A very nice short-term apartment stay in a wonderful neighborhood of Bogota, with lots of amazing restaurants and cafes within walking distance. And if you like nightlife, there is much nearby in Chapinero. The kitchen comes with all the dishes and appliances you need if you wish to cook your own meals. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with great city views. The bathroom however was very small and cramped, there was a leak in the sink, and the shower overflows onto the bathroom floor if you take long showers. The accomodation and service are a bit expensive for what you get, compared to some others in the area.

Pasamos una sola noche y todo estuvo bastante bien. La habitación grande y cómoda, con cocina, cafetera, heladera. Pocos utensilios, ya que éramos 4, pero suficientes. Algunos detalles como que la puerta del baño no cerraba bien, y quizás faltaba un poco de prolijidad en la limpieza, pero nada grave. La ubicación excelente, pudimos recorrer todo a pie hasta la tarde, sin preocuparnos por la seguridad ni el transporte. La vista es hermosa. Destacamos la atención de Carolina, que respondió amablemente a todos nuestros requerimientos. Todo el personal fue muy amable. Contratamos el traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto con el hotel y también fue excelente. Lo único a tener en cuenta, es concretar el precio previamente y recordar la reserva justo antes, tuvimos algunos malos entendidos con el hotel, pero todo salió muy bien. El chofer del auto, Rubén Darío, fue genial.

Very nice hotel with an excellent location!!! Loved the breakfast at the rooftop. The room was very clean and it had very nice amenities and a nice balcony. I will be back for sure

I love the location! The apartment is beautiful and the building is very new. Just a short walk downhill to all the beautiful spots in the heart of Bogotá !

I have stayed at this place multiple times ( 3+ ) for long seasons ranging from 2 weeks up to 3 months. - The place has an ideal location in the Zona G of Bogota. - Breakfast is basic but nice. - Great, friendly and helpful staff. - Rooms are clean and spacious. - High story Rooms have good views of the city. Staff: - All receptionists are very Kind and will always help you with a great smile. - I order a lot of food... and they were always kind enough to help me get it up to my room. - They always provided good information and offered to help with directions and more. - Special Thanks to Miguel, Andres and Martica from cleaning staff, these folks are just kind and working honest people. - Unfortunately, Paula from reception was the exception, she was mostly rude with me and all my friends. - Lacked basic manners like greeting guests and showed attitude. - Very slow to open the door and slow doing front desk activities... - Worst of all never offered help beyond her most basic mandatory role of opening the door. - This lack of proper training to new receptionists is why I don't give 5 stars to this hotel. Recommending to management to properly train new Receptionists in customer service and guest attention.

My wife, my ”Princess” 6 years old and I, stayed in this installations for 50 days. We will definitely go back on April when we'll visit Bogota again. Besides this installation in Bogota, we visited, their hotels at Paipa, Boyaca and Yopal, Casanare. We were pleased with the rate, safety, installations and customer service on all of them. The hotel definitely complied and went beyond the safety government COVID-19 requirements. We definitely had to wear face mask, covering the nose, at all times; I forgot a couple times my face mask, and they provided me a face mask. The food is great. We had breakfast every day and we also had lunches and dinners several times. Room service and maintenance were always available and listened to our needs. Definitely, the hotel Estelar La Fontana has ample and well kept common areas; we took time to relax at the garden areas, and take daily walks within the installation. The hotel cannot be better located; malls, restaurants and parks are at walking distances. All personnel at the hotel were very professional, and helpful. No exception.

A hidden Gem near the 93rd street Park. Great service, beautiful rooms. The rooms are very spacious and have a kitchen area, a spacious living room and plenty of desk space if you need to do some work. The wi-fi works well. The breakfast service is full of fruits and everything that you need in the morning. Lobby bar available. The only thing that I found was the towels to be too rough. Other than that; A+.
