Great and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well. The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26. There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess) The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced. Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

Saya rasa ia adalah hotel yang bagus. Ia lebih bernilai daripada harganya. Jika anda tiba di Stesen Kereta Api Timur Chengdu dan mengambil susur keluar di seberang hotel, sila pastikan anda bergerak dari ruang bawah tanah stesen ke bahagian hotel. Ia tidak boleh diakses dari tanah. Terdapat beberapa jenis Rayfont, jadi lebih baik mencari hotel dalam kanji daripada bahasa Inggeris. Kebanyakan hotel di sekitar sini mungkin sama. Anda boleh menikmati bufet sarapan Cina dengan hanya 18 yuan. Ia tidak terlalu lazat, tetapi pada harga ini, tidak ada salahnya menggunakannya. Anda boleh menaiki satu bas dari lapangan terbang ke Stesen Timur Chengdu, jadi hotel ini disyorkan untuk mereka yang tidak perlu berada di tengah-tengah Bandar Chengdu.

Kemudahan sekeliling sangat lengkap, kemudahan hotel sangat baru dan lengkap, dan sarapan pagi juga sangat kaya. Terdapat beg tab mandi, garam mandi, dan manik cucian, yang sangat baik. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah hotel ini tidak mempunyai robot yang menghantar perkhidmatan dari pintu ke pintu, yang tidak begitu mudah, kedua, bilik itu berbau perabot baru.

Service was amazing and staffs are really helpful, they did a free room upgrade for us to a bigger room, all the staffs were very helpful all queries were answered efficiently as well. There was also free luggage storage for 2 days. We had delivery delivered to the counter, Xinghe helped us out with our delivery. Will definitely stay again!

The apartment was big, clean, and very comfortable with all the facilities and equipment (the washing machine + dryer were very useful since we moved a lot and we had to wash some of our clothes). The personnel at the reception was very kind and all of them were English speakers. The breakfast was good. Sincerely, nothing to complain about. One of our best choices in our travel around China.

看到面積大，離地鐵站近，就訂了。很寬敞，舒適，空調，電視，電熱水器都方便！入住時，加了微信，微信提醒了入住事項。明確了用水等注意事項。要錄人臉才能進樓棟，挺安全！房間的體重秤有，就是沒電了，不能使用。樓底下有商場，沒時間逛，應該很方便。

I recently stayed 5 nights at this hotel in Chengdu, and the location was unbeatable. Just steps away from the city’s top 网红 spots, including 九眼桥, 熊猫书店, 太古里, and IFS, it made exploring Chengdu a breeze. The two-bedroom suite was not only spacious and spotless but also provided a serene and comfortable escape after a busy day of sightseeing. The staff were attentive and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. The mattress deserves a special mention—it was so comfortable that it made me sleep soundly every night. If you want a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of Chengdu, this hotel is an excellent choice.

I like this apartment very much. Electronic door lock. Very beautiful view from the 35th floor. The comfortable location is almost in the centre of city, near the metro station Dongdalu, a lot of cafe and shops is around. There were everything you need like an air conditioner, a fridge, a hair dryer, a teapot with 2 glasses in the apartment. It will be very cool if there was a microwave oven, there was a stove and no any dish, but you can ask for it. In my opinion the cleanliness was a weak spot, there was some amount of dust and the sofa definetely got to change, but actually it didn't bother me too much. The service was excellent, I sent all my requests in WeChat and the administrator was very helpful. In general I think, it is amazing place to stay, I hope I will come back here soon!
