortunately there weren't too many guests with cars, so we have managed to make the best use of it. It's a good idea to leave the car at the hotel and to go to the city center by taxi (on foot it takes at 30 - 40 minutes). It seems most taxi drivers aren't familiar either with this part of the town or the hotel itself, so you'll probably have to instruct them where to enter the maze of the little streets where the hotel is located (for a ride to or from Skanderbey Square expect to pay 350 - 400 ALL)

The hotel is in a fairly quiet street, in the very middle of the city. From outside, it doesn't look like a hotel, but the inside is OK: about 6 comfortable rooms. Mine was the smallest and the TV was broken, but otherwise it was fine. Reception was OK, too, they did help me, the breakfast was fine, especially the coffee. I recommend this hotel to anyone, but after just one night it is hard to say more. Having been to many hotels in Tirana, this is somewhere in the middle of the range.

Amazing little hotel, room was gorgeous, could have gone for a swim in the gigantic whirlpool bath. Staff were absolute class, so welcoming. Tirana is an amazing city too, food was beautiful, drinks are cheap, and the people are so friendly, without being pushy. The city is absolutely alive. 11/10. Just go, what are you waiting for?!
