warm and friendly staffs . nice room and spacious with kitchen microwave and cooking equipments. they also serve welcome pompe which is a local bakes. nice :) unfortunately with this price there isn't much complimentary basic utilities we can use such as coffee at pantry or other.

This business needs a huge overhaul. It is unacceptable to rob guests with such terrible accommodation. I had booked 10 days in this place. Upon my arrival after a long trip with my heavy backpack, the receptionist ignored me as I waited for her to greet me. What a greeting! 'You will need to bring your rubbish in the bin before you leave; you will be given fresh linen in four days; you need to sign in to the internet every time you use it; you will need to do the dishes before you leave' etc...No welcome words, only orders. I felt I was signing in to jail! I have been in hostels in the past, am well travelled and I manage my expectations, but this was far worse than any hostel, airbnb, hotel, or residence I have ever been to. Upon entering my studio - I would not call it an apartment, I found the shower head dirty, the wastebasket dirty, the walls bare of any decor except for a cheap frame. There was only ONE plastic hanger in the closet, with all the others broken. In the kitchen, there was a 2oz bottle of washing detergent and not much at all, not even a coffee maker, just a kettle. There was only one roll of toilet paper for my 10 day stay. No one was ever at the reception except early in the mornings. You could not reach anyone in the afternoon or evening. When I ran out of toilet paper, I asked on my way out to have a few rolls dropped in my room. Upon my return that night, nothing. Luckily I met some guests who were sitting outside (equally unhappy with the residence), who saved me and were most kind, bringing me a roll. When the next morning I asked for toilet paper again, after having left a note at the unstaffed reception desk, I was finally given some. But fresh towels after 4 days? The response was ”well, I don't know, I have to ask my colleague...” I could not believe the staff's attitude. I was happily able to find a place 8 days later and could not leave soon enough. (Unfortunately, in high season and at the last minute, accommodations are nearly impossible to find in Aix.)

breakfast and coffee isn't good. No room cleaning service for 3 days. No toilet paper or clean towels for your stay. The room is quiet and clean. You have to pay 7 uro per day extra for your cleaning service.

Excellent rapport qualité/ prix

Very comfortable hotel, everything worked ok in the room, tv, kettle, fridge, shower with good hot water. Everything was very clean and convenient. It also had a kitchenette with pans, pots, cutlery and crockery. Hotel is located right at the heart of the Village, walking distance to everything!. Special thanks to the reception staff that were super nice and Friendly. I stayed in Room 207, where there was zero noise from the street. Thanks!.🙂

エクサンプロバンスのバスターミナルに近く、スーパーマーケットも近くにあって立地場所は良い。 部屋は広くはないが、キッチンやIHレンジ、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、食器、調理器も揃っていて便利だった。 チェックインは、セルフチェックイン方式で部屋の鍵はキーボックスから入手するが、受付は日曜日や夜間は基本的に不在で、平日も閉鎖されていることがある。したがって、サービスは全く期待できない。Trip.comで予約時に、ホテルに電話して確認するように連絡があったが、電話が繋がらないことが多く、キーボックスの解除番号を知らずに現地に行ったので鍵を入手できず、初日は他のホテルに宿泊することになった。翌日、現地の人に頼んで、電話やメールで連絡を取ってもらったが、キーボックスの解除番号を通知してもらえず、受付も閉まっていたため２日目も宿泊できなかった。キーボックスの解除番号の連絡を受けたのは３日目の朝で、４泊分の予約支払いをしたが、２泊しか泊まれなかった。他の宿泊者に聞くと、***********で予約すると、ホテルに問い合わせなくてもSMSに解除番号の連絡をもらえるそうなので、Trip.comで連絡をもらえないのは予約システムに問題があると言える。今回Trip.comを初めて使ったが、予約システムを信頼できないと二度と使う気がしない。

Quelques points forts : la climatisation qui fonctionne plutôt bien, la localisation de la résidence. Par contre le logement était sale à notre arrivée : j'ai été le signaler à l'accueil (vitres, toilettes, odeur de tabac et sol poussiéreux !) : on nous a répondu désolé nous sommes en sous effectif sans autre solution... Et impossible d'avoir un aspirateur car il n'y a tout simplement pas ! De plus très peu d'accessoires dans le logement. Et quelques surprises en plus : pas de prise dans le logement du micro-onde, une seule poêle très sale et la piscine fermée en fin de séjour car soit disant un organisme est passé et l'eau n'était pas dans les normes. Bref sauf grand programme de rénovation, nous chercherons une autre résidence si nous revenons dans le coin.

Chambre en réz de chaussée très salle sous le lit près de la fenêtre un truc bizarre urine vomit on ne savais pas trop une odeur d égout et de moisit salle de bain très petite ou il manque la tablette ménage des toilettes vraiment pas terrible heureusement literie propre et de bonne qualité cette chambre était à refaire nous avons pris le petit déjeuner mais plus de café le dimanche à 9h30 viennoiseries brûlées et pas cuites le cadre est magnifique c’est vraiment dommage qu’il y est si peu d’entretien et de ménage il manque des tasses des cuillères à la réception pour le petit déjeuner

Les horaires d'arrivée et de départ sur le site ne correspondaient pas à la réalité... J'ai été obligé d'attendre 3 quarts d'heure 😱😰 J'ai payé la taxe de séjour... alors que sur le site, il est indiqué taxes incluses 😰😱 Sinon, cette location est d'un bon rapport qualité/ prix... 😁🤪
