Excellent location near Antwerpen Centraal Station, busses and trams, as well as the Meir! Having a well-kitted kitchenette helped to save money on eating out - can be very expensive. Grocery stores 2-3 blocks away. Laundry facilities on site were much appreciated. Comfortable beds. Good standard of cleanliness. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Antwerp.

We (couple) took an apartment with separated room, and it was roomy and very quiet. Everything was clean, and almost as important, new (2023). I asked in my reservation for a second duvet for the bed, as my better half is a duvet-hogger, and it was there when we arrived. It was a double width too, so we ended up with lots of duvet on the bed, but as the bed was wide enough, that was no problem. The pillows where a bit high for our taste. There were three to choose, and the thinnest one was just on the line for us, but we slept all right. Bed is confy, with that ”thick mattress with thin mattress on top” concept. Movement from one side to the other travels more that in a full viscoelastic mattress, but less than in a spring one, so it was ok for us. The hotel has two buildings, connected by a first-floor gangway with apartments on the sides. We got an apartment, the number 111, that was in that connection, and it was really quiet, the windows looking to some inside court, rather wide, and I think no neighbouring apartments at all. We went at the time of some big festival in Antwerp, and we heard nothing either from outside or from the neighbours. Only drawback of this particular room is that the bathroom is adapted for wheelchairs, so the shower is covered by just a curtain and with a couple of supports that restrict movement a bit, but that was a minor inconvenience for us. On the plus side, the bathroom was really big. We liked the decoration, and the lighting possibilities too. The oven is a combination microwave-grill, and was clean too, as I say, everything is rather new so that can change with time. All in all, a very good experience.

Smerig! Het stinkt, trappenhuis is ongelooflijk heet opgestookt en vies. Niet prettig. We kozen voor een appartement 'hotel' omdat je dan een kitchenette hebt met koelkast ed. Er was een ranzige theedoek en een nieuw sponsje en zelfs afwasmiddel, geen wasteiltje of dop, geen afdruiprekje of afwasborstel, geen handdoekje of vaatdoekje. Oh en er waren precies NUL vorken. Gelukkig konden we die via de receptie wel krijgen. Het appartement leek niet of ontzettend slecht schoongemaakt. Direct melding gemaakt dat het appartement vies was. Zucht steun, maar de receptionist kwam zelf wel even stofzuigen. Allemaal goed en wel maar de vloer is zo smerig dat we e niet met blote voeten op durfde. De badkamer is ronduit goor!! Schimmels en vlekken op de muur. De wc pot vloer en wanden waren duidelijk niet gepoetst. Zelfs nadat de volgende dag een schoonmaker extra aan het werk was gezet (waar moet ik schoonmaken?? Waar niet?) Heb ik zelf flink moeten schrobben met de aanwezige spons en de handzeep. Toen was het door van dragelijk maar prettig was het niet. Later maar wat extra handdoeken en een nieuw sponsje gepakt van de schoonmaak ploeg. De schuifdeuren konden nauwelijks open of dicht omdat de rail zo ontzettend smerig was. De lift was onbetrouwbaar, we zaten direct naast het trappenhuis dus gebruikte we alleen de trap. Het personeel was wel vriendelijk maar niet gastvrij, ze leken niet echt op de hoogte van hoe je met gasten omgaat, hoe je moet schoonmaken etc. Er lijkt niet echt een beleid ofzo te zijn. Het is dan eigenlijk ook geen hotel. De kamers zijn gehorig. Locatie is wel prettig dichtbij het centrum. De bedden waren oke, met schoon en heel beddengoed, lijkt me normaal maar dat was gezien de verdere hygiene een meevaller. Op zich ook ruim genoeg, de indeling was niet echt logisch, veel kastruimte al waren de kasten van binnen helaas ook niet schoon. Zonder parkeerplaats zou het erg lastig zijn al zit er dichtbij op het plein wel een parkeer (geen idee van kosten). Lang verhaal kort: Ik zou het 100% afraden om naar Be-Hosting Mechelen te gaan. Gewoon NIET doen! Zonde van je geld, want zó goedkoop was het nou ook weer niet.

Ik verbleef onlangs in dit hotel in de buurt van Antwerpen Centraal en het centrum en ik was zeer tevreden met mijn verblijf. De locatie was perfect, dicht bij het treinstation en het bruisende stadscentrum. De buurt was ook erg netjes en veilig. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waardoor ik me meteen welkom voelde. De kamers waren ruim en comfortabel, met alle voorzieningen die ik nodig had. Het was heerlijk om na een lange dag verkennen terug te komen naar een schone en gezellige kamer. Ik kan dit hotel zeker aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een aangenaam verblijf in Antwerpen. Ik kijk ernaar uit om hier in de toekomst weer te verblijven!

Stayed there for more than a year and overall I enjoyed the experience. The room was pleasant, quiet, with all the utilities needed to live there and the services exceeded my expectations. The room was at the 5th floor, on the back side of the hotel. Initially I stayed in a room at the 2nd floor on the street side, there the noise was louder, but at the back side of the hotel it's quiet. The cleaning of the room was made twice a week. At the reception anytime I had questions the staff was friendly and kind to give guidance. After the check out the warranty deposit was refunded after one working day.

Ik verbleef onlangs in dit hotel in de buurt van Antwerpen Centraal en het centrum en ik was zeer tevreden met mijn verblijf. De locatie was perfect, dicht bij het treinstation en het bruisende stadscentrum. De buurt was ook erg netjes en veilig. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waardoor ik me meteen welkom voelde. De kamers waren ruim en comfortabel, met alle voorzieningen die ik nodig had. Het was heerlijk om na een lange dag verkennen terug te komen naar een schone en gezellige kamer.
