L'hotel nulla di male, letti comodissimi. L'unica cosa che mi è successa è che una mattina mentre mia madre era fuori dalla stanza che era andata a prendere la colazione, io ero rimasto sotto le coperte (ero quasi nascosto perchè ero coperto fino a sopra) ad una certa sento la porta aprirsi e mi sveglio pensando fosse mia madre e invece no, era una donna delle pulizia che non vedendomi ha iniziato ad aprire tutte le nostre borse e ogni minima cosa di nostra proprietà poi mi sono fatto notare ed è uscita senza dire e prendere nulla, per non parlare di quando devono fare qualcosa che vogliono sempre la stanza libera. Prezzi del frigo altissimi solo perchè eravamo Italiani (1,50€ una bottiglia d'acqua da 100cc quando in un negozio qualsiasi in Albania con 1,50€ prendi due bottiglie da 2 litri.

Had a really lovely stay here. Location is perfect. Five minutes walk from the airport bus stop and Skanderbeg Square. Lots of pavement cafes nearby. Safe area. Friendly staff. Shaban so helpful. Breakfast continental style but more than enough. If the coffee is too strong dilute with boiled water (kettle accesible) and then the coffee is perfect. The windows are small, the fridge in the room can't really be used. But with shops nearby is no problem. If you book here you really won't regret it. Amazing value for money. I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was sooooo friendly. They kindly did some laundry for me (5 euro surcharge ) The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. I recommend letting the front desk know if you want breakfast, I didn't realize I had to do this, but they still accommodated me last minute which I appreciated so much. Breakfast is not included in price. Cute cafe on the lower level and great location! I hope I can visit again someday.

The staff are very friendly and eager to be helpful. The room is fine, though some little things would improve it. There is no soap dish or shelf in the shower to put the soap or little shampoo and body wash bottles so they must be placed on the floor. There is nowhere to put the toilet paper roll either. They leave it for you on the sink edge - where it could get soaked if you keep it there [There is a douche though for those who don't use toilet paper]. There is only one available electrical outlet but it is conveniently located beside the bed. There were only three hangers and no hooks (this doesn't matter to us as we have our own travel hangers). There is a smart TV in the room which can play You Tube or your streaming services if you log into them. There is a refrigerator. The room has good black out curtains and there was no disturbing street noise. The breakfast is excellent. You help yourself to the food at the buffet. There are eggs, crepes, feta cheese, sliced hard cheese, some sort of deli meat slices, pickled cucumbers and peppers, olives, cucumbers, tomato, various fruits, .5% fat yogurts, excellent preserves, a Nutella type spread, white and whole wheat bread and croissants. They take your order for coffee or tea and it's brought to you. Cappuccinos are one of the choices. There is no safe in the room, so if that is a requirement for you go elsewhere. Also if you use hair conditioner or body/hand lotion bring your own. We wanted to be environmental but there is no ”Do Not Disturb” sign so we told them we didn't need our room serviced/cleaned. We returned to find that they had replaced all of the towels and even changed the sheets. I had left my towel clipped onto a hanger to dry so it should have been obvious that I intended to reuse it. Oh well- we tried.

Nice little hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood near the Great Park Even if our room (”Ksamil”) was in fact in the basement of the building (nothing wrong with this, we knew it when we made the booking), it was very spacious and clean with a large, soft double bed and big bathroom. Very polite and helpful English-speaking staff. Parking lot behind the hotel has a limited capacity, but fortunately there weren't too many guests with cars, so we have managed to make the best use of it. It's a good idea to leave the car at the hotel and to go to the city center by taxi (on foot it takes at 30 - 40 minutes). It seems most taxi drivers aren't familiar either with this part of the town or the hotel itself, so you'll probably have to instruct them where to enter the maze of the little streets where the hotel is located (for a ride to or from Skanderbey Square expect to pay 350 - 400 ALL)
