I am so very very conflicted about this review. First of all, that definitely is my fault that I chose this location. I did not have a car and did not think that a walk to the beach is so uncomfortable, an hour at least and 30 min at least by highway decending from the mountain. Elevation is significant. Had to take a car many times, thank god guest house had one. 10 euro each travel, to the beach and back. The nearest small shop is still 30 minutes from the guest house. The real plus of this place is the view from balcony and from the pool, although the pool is tiny and is used by several other guests, including children. But they are all tiny here, it seems. Now, for other unpleasant things. Initially, it seems like room is comfortable, big, new furniture, everything, kitchen, bed is very well. But it all turned out to be not so comfortable at all. The TV did not work at all. Manager got down to fixing it only the next day and still I could not watch cable only Youtube and Netflix (my accounts). So, TV is busted. Bathroom is strange, faucets are very unusual, very hard to turn and so it is very hard to mix water properly. Moreover, you cannot stand in the bath to have a shower, because the hose is too short, you can only lie in it, that is weird and uncomfortable. Kitchen does not have electronic tea pot, but does have coffee machine for some reason. It is said that you can drink the water from kithcen sink, but even after I boiled it, it had weird residue in the glass. As for the cleaning, it was bad! Because I got sick, during those days I asked not to disturb me, but after I got better it is like they decided not to clean the room at all. It is only by request it seems and even if you request via whatsapp to manager, they foget to vacuum, refill minibar, replace coffee shots, shower gel, soap or even put the toilet paper!!! I was so tired to request them to re do/deliver what they did not, that by the end of the stay I completely gave up! No bathrobe or disposable slippers at all as well. Also, it was initially said to me by the administrator that I can order breakfast, use minibar, pay for transfer etc. at the checkout, which is standard. But then I was asked not 3, but 4 times to do it at the moment. And always problems with the change. Did they think that I was going to run away with the money?? That is not an adequate attitude, in my opinion. Breakfast is very/very mid, not worth it. Costs 15 euros. I got sick and also ordered homemade beef broth to the room - that is the single least delicious soup I have ever tasted. So the food is bad. Overall, 5 for the view, 2 for everything else, the mean is 3 at best. Perhaps for Montenegro that service and comfortability is fine/5*, I am Russian and this is overall 2/3 at best. Never going back!

Check in was easy as there was someone there waiting for me and she even helped me get my bag up the stairs. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and I slept well. It was easy to communicate with them over WhatsApp and they replied promptly. Hotel is located close to the beach and about a 20 min walk from the old town. Lots of supermarkets and food places on your doorstep. My particular room had no outside space and was looked over by the neighbouring building so I had to keep the curtains closed. I had booked the room with the garden but didnt get that room but I'm not sure if this was an issue with the hotel or the online site I booked with. I was too hot on arrival to make an issue of it. For this reason I gave a 4 start instead of a five star. Would I recommend- for the price, location and room comfort, yes.

The receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

Pros: Free parking and an excellent price – a night was just under 2000₽. The decor is simple and a bit worn, and the bed linen, though clean, has some pilling. We asked for an extra blanket and it was brought without any hassle. The host speaks both Russian and English. Cons: The main issue is in the bathroom – the shower floor doesn't slope correctly, so water collects in the corner. This corner leaks, causing water to seep onto the main bathroom floor. Because of the dampness, there's an unpleasant smell, and insect larvae are appearing from somewhere. Also, the kitchen outlet isn't working. If they fix the water problem, these would be great apartments for the price.

This hotel is really good! The Wi-Fi in the room works EXCELLENTLY 👍 There's a hairdryer and a kettle. They provide any kind of crockery you need, even salad bowls 👍👍👍👍👍 They clean every day 👌 and change towels daily too 👌 They're also super helpful with any questions, like where to go or how to get around 😊😊😊😊 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ The restaurant food is delicious 😋 I tried the beef 👌 pork 👌 fish 👌 and chicken 👌 I ordered various dishes and they were ALL tasty, plus the prices are lower than in other restaurants 👌

The room itself is excellent, with a couple of exceptions. First, they don't clean the room; they only take out the trash and change the towels and bed linen. They don't clean it at least every 3-4 days. The floor gets really dirty, making it unpleasant to walk on. There's no help with dishes, etc.—that's what was sorely missed. If there were cleaning services, it would be better to do so. I also miss a blackout lamp, as it's very blinding in the mornings (but these are minor issues). The kitchen is missing a few cooking utensils—a grater, a non-stick frying pan, and a cutting board (but these aren't critical). The location is simply excellent, very close to the beach and all the nearby shops. The room itself is also very well-maintained. Fix these issues, and this place would be priceless!

We enjoyed the location, traveled by car and the apartments for this were perfect. A convenient exit to the main road, an indoor garage, where there are always free spaces. And overall location in the center of all sights. To the Light of Stefan you can reach on foot (about 40 minutes), to Budva (old city) about 1 hour on the embankment. In the room everything is quite simple, but everything is) The girl the administrator set us up earlier, as the room was ready for settlement already at 10 a.m. (instead of 15:00), everything showed, told, immediately registered in the system, sent a photo of registration. Thanks to her for the warm reception, we remained very happy. From the downsides, it is only to update the dishes (the pillows are old and the covering is all teared, on such one it is impossible to cook anymore. The plates require or replace or careful washing in the dishwasher). In October there was a very nice price for accommodation. Recommended! Montenegro is a pleasant visual country, everything was very liked!

Beautiful apartments! We have remained very happy with our accommodation! Perfect everything! New guest, clean light spacious rooms, super-convenient location, free parking!!! And separate thanks to the owner, very caring and attentive person, made our rest very comfortable!!! All-all necessary is!!!! Down the fruit shop, a lot of shops, convenient transportation interchange, all nearby! I highly recommend these apartments, come back here !

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was amazingly comfortable, clean, and well-thought-out. Everything felt fresh with new renovations, beautiful furniture, high ceilings, and a well-designed lighting system. The shower was clean, spacious, and convenient. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a super comfy bed that ensured we got a great night's sleep. There's a beautiful mountain view, plenty of shops nearby, and both the sea and Old Town are just a 5-minute walk away. Check-in was smooth, and they were always in touch with us. If we ever return to Budva, we'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean, newly renovated, and furnished. We booked a studio with all the amenities: a kitchen (stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, and dishwasher), a large comfortable bed, a sofa, a large TV, a wardrobe, an iron, a clothes dryer, a washing machine, a water heater, a shower, and a balcony—everything is in excellent condition. Cleaning, towel changes, and daily refills of coffee and dishwasher tablets are provided, with bed linen changed every four days. The hotel is well located, with two supermarkets nearby and a cafe right downstairs. Slavyanskaya Beach is a 10-15-minute walk from the sea, and Morgen Beach is a 25-30-minute walk. It's a bit far, but we went to Morgen Beach, which for us is the best beach in Budva with a beautiful, clear sea. Along the way, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants, shops, a park, a beautiful alley, and the old town—clean, quiet, and beautiful! The only caveat about the hotel's location is that it's hard to find the first time. The entrance is behind the Cosmos Hotel building. There's a discreet little sign on the front door, but that's a minor detail. I liked the hotel and highly recommend booking it! Montenegro is a beautiful, peaceful country!
