The room was pretty tidy, clean and spacious. I booked the hotel just because the pool but using wasn’t that satisfactory. The pool is inside a private gym and there are lots of swimming coaches who don’t let you swim because they feel they are the owner of the place. The coaches are very rude as well. The pool is not a place you can’t relax and enjoy with your family for sure. The manager of the hotel had to come to try and solve the problem which it was already too late (we have argued with 2 of the coaches because they were being impolite and crossing the line with us). To apologies, the manager gave us a 200 yuan discount ticket we could use in one of the restaurant downstairs. Overall the hotel was good, just have in mind if you want to use the pool.

Situated about 20 minutes away from Tianjin West Railway station by car, this serviced apartment is big with sufficient facilities convenient for a family to stay in. The beds were clean and comfy and the ensuite toilet had a bathtub too. The common living room area had a couch and a TV for friends and family to gather comfortably if they intend to stay in the apartment for some bonding time. Highly recommended if anyone is travelling with a large group as its price is also very affordable!

Let’s say that the location and the view from the room were good, but there is little else recommend the hotel. The window was dirty and completely cracked, the air-conditioning didn’t work at all, but there was a small heater in the side of the room. The bed was like sleeping on an ironing board, and there was no microwave in the room, despite being an apartment hotel. There was also no bath, but only a shower with no shower curtain. There was no bedside lamp, only very cheap slippers, although there was a fridge. I did check another, rather dark room, but that had a very small bath with a microwave that didn’t work, and no view. The elevator itself was falling to pieces, as were the walls due to salt damp. I wanted to change the room on the second night, but was told that the rooms were full. Think very carefully if you want to come here!

Near to metro station and bus station, also tianjin station is only one bus station away. It has everything u need also washing machine. Easy check in and out. Host allowed us to late check out for free so happy. Only one things is bed sheets are not clean

great and convenient location, except slightly far from the metro station. the place and environment is perfect. clean units. might be difficult to find this place for the first time as local map and GPS might bring you to the other entrance. but once you know how to go to the hotel, it is easy to travel and move around in tianjin

This is a good hotel and a great value. The room was very clean and I have no complaints about it. It’s so close to the train station, so it’s very convenient. Also, they allow foreigners to stay here. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a nice place for a very good price.

We visit the Xindonghui Apartment, whenever we are in Wuqing, district of Tianjin. The service is always excellent, and we appreciate the manager's courtesy and professionalism. All units are well kept, neat, clean and tidy. The units are equipt with a washing machine, refrigerator and television. The bed is very comfortable and you will enjoy a goodnight's rest. We can recommend this homestay to all guests, Foreign and Domestic. Reliable Wi-Fi, is also available and included, during your stay.

The building was the iconic building of Tianjin 30 years ago, but now it definitely shows the age. The apartment we had was very functional but had damp smell so we had to open all the windows at first. The location and amenities are super good especially if you need an extended stay. The best features for us were the view of tourists area and the washing machine. I planned this stop to refresh all our clothes in the middle of our summer trip.
