整體是非常棒的體驗，所以給了5星🌟！先説優點： 1、酒店內部裝潢的木材非常有大自然的氣息，極簡中帶點奢華，給人很舒服的感覺☺️ 2、露天温泉池體驗也非常好，景美，如果缸能再大一點就更好了，否則一個房間住2-3人完全沒辦法在50分鐘內體驗到位，這點就不是很人性化，人多人少都衹給你50分鐘，並且缸太小最多也就一個人進去泡，其他人得等在外面，情侶也沒辦法同時享受。🥺🥺🥺 3、另外餐食還不錯，中規中矩，飲料另算，特別驚艷的味道也不多，頭道冷菜最好吃 4、晚上的若草山夜景很棒，這個必須點贊！酒店會開車送你上山看👍 再來説説很有必要改進的點： 1、酒店服務略顯尷尬，態度是極好的，但總有説不上來的違和感，比如checkin時跪式服務，到後面用餐活動，給你checkin的服務員甚至都不記得你的姓和哪間房間（對一個如此小規模，沒幾間房的精品民宿來説不應該），流程化痕跡明顯，並且説會幫忙問隔天早上私人温泉是否有空位都沒有下文了。🐶 2、房間床上的枕頭很不舒服，太高了，並且兩個枕頭都很高沒有差異，也沒得選，小心落枕。👴 3、包的一頓晚餐不含酒水和菜品升級需要另外點，但我們沒點，退房的時候女將還要特意來問我們收錢，當我們表達了困惑，她才問我們晚餐有沒有點額外的酒水。拜託，客人點沒點你們沒有記錄嗎？退房的時間要客人自己確認豈不是很失禮？🙁 4、觀察了下當天住宿的賓客，基本上中國人（含港台）居多，其次也有少數歐美人和日本客人，但酒店居然沒有説中文的服務員，除了日語就是強行背詞的日式英語。想説雖然也可以用英文溝通，但是萬一不會説，全程雞同鴨講真的有在尊重中國客人嗎？畢竟這樣溝通無比吃力，有些日本人講的英語還聽不懂，不知道酒店方是怎麼在中國客人如此多，還開微博推廣的情況下沒有會説中文的服務員？🙁

A wonderful stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nara, which is a 8 mins walk from the Nara Train Station. It is also only about 20 mins to the famous Nara Deer Park along the shopping street. The room is bigger with space for a working table and placing our luggages. We even have little treats from the hotel! There is a big social area outside the onsen room where we continued to relax and chatted after our onsen session. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for giving us a wonderful experience!

Anda mesti menunggu 30 minit untuk mendaftar masuk. Sebagai tambahan kepada kaunter, saya berpendapat bahawa ia dapat dipendekkan sedikit lagi jika anda menulis nama dan alamat anda di ruang menunggu dan membimbing mereka dengan teratur, tetapi biarkan mereka mengisi satu set di kaunter dengan teratur. Saya akhirnya mendapat giliran, tetapi kunci bilik diserahkan dan sudah habis. Tidak ada petunjuk. .. Semasa saya bertanya kepada kakitangan yang tidak melakukan apa-apa sambil berfikir, saya terus berjalan dan naik ke tingkat dua. eh? Tidak ada peta panduan bilik, dan walaupun saya akhirnya memasuki bilik, tidak ada peta dewan. Semasa tiba di hotel dengan teksi Adakah anda mahu menghentikan teksi yang anda naiki seperti pelanggan lain? Tukar dengan pendapatan. .. Tetapi peralatan itu sendiri bagus. Kakitangan tidak begitu menyukainya

Saya menggunakannya sebagai kem tetap apabila saya pergi ke Nara. Meja penyambut tetamu adalah baik dan sopan, biliknya bersih, dan ia sangat selesa untuk perjalanan bersendirian. Terdapat bantal dan mata air panas yang sesuai dengan saya, jadi saya boleh berehat dan tidur dengan lena. Bukan sahaja langkah korona tetapi juga keselamatan adalah kukuh, jadi saya dapat mengembara sendirian dengan ketenangan fikiran yang digemari wanita. Lokasi yang baik dan ia juga sesuai untuk bersiar-siar. Harganya berpatutan dan ia adalah hotel kegemaran saya.

We wanted to have a very Japanese experience while in Nara and booked one of their Japanese style rooms. Very nice room that was very clean and comfortable. They provide you with traditional Japanese robes to wear while you are in the hotel. Many people wear these to dinner/breakfast or just walking around the hotel. When we went out to dinner they came and transformed our room for sleeping by placing out the futon mats and pillows. Very nice to come back after dinner and have your room ready. They have an Onsen on site that you can use - one for women and one for men. This was very enjoyable after a long day hiking and hangin out with the deer.

デイユースで利用しました。12時間滞在で3500円、さらのデイユースプランでも朝食がつきます。個人的にアボカドと鶏肉の炒め物が美味しかったです。スムージーまで用意されていて満足できました。　　　お部屋は窓の外がビルの壁しかない部屋と、景色が広い部屋があるので、あらかじめ景色の広い部屋をリクエストしたほうがいいです。一階のカフェスペースも10時以降自由に使えてコーヒー飲み放題でした。テレワークでこの宿はオススメできます。

這個酒店還是不錯的，但是位置很崩潰，在很偏僻的地方，需要坐公交車去，旁邊是山和竹林，晚上很恐怖，周邊什麼都沒有

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and loved it. The staff was very nice and check in/out was simple. The hotel had a lot of traditional aspects to it and I loved the room. The room was traditional and modern and had all the needed amenities. The hotel is right by the station and a short walk from Nara Park and the downtown area. I would definitely stay here again.

L'hôtel est très placé, à mi-chemin entre la gare et les sites à visiter. La chambre était propre, jolie. L'accueil était standard. Le petit-déjeuner n'était vraiment pas super, choix très limité, café mauvais, l'une des personnes au service étant très antipathique. Petit-déjeuner à revoir complètement et l'établissement pourrait gagner vraiment en qualité.

I think the general experience around this area of Japan is pretty much the same Kind of Old fashioned as here is more of a rural area of japan If you are only staying for a night to visit the deer park and chill then this can be a good choice Oh there is a ****** nearby We heard some kind of haunting stories about the hotel area not sure if that’s worth mentioning

really lovely ryokan! hidden gem 🥰 would stay here if i came back to nara. + near alot of convenience stores (daiso/ lawson) + located near to kinsetsu nara station and right in a shopping district. + close to tourist areas + counter staff spoke english + kind and attentive service, friendly staff allowed us to check in early

如果有別的選擇，不推薦這家民宿！説幾點僅供參考： 1，不專業，我的床連床單都沒有！溝通也解決不了 2,下午4點才入住，在此之前，他大門都不開，別想放行李！出去溜達自己揹着！ 3，這是在村裡，附近便利店，吃飯統統沒有。 4，退房時間，9點立刻要求你退房！不容耽誤半秒 5，毛巾需要租！這老頭就像個沒有感情的機器人。 6，優點：乾淨，安靜，便宜。
