I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip and was looking for a room with a lake view, easy access to the airport, and proximity to town. It met my basic expectations. Pros: - Clean and well-maintained room. - Room size is comfortable for two adults. - 24-hour reception is very convenient. - Bus stops (Bus 1) are right in front of the hotel. - The balcony with chairs and a table offers a serene view of the river. - Buffet breakfast starts early at 6:30 AM, which is great for me as my coach to Lake Tekapo was at 8am. - Room comes with all necessities, plus a microwave, which was a huge bonus for me. Cons: - Booked a lake-view room, but the view was partially blocked by bushes/trees as the room was on Level 2. Located next to a busy main road, and passerby visibility made it feel less private. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to family and friends for its convenience and comfort.

Pounamu apartments super suites are the upstairs units with a small balcony. The view over the lake and the mountains was really nice, especially after a snowfall overnight. Inside the unit, the kitchen was very functional with oven, cooktop and microwave. Air conditioning and fake fireplace kept the unit to a reasonable heat at the start of winter but this may be an issue in the middle of winter. The shower had great water pressure and great hot water. It too about 15 minutes to walk into the city centre but the walk back along the lake requires a walk up a hill which was a little taxing so the main road is a better way back. Short drive to New World and Woolworths in Frankton.

All clean and good, except that there’s a post-cooking smell lingering from the previous occupant, it’s only obvious when we just enter the room, but after a while it’s bearable. Location is good, about 10 min walk from the city centre with not too many slopes. Check in and check out was convenient, and great online communication with the host with very prompt replies. Kitchen amenities were complete and nice. However, shower gel ran out after our first shower. Ironing board cover too thin and the stand didn’t seem very stable, probably needs replacement. Overall, still a decent and pleasant stay.

是這次新西蘭之旅最為滿意的一家酒店，就在湖邊景色一流沒得説，廚房全套設施設備齊全，所有餐具都很好，很有家的感覺，很適合躺上一個星期。從酒店走下去就是Frankton walkway，可以沿着湖邊一直走到鎮中心，大概要走30分鐘，這應該是它唯一可以成為缺點的點了吧。不過對於本來就適合閑逛的皇后鎮，這點距離可以忽略不計。另外就是基本就是全自助服務，沒見過前台有開過門😅 如果再來皇后鎮一定還會選這裏的😘😘😘

這間公寓是今次行程中最滿意的一間，位於Wanaka一個環境很寧靜優美的公路旁，附近有超市和餐館，非常方便。沿公路步行約十分鐘便到達湖邊和營地，景色優美，沿湖邊走是一條很容易走的山路，適合一家大小行山戶外活動。公寓很整潔，所有傢俱和煮食用品也很齊備，而且非常新淨，地下是客廳和飯廳，二樓是兩間特大雙人床的房間和浴室。睡房有落地大玻璃窗望向公路，非常很開揚舒服。睡床也很舒服，無論外觀和內部的設計也很滿意，以這個價錢住兩晚，性價比非常高，值得推介！

Location good bec it's only about 800m to town area. They didn't Vacum the floor even though they clear the garbage. Not suitable for those who have knee problem bec need to climb quite a lot of stairs. Parking is not easy as need to park away from allocated room. View is nice from balcony.

It’s such a lovely and beautiful place. The one bedroom apartment we booked is well equipped and very clean and spacious with nice view. Comfortable bed and bedding. Love the decor and the balcony area for coffee time. Great location with easy access to the beach and a nice Italian restaurant next door. Loryn is helpful with the checkin process. Just be noted that there is no lift inside the building. To the price, it’s well worth the stay. Recommended

Absolutely brilliant stay - wouldn't stay anywhere else. We had one night here, our second night at a different hotel for a conference, then back here for two nights. This place was by far the all round winner! So close to town (a 2 minute walk) and having full kitchen facilities was a definite bonus. Great hosts and super easy check in and check out.

一卧室公寓這個房型有兩種 一個很大 一個偏小 圖片就是偏小這個 都是motel型的 門口就是停車位很方便 偏大的房型離前台近一點 而且有洗衣機烘乾機 偏小的房型在最靠馬路邊很遠 沒有洗衣設施 偏大的房型有浴缸 下面wifi這個很重要！ wifi用户名最好拍一下不然很容易忘掉 房間裏的電話沒什麼用要自己去前台 整體來説對於這個價位還算滿意 即使偏小的房型也算住着温馨 也不算很小啦 酒店是Spa獨家酒店 Spa應該很出名！ 前台對面就是很多spa泡池！ 廚房設施相對沒那麼新但可以用 性價比算是高的
