The check in process was ”smart check-in”, where guests receive the passcode to the room via email. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any email (not in junk/spam either), and was stuck outside the room, trying to call a call center that had already closed for the day. There was also no reply to the email I had sent via the Trip app. In the end, I had to ask the guest staying in another room for the phone number of the person directly in-charge of the facility, so that I could call them to get the password and check-in code. The facility exceeded my expectations, but the check-in process due to the missing email was too stressful and unpleasant. I may use the facility again, but I will book it through another app to prevent such problems again.

It's inconvenient if you don't have a car, but it's a wonderful environment. The owner was kind and gave me good advice regarding sightseeing when I asked about it. The facility is a bit old so there seems to be room for improvement. It was a very nice hotel for us.

アパートホテルみたいな感じで普通に住んでいる人もいる所！ 駐車場は番号が振ってあり3.4.5は停められる！ エントランスに入るために番号入力が必要！ その番号が分からず電話して聞いた！ そして部屋に入るにも番号が必要！ もしかしたら、2つの番号はメールに記載されてたかも しれんけど、メールを消してしまってて分からず また電話(笑)ようやく入れた！けどチェックインは ipadにて！ここでも、IDか電話番号か事前チェックインか 選択でき、電話番号入力してもならない。また電話して ID聞いて入力。ベットはダブルベットが3台広々☆ キッチン用品は、お皿.コップ.スプーン.フォーク.お箸 レンジとポットもあった！ お風呂には、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープがあり、バスタオル、タオルはあった。 体洗うタオルは無し。そして扉のゴムパッキンが 掃除出来てなく角にゴミが。 お風呂の角も少しピンク汚れが。 洗面は歯ブラシセット、ハンドソープ有り。 洗濯機、洗剤、乾燥機もあり便利！ けど、乾燥機のフィルター詰まりで止まって フィルターをみるとビッシリ！！ 何層にもなってたから、それを取って乾燥 トイレは蓋の隙間に大きいホコリが。便器は綺麗でした。 家族で利用し、部屋でくつろぐ、寝るだけだったので この金額で泊まれるのは有難い。

Nice self check in hotel. Received the check in code in morning of check in. This hotel has no elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs. We were lucky to get the ground floor unit. Good laundry facilities with washing machine, washing power, dryer inside the bathroom. Cooking facilities was good. Clean and beds were comfy.

這個酒店有點像民宿，不過沒有前台，是自助check in和check out的，入住前需要提前打電話聯繫客服（客服的英文很好），告訴她你的電子郵箱，然後她會把相關訊息發到你的郵箱上，按照郵件步驟登記入住就行。房間很乾凈，也很大，離別府站走路5分鐘左右，交通便利。房間裏有廚房，有條件可以自己做飯。價格比較友好。

트립닷컴으로 예약을 하면 안내문자가 안오는것같습니다. 체크인 방법 비밀번호를 모른채 방문을했습니다. 전화비를 써가며 통화를했지만 일본어만 하실수있는분이 전화를 받으셨습니다. 비밀번호를 알게되는데까지가 너무 불편하였습니다. 와이파이도 어떻게 연결하는지 알수가없었습니다. 그 외에 나머지는 만족했습니다. 위치 시설 만족합니다

位置方便，一出門口就係超級市而且生果、食物都好足夠，又閂得夜，附近都好多食嘢地方，後面街就係「友永麵包」舖，地點環境幽靜。房間設施都保養得好好，冷氣夠凍，房間都好闊落，小朋友係土房間走動都足夠地方，最喜歡佢張枱，好大食嘢同小朋友玩玩具都冇問題👍🏻，另完配備廚房好適合有小朋友家庭。清潔都做得非常好。建議改善以下兩個問題： 1. 隔音真係好差，夜晚樓上行都覺得好嘈。 2. 自助check in 服務，到達前完全冇收到相關資料，亦都冇任何方法可以接觸到酒店員工。好彩即時聯絡到Trip.com 好快就解決到，希望呢樣真係要改善

日本北九州之行的第二站，來到了別府的格蘭德貝塞別府酒店（Grand Base Beppu）。酒店距離別府車站大約700m，步行範圍之內。 酒店屬於公寓型的，帶有全套的廚房設備、洗衣機等，房間很大，有三張床，兩大一小，可以住5個人，盥洗用品很簡單，衹有毛巾和牙刷。 最需要一說的是，這是一家完全自助check-in和check-out的酒店，看不見一個服務員，而且大門緊閉，衹有通過密碼才能進入，而且自助check-in的窗口（一個視頻互動屏幕）位於裏面。最關鍵要命的問題是，按說在攜程預定了該酒店，就應該給我（收到）一個門禁密碼和入住的註冊嗎，然後再成功註冊之後再獲得一個房間的密碼。然而，攜程至始至終並沒有給我（郵件/短信）任何密碼及說明或者提示。直到到達門口才發現這是全自助服務模式的酒店。仔細閱讀了門口的英、日文說明，才知道需要註冊嗎，留了聯繫電話。無賴之下，衹好啟動國際長途同酒店聯繫（順便說一下，要是不懂日文或者英文的話，真的是**煩），經過了進門前取得門禁密碼和進入后溝通checkin方法、並取得註冊碼等兩次合計近半小時（花費了RMB近30元的額外費用）的聯絡，總算是完成2個房間的入住。碰到如此情況，完全是攜程的責任！
