1. Welcoming and Approachable Staff 2. Beautiful property The food was really delicious. The staff was very polite but the room and ambiance of the hotel was average. The lake view is clearly a scam - the view is there but not what you really expect when you buy it. There was no power backup. As a whole, the stay was average and anyways they were charging comparatively lesser than other hostels. So, the average experience makes sense.

We were 4, and we enjoyed every single moment out there. Also the Hosts - Basharat and Monika were awesome. First and best ever zostel experience we had. The vivid view from the balcony and wonderful woods in the backyard stole the show. Cafeteria and Bonfire were the best places to open up yourselves. The stay was really very awesome We were four and we had our best time over there The hosts Basharat and Monika were too good, we let ourselves out and had immense fun. The rooms, dorms, sitting area, balconies, backyard, cafeteria every thing was on point and stole our hearts. Really… Worth the money !

The perfect place to stay with Family… 5 star are for peace of mind during the stay and service of staff and particularly Manager (Vidhya g)…. Will definitely visit again… Jai mata di..🙏🏻

First of all it's not a hotel, it is a homestay. Not worth paying 5k+ per room per night. Patheticly slow service, very limited breakfast options (every day same. The owners behave as if they are doing us a favour by letting us stay. One time we had to cook our own meal as well. Utterly disappointed. We stayed here from 4th-7th april and then again on 10th april. We were not willing to come back and stay on the 10th but had no other choice as the hotel was not ready to give the full refund. In spite of agreeing verbally they denied when mm t called to confirm. Overall an average property with below average service.
