I love to stay here whenever I visit Melaka especially in this Park City Motel. It is located very conveniently to Pharmacy Store, Kopitiam, Seafood restaurant, Seven-Eleven, Chinese Food court and Petronas station. I would strongly recommend whoever travelling to Melaka should consider this Motel. Best of all, the room prices are very reasonable. Cheers guys 💪🏻

A very clean European-style youth hostel, with very cute kittens downstairs. The air conditioning is sufficient, the location is convenient, the facilities are well maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The whole environment is very clean, because you need to take off your shoes. The cat is very well behaved and cute, and the atmosphere is very warm. Have to take off your shoes when entering the door. The hostel is chic and practically design, the accommodation was tidy and cozy with affordable price. Moreover, the spacious common area and separated Male/Female bathrooms, simple pantry with 3in1 coffee, tea bag, snacks, water dispenser and microwave oven. There are 3 cute & friendly cats in the hostel too. The public space design is not very interactive. The capsules or boxes are comfortable. Have good locker system which uses card. The capsule pod was poor ventilation after cover by curtain as there is no mini fan and exhaust fan, towel not provided. After pulling the curtains and turning on the light, you can clearly see dust flying around. It is generally very clean, but the bed is relatively small This dormitory hostel has strategic location and are good, small, noisy electronic lockers, privacy curtains don't bring that much privacy. Staff don't seem to care a lot about what's happening and the staff are not that friendly. The mattress was comfortable. The lobby was clean and offered complimentary hot water and snacks, which was a nice touch. There are no bath towels and slippers, and it costs RM5 to ask for a bath towel. No hot water for shower and 2in1 shampoo/body wash provided but rarely replenish. The bathroom and toilet have windows to the outside, so they are more ventilated, the space is large, and they are very comfortable to use. The shower head has a brass retro shape, which is super beautiful. No deposit needed, easy to check in and check out. Location is strategic and near to major attractions, shopping malls and eateries within walking distance. But no lift and amenities. Have to climb up stairs and suitable for younger generations.

The check in is a bit of a hassle, where you need to contact the owner and they'll give you instructions on how to pick up the keys, where to get them but fortunately the check out is very simple. You just need to drop the keys in the box for check-out. Overall the environment is quite clean, there's a restaurant out front, near the main road so it's very easy to find. But it's NOT near well known locations like river cruise, taming sari, shopping mall.

The price reflected it's worth. It's cheap and front desk is 24/7 even tho we have to check in by Whatsapp while we are already in the lobby. Room is a bit small but clean, toilet is clean, got towel and I bring my own toiletries. The water dispenser is outside. Btw, no window for this room It's perfectly comfortable for sleeping and resting but not for vacation unless you're on budget.

I had a really good stay at Discovery Youth Hostel, Melaka. The location is honestly perfect — right in the old town, walking distance to Jonker Street, cafes, night markets, and all the main attractions. The place is simple, clean, and comfortable, exactly what you expect from a good hostel. For the price, it’s totally worth it. The vibe is chill, good for solo travelers and backpackers, and it’s easy to meet people. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in a great location in Melaka, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning kept me cool and I was able to sleep soundly at night. The shower temperature was just right, and the water pressure was stable and easy to use. The staff were friendly and always smiling, which made me feel at ease. I appreciated the free towels they provided. The hotel is right next to the river, so there was a table where I could rest while looking out at the river. The location is convenient, but the nearby restaurants are open until late at night, so the noise outside can be a bit distracting. Also, the lack of a washing machine may be inconvenient for those staying long-term. Overall, it's good value for money, and I highly recommend this hotel for short stays.

1. **Location:** Super convenient! It's just a 3-minute walk to Little India and about a 10-minute stroll to Jonker Street. 2. **Food:** Right across the street, there's a huge Indian hawker center that gets really busy at night. Plus, at the corner, there are two authentic local teahouses that are open from morning till afternoon. 3. **Room:** Our room for four was spotless. There were tons of bathrooms and shower rooms available. They even offered free bread in the common area in the mornings!

A nice place, a bit far from the attractions so had to take a taxi but there are lots of places to eat. No elevator and you have to go up a flight of stairs. Nice place for solo travelers.

Well... the location is great. You couldn't find a more central or romantic place to stay. The room is also kind of cozy, definitely old-school. Great view of the river. The owner is incredibly nice. But... We booked 36 square meters. The room was 16 square meters plus a small bathroom without hot water... Taking off your shoes at the front door and walking barefoot through the house is also a matter of personal taste. The offerings urgently need to be revised. And the price is too high for what you get. But still, I'd recommend it for the right kind of renter. But I wouldn't book it again... Too quirky. Too expensive. And far too many barriers throughout the house. The toilet is designed for short people.

A centrally located and newly built hotel. Very pleasant, clean, and cozy interior with comfortable beds and pillows. Great A/C and TV. Things to improve on: slow check in process (~15 mins), most rooms have no windows, toothbrush not provided. Apart from these, one of the better hotels in this small town. Worth the money and very comfortable for 2 a night stay.
