Great value for money! Keep in mind that it is a Dormitory setup, so you may share a room with different kinds of people each day. Clean room with toilet and shower (no heater). Can't complain much due to its price.

Je suis descendu à StayMalate. Pas besoin d'aller chercher ailleurs, c'est le meilleur rapport qualité/prix. J'avais prit une chambre simple qui donnait sur Adriatico street. Le rooftop est super sympa, vous pouvez manger un poulet au curry avec du riz pour 3 ou 4 euros ou autres plats. Vous pouvez aussi vous faire à manger mais vu le prix des plats préparés, c'est dommage de manger des pâtes en platre trop cuites comme les français que j'ai vu dernièrement. Les toilettes partout sont très propres et la salle de bain aussi, nettoyés tous les jours. Point de vu sécurité, aucun problème, veilleur de nuit, caméra partout et hôtel bien fréquenté, c'est important de pouvoir laisser ses affaires dans sa chambres sans angoisse et ascenseur dans l'immeuble. Le patron ainsi que les employés sont tous sans exception très gentils, aimables, et répondent à toutes vos questions. Les arrêts des Jeepney sont en bas de la rue et vous ameneront partout dans Manille, et des 7/Eleven partout. Pour les sensibles au bruit, prevoir des boules Quies car il y a du bruit la nuit dans la rue, mais c'est partout pareil ou prendre un lit qui donne pas sur la rue. Autre point positif, un très grand centre commercial ”Robinson” à 500 mètres où il y a de tout autant en nourriture que des magasins comme H&M, Samsung, restaurants... You can also cook your own food, but given the price of prepared meals, it's a shame to eat overcooked plaster pasta like the French ones I've seen lately. The toilets everywhere are very clean and the bathroom too, cleaned daily. Security point of view, no problem, night watchman, camera everywhere and well attended hotel, it is important to be able to leave your belongings in your rooms without anxiety and lift in the building. The boss and the employees are all without exception very nice, friendly, and answer all your questions. Jeepney stops are down the street and will take you anywhere in Manila, and 7/Elevens everywhere. For those sensitive to noise, provide earplugs because there is noise at night in the street, but it's the same everywhere or take a bed that doesn't face the street. Another positive point, a very large ”Robinson” shopping center 500 meters away where there is just as much food as stores like H&M, Samsung, restaurants... The place is new. Rooms are spacious. If you want to be located near the airport this could be a room for you. The only problem here is that it is far from convenience stores.

The room is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. Each room also has lockers for you to store your belongings. Good value for money and a better alternative for a short stay near BGC especially if you are on a budget.

Nice place clean room good service

The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”. Secara umum, tidak buruk untuk satu malam dan pada waktu pagi di lapangan terbang, kebersihan sangat baik, tidak ada selimut, tuala lebih seperti 2 selimut kecil, yang kami terpaksa menutup diri kami pada waktu malam, ia tenang pada waktu malam, penghawa dingin bunyi rendah, lipas datang dari celah antara lantai dan dinding, kakitangan sukar dicapai, tetapi mesra, lokasi di kawasan bukan pelancong, saya tidak mengesyorkan pergi berjalan-jalan pada waktu petang, di sana adalah 7/11 di dalam bangunan.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. The walk-in rate was significantly higher than online booking prices. The room had an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of a dead rat, and the TV was inoperative. Additionally, there was no hot water for showers, no WiFi, and the air conditioning was obstructed by curtains. The provided blanket was insufficiently small. The windows were broken, allowing loud vehicle noise from the outside to be constantly heard. Water was only available at the front desk, inconvenient for guests on higher floors. The hotel staff's behavior was unacceptable. They rudely interrupted our sleep at 2am to bill us for an extension, despite being informed we would settle the balance at check-out. This, combined with the poor room conditions, made for an extremely unsatisfactory stay.

Too bad that I can't upload a video here but I love the place! ✨ It's spacious and has peaceful environment because it's situated inside of residential place. I stayed for three nights here for my hotel quarantine and I did not experience anxiety since I also worked during my stay, they have stable WiFi connection, and the personnels were also hospitable to deliver my food. The interiors are old-fashioned but I personally like it because it's affordable and spacious, they also have warmth shower, fridge, water heater, TV, fan, dining area, and AC. I chose queen bedroom, the mattress are big and comfy. 👏

This is an excellent place to stay at Venice Grand Mall. From the balcony one looks down on the canal with the gondolas floating along guiding by the colourfully dressed gondaliers. Ali, the host, was prompt and so helpful - the apartment being set up so well. Additional facilities (pool etc) were easy to use and so clean. I would also recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to explore BGC.

The stay was really hood. I wasn’t expecting it to be this good.

Mabini Pension is no longer, and Santos Pension House closed so this one while further out of town has a security guard on 24 hours that opens the gate and is has free water and a nice courtyard where people sit. The rates 1200 pesos a night is not bad, and toilet and shower is in the room. There are no meals. They charge 100 pesos per item of luggage which saves you carting it to Baguio and back.

Good place to stay the night if you are on a budget.
