The villa is beautiful, stylish rooms, everything is clean, there are all facilities. The rooms are warm, that is rare. But there is a big NO is a service and looks like a biased attitude towards Russian tourists. Before the settlement, I was asked to fill out the form for check-in and pay the city tax. I couldn't pay the tax on my card because of the restrictions, all we know what. I had no choice but to pay cash. What I offered is how it is done in hotels at check-in. But the host was very unfriendly, he didn't like it and he didn't send me the details of check-in at the promised time. Only on the day of check-in I received the settlement information. Until that time, I had no idea whether I would be set up at all. On my question - how to get from the station to the villa I was answered - Google cards to help you and everything! In general, I want to say that the service is rude, and by the way, the city tax is already much overstated compared to hotels. GGuest UserThe hotel was only a 15-20-minute walk from the train station. The rooms were much bigger than expected with a comfy couch (and blankets) and TV. There was also an Alexa set up and she played music when directed and was pleasant. The kitchenette had ample utensils and cookware, but no napkins or paper towels. They supplied cold water in a pitcher as well as several bottles of wine (NOT complementary, but reasonably priced. The prices on the list in the room differed from the prices at the front desk, tho.) The complementary slippers were used every day as the tile floors were chilly. There was always enough hot water in the showers, but one bathroom light was out the whole time we were there (reported it to the front desk on the first day and they said they already knew about it, but were waiting on maintenance to fix. We had to make due without it for the six days we were there.) There were instructions on how to use each of the appliances (much appreciated!). It was a short walk to restaurants and cafes and the shopping district. Great accommodations for the price point and lots of room.

SSSJHHo soggiornato presso Residenza Ariosto Depandance by Studio Vita a Bologna, e la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. La struttura si trova nel pieno centro storico, a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore e vicina alle principali attrazioni, ai ristoranti e ai negozi — una posizione davvero ideale per visitare la città.
L’appartamento era pulito, ben organizzato e dotato di tutto il necessario: cucina con utensili, frigorifero, microonde e una zona pranzo comoda. Lo spazio non è enorme, ma perfettamente adeguato per una coppia o un soggiorno breve. L’ambiente è silenzioso e accogliente, e ci si sente come a casa.
Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a dare consigli su cosa vedere o dove mangiare. Il check-in è stato semplice e ben gestito, anche a distanza.
Unico piccolo inconveniente: l’edificio non ha l’ascensore, quindi può essere un po’ scomodo con bagagli pesanti, ma nel complesso non ha rovinato l’esperienza.
In sintesi, Residenza Ariosto Depandance è una scelta perfetta per chi desidera vivere Bologna in modo autentico, con la libertà e il comfort di un appartamento nel cuore della città. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

The residence itself looks very interesting, the entrance team really likes it, and the view from the windows.
