The room was pretty tidy, clean and spacious. I booked the hotel just because the pool but using wasn’t that satisfactory. The pool is inside a private gym and there are lots of swimming coaches who don’t let you swim because they feel they are the owner of the place. The coaches are very rude as well. The pool is not a place you can’t relax and enjoy with your family for sure. The manager of the hotel had to come to try and solve the problem which it was already too late (we have argued with 2 of the coaches because they were being impolite and crossing the line with us). To apologies, the manager gave us a 200 yuan discount ticket we could use in one of the restaurant downstairs. Overall the hotel was good, just have in mind if you want to use the pool.

Very good place! The girl in the front door was really nice. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around and the views from the room were amazing!

Bawa keluarga anda dalam perjalanan May Day dan pilih untuk tinggal di Himalaya Service Apartment Tracy Wang, yang mendaftar masuk di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, juga menulis nota untuk mengesyorkan restoran kepada kami. Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik. Tempat letak kereta sempit, dan bilik lebih selesa untuk daftar masuk. Jika anda mempunyai rancangan perjalanan pada masa hadapan, anda akan memilih tempat ini sekali lagi. Saya berharap dapat berjumpa dengan Cik Tracy Wang lagi

This is our third time at this hotel, with twice in 2023. The hotel, used to be called Fraser Hotel, is now under new management but we did not feel any drop in quality whatsoever. The hotel is clean, close to metro and other transportation. The staff is responsive 24 hours a day and they promptly arrive and take care of any need we have had. We are planning to come back and stay here again in the coming week after our travel. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

Let’s say that the location and the view from the room were good, but there is little else recommend the hotel. The window was dirty and completely cracked, the air-conditioning didn’t work at all, but there was a small heater in the side of the room. The bed was like sleeping on an ironing board, and there was no microwave in the room, despite being an apartment hotel. There was also no bath, but only a shower with no shower curtain. There was no bedside lamp, only very cheap slippers, although there was a fridge. I did check another, rather dark room, but that had a very small bath with a microwave that didn’t work, and no view. The elevator itself was falling to pieces, as were the walls due to salt damp. I wanted to change the room on the second night, but was told that the rooms were full. Think very carefully if you want to come here!

Near to metro station and bus station, also tianjin station is only one bus station away. It has everything u need also washing machine. Easy check in and out. Host allowed us to late check out for free so happy. Only one things is bed sheets are not clean

Nice & clean room. Friendly staff. Fast check in. Near subway. Variety of food. Great stay. Nice window view. Hotel was near & walking distance to Muslim Restaurant. Easy to find food. Really enjoy staying here.

我住過好幾次啦 ，每次都挺滿意的。房東人特別好！！有一次丟了東西 ，我以為得重新買了，可心痛了當時，結果是落在這邊了，房東專門給我送過來。這個地方不好找，第一次來找了半天才找着， 這裏和我們單位不遠，走着就過來了 挺方便，屋裡乾淨 ，有洗衣機 ，樓下有廣場 ，買啥都方便，嘿嘿，這裏暖氣燒的太熱了， 樓道裏都有20多度

I had a very nice stay at the Ascott. The check in was very smooth, the apartment was very clean and the location was ideal for me. The breakfast was attractively presented and the breakfast staff were extremely kind without being over the top. Everything was well managed. Just making it clear, this was the perfect place for a one night business trip. This would, in my opinion, not be a stop for a holiday! Thanks for provided everything I needed in a busy week!
