It's a great place for solo traveller to meet others especially young people. The owner is very friendly and accomodating. They even provided free couscous for dinner. It's actually near Manzoni metro dtation, bit far from Termini. But for 1 night stay, it's okay and adequate.

Amazing amazing, the best hostel I’ve stayed at. Extremely clean, the rooms and en suite bathrooms were cleaned everyday, shampoo and soap were included in the shower. Very nice receptionists and overall great vibes and atmosphere. Good public areas, kitchen, and activities. Definitely worth the price. Great location near the coliseum and main train station. Met some great people here! Would highly recommend.

My stay at Villa Luzzatti was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. The staff provided excellent service and were always welcoming. Amenities were good overall, though there’s still some room for improvement. A great choice for solo travelers looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Love this hostel, has really good vibe and clean.
The storage, living room and kitchen are well managed. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Good location, room are clean and well equipped at each bed( socket , lighting )
Also have the voucher for beer and pasta at the restaurant across the street.

Advantages
- in the city center
- can check in late
- though it’s a hostel we had a separate room and bathroom
- the room was quite clean
- there’s a back yard
Disadvantages:
- the shared kitchen was in poor condition (the hygiene)
- dust on upper shelves
- doesn’t look as nice as in pictures.
All in all fine for a single night stay.
But Wouldn’t wanna stay there for more than one night

4인 방 딱 하나 있는 호스텔이라 아담하고 좋아요.. 투숙객이 적으니 뽑기 운도 괜찮아서 멀쩡한 사람들 걸렸네요. 다음에 로마 또 지내야 하면 갈 듯

Siamo stati solo una notte per lavoro, in coppia, ma ci tenevo a recensire poiché difficilmente si trovano le camere degli ostelli così pulite. Camere dotate del minimo essenziale compresi asciugamani, monouso di shampoo e stampelle con appendi abiti. Ottima organizzazione da parte del personale in reception, molto gentile e professionale, che garantisce H24 il servizio e permette il check in entro le 00:00, pronta a dare consigli e info utili. Torneremo sicuramente!

The rooms and the restrooms were always clean. However I didn't like the design of the bathroom doors anybody could see your head and legs. Dinner options were very limited but breakfast had many options and was cheap. The hostel was close to the bologna metro station. It was very easy to travel to the center.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a quiet residential area. Its location is quite good. It takes about ten minutes by bus to reach the central tourist area. Just a minute's walk away is a supermarket. Shopping is very convenient there. But it should close at 8:30 p.m., if I remember correctly. The room was very large, and it was one of the few independent-bed hotels that I had stayed in. The front desk service was excellent. I don't know about the conditions of other rooms, but the door of the toilet in my room couldn't be locked properly; fortunately, it could still be closed. The bathroom had no hooks and the drainage was a bit blocked. If these two issues were improved, the overall accommodation experience would be perfect. Overall, it is worth recommending.

SShaz YusThe hostel is quite central, very close to the transport hub, but it's on the 'other' side of the sights.
Other reviews say that it's in a 'sketchy' area, this is true, there is a lot of graffiti around the hostel, but I personally saw no trouble at all, felt safe at all times.
The hostel itself was clean and welcoming from the outside.
Under my bed sheet there was blood, which was a bit unsettling, I didn't raise the issue, as I doubt anything could be done.
Some staff are helpful, some definitely are not, the night-time staff are moody, daytime were fine.
The roof top bar was closed, only open during the summer months apparently.
I personally felt the bar area needed a bit more atmosphere, it was never busy throughout my 4 nights there, I feel the hostel may have missed a trick there.
Overall, it was a good hostel, not perfect, but you get what you paid for. The rooms were tidy and well maintained. I had no issues with the 3 other strangers in my room.
Would I stay at this hostel again? Yes, as it was good value for money, in a central location, but certain staff definitely need to be more approachable and not loo .as though they will phone in sick the next day.

SSo.potato1. The elevator is quite nostalgic and unique; I didn't feel unsafe at all. It's probably one-of-a-kind globally, so the experience was fantastic.
2. I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a quadruple room, which had plenty of space and a safe. However, there were no curtains, so I used a hanger to hang clothes for added privacy! 👍🏻
3. The room had a window for ventilation, which helped prevent any unpleasant odors.
4. The hostel also has common areas and a lobby with restrooms, and one shower.
Downsides:
1. The room has a combined toilet and shower, which means if someone is using it, you can't even blow-dry your hair. It would be better if some of these facilities were separate and outside the room.

From the very beginning, my experience was extremely positive, mainly thanks to the amazing staff at the front desk. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. No matter what I asked—directions, transportation tips, or recommendations for sightseeing—they took the time to explain everything clearly and warmly. As a solo traveler, their friendliness made me feel safe, relaxed.
