Amazing location in Olbia old town, closed to Piazza Regina Margherita. Very vibrant with lots of bars around and music on Saturday night! Lovely place, with all the necessities. Nice coffee machine to have an espresso in the morning. Very clean! Owner was very helpful and responding on WhatsApp, he came also to fix a little thing in the bath very fast. I recommend! I was sad to stay only 1 day!

Friendly service, spacious room(s), decent pool, good breakfast. Bed and AC not so great. Furniture on upper floors could use some anti-scratch stickers to prevent the heavy noise when other guests move them. I recommend asking for a top level room for this exact reason. Overall good value though and would potentially visit again.

Hôtel récent . La chambre était très propre. Le personnel très sympathique. Les services repas et petit-déjeuner assez minimaliste. Situé aux abords d’un rond point très fréquenté. Ne prenez pas votre chambre côté route et rond point si vous ne supportez le bruit.

The apartment was really clean. We stayed for four nights and it was super convenient to cook a few meals with the fridge, stove, range hood, and dishwasher. No washing machine though, haha. There's a small pool which was a lifesaver when it got too hot. The soundproofing is excellent, and the decor uses high-quality materials. Not having daily cleaning was perfectly fine. Last night, there were some inconsiderate guests making a lot of noise upstairs. That person had been shouting and swearing by the pool all day. All the other guests, however, were very well-behaved.

The room was a single room with kitchen. I would only improve the services, the bar has little choice for breakfast, there are no vegan cornets but only empty and chocolate but very small. Additional advice : The bathroom on board the pool should always be present, there were times when there was no even though there were bathing!
