"Проживание понравилось. Удобное месторасположение, практически в центре Будвы, но не на главных людных улицах ( Рядом вся инфраструктура - магазин Мегамаркт, пекарня, прачечная) До Старого города, набережной -15 минут. Пляж Могрен - 25 минут. Автовокзал - 7 минут. Мегамол - 10 минут. Номера скромные но удобные - хорошие кровати, небольшая кухня и принадлежности, кондиционер, балкон. Жили втроем в одном номере. Тесно не было. Прекрасная хозяйка, Сека - поможет, подскажет, всегда на связи. Отличное соотношение цена - качество. Рекомендую для парных,с емейных путешествий."

Pangsapuri ini berada 4.1 km dari Pantai Jaz dan 22 km dari Teluk Kotor. Tetamu akan menemui ciri-ciri seperti meja depan maya. Selesakan diri anda di salah sebuah daripada 100 bilik berhawa dingin yang menampilkan dapur kecil dengan peti sejuk/penyejuk beku saiz penuh dan dapur. Bilik mempunyai balkoni persendirian. Televisyen LCD 42-inci dengan program kabel disediakan untuk hiburan anda, manakala akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi meja dan tempat duduk berasingan.

"При бронировании он назывался Adriatic Urban Apartments (скрин брони прилагаю), и геолокация отмечена на другое здание, телефон что указан в ваучере не соответствует. Бродила по улице искала здание по фото, еле нашла но у меня написано Урбан, а на двери Стефан и телефон другой, полдня переписки с поддержкой и двумя телефонами, ресепшен электронный, в отеле персонала нет. Заселение в 14ч, я приехала раньше, хорошо что раньше к обеду только разобрались с ситуацией( а если бы приехала вечером могла бы и ночевать на улице. Всё что я хотела это оставить чемодан и уйти на море, но мне ответили, приходите в 14ч как положено (первый раз такое). За 4 ночи (5 дней) номер не разу не убирали, мусор не приносили, ни полотенце ни постель не меняли, в чате просила туалетную бумагу. Сам номер хороший, но кондиционер работал слабо не регулировался, уже не портила себе нервы по этому поводу. Терраса отличная, это и спасало ситуацию."

GGuest UserPlus: 1. Perfect cleanliness. The apartments are really very clean and clean is the main plus. 2. There is everything necessary. There is the necessary kitchen equipment for cooking. 3. Good location. There are stores near the beach, near the house, everything is convenient. Minorities (which hold all rest): 1. Permanent noise from the road (24/7). Windows go to the track, sleep with an open fort is impossible. On the terrace too, do not sit because of the cars. 2. Hearing like under a microscope. It seems that neighbors are sitting in the same room with you. Especially ”lucky” when a hot pair settled in, they had a very turbulent **** all night, and the sound isolation did not save. 3. Renovation from 2nd floor. From morning to late night there are scratch, drilling and doing something. They are interfering not only at night but also at daytime. 4. Nowhere to eat. There is no full table. The journal table is very small and low behind it is uncomfortable to eat. You won't understand on the terrace as there is the same noise of cars. Summary: The apartments are very clean and comfortable if you look only at the picture, but because of the road, repairers and neighbors I have not slept completely. It will only suit those who have beers built into the head, or who plans to come only to stay under the sleep mask.

GGuest UserThe receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would happily stay here again in the future.

Sshabana17This is a gem of a place. The views from the balcony were always so pleasant and sunsets worth a million bucks. A walk down to the beach front and a plenty of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. Przno is a more quiet neighborhood in Budva. Sveti Stefan is a 2 min walk from here. The apartment is super clean and well equipped and tastefully decorated. Marijana, the host is awesome and knows what true hospitality really means. Thank you so much Marijana!!! Definitely see you again!

NNikita IlinThey respond quickly to messages. You can even write to them in Russian. When we arrived, we were greeted and checked in very fast. Paid the tourist tax in a minute. Towels were changed exactly as agreed – on schedule. The bed had a comfortable mattress. There was a set of dishes for cooking. The bathroom was clean with a hairdryer and soap/shampoo. Free parking. A hypermarket and an inexpensive cafe with local food are just a minute's walk away.

ДДАШУЛЯ83I'm a travel agent, and no one at Condr knew that. I've seen a lot, and I came here after staying at a 5-star hotel in Tivat. Everything is spotless. Cutlery, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, a dryer, wine glasses, water glasses – perfect cleanliness. I really wished I could have stayed longer. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
