Peace and Quite resort, the dinner in clouded is good. The only problem I have is the Shower is not in the room, I understand the room is small and it could not fit a shower in, but at least they could make the shower more accessible. I have to walk around 200m in the morning and night in the middle of winter just to take a shower, so inconvenient.

The airport transfer takes about 10 minutes, and it's a short walk to Santa Claus Village (5-10 minutes). Nearby, there’s the famous Santa’s Salmon Place, also around a 5-minute walk. At night, it can be quite dark, so a taxi is recommended if not driving. Most staff are nice, though there was some confusion regarding a 3-day, 2-night package that included complimentary main courses for both nights. Initially, it was misunderstood that it was only for one night, but after inquiring, one the staff quickly resolved it and made a reservation for us. But one of staff just rejected at the first time and made us confused. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. The rooms are scattered across different areas, and some may be a bit far, requiring a short walk on gravel paths. Staff assistance with luggage during check-in and check-out is commendable. Room cleanliness was slightly lacking, with hair on the bed and some debris on the floor, but it didn't greatly affect the stay. The glass-roofed igloos offer privacy with curtains, though light sleepers should be aware of morning light. Overall, noise insulation was good, and there was sufficient distance between rooms. Overall, quite a special experience

Hotel location is very good, very close to the bus station, outdoor activity center, the room is warm, the hotel service staff is very warm, the hotel has a free sauna and gym, the room is a bit old, the bathroom is a bit tide, but it is within acceptable range, very good

One-bedroom, one-living apartment, living room sofa bed with worms, my husband slept a night and the sofa bed became infected a little bit. I fell asleep for two nights because of a cold, and became infected with severe insect bite dermatitis. , Half of my right face is full of blisters and scars, so depressed

There is no toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers, so bring your own. Skiing is quite convenient, and the breakfast is delicious. But the check-in lobby is not easy to find. The navigation guide is uphill, and it is wrong to climb up and then climb down. I have to drag a board bag everywhere to find it... It's a bit tiring

The hotel looks older, but the staff are very nice. We arrived in the morning and originally wanted to store our luggage and wait until the afternoon to check in, but the front desk directly helped us check in early. There is a large supermarket opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. Breakfast is also rich and very good.

The decoration of the hotel is quite nice, with paintings and murals all around. The sign for luggage storage is quite scary, and you have to take the stairs down to the basement, but there is actually an elevator! However, the hotel will not clean the room for you until you have stayed for more than two days. If you want to change towels, you have to go to the front desk to ask and get the room back, which is a bit inconvenient! Buffet breakfast: the food styles are diverse! There is a long-distance bus stop near the hotel, so transportation to and from the hotel is very convenient! The hotel is on the side of a hill, and we could already see the Northern Lights from the terrace of our room on the first night!

I caught the RV train from Helsinki, which was relaxing and a brilliant way to see the countryside. Arriving into Rovaniemi at 21:20, it was a short cab drive to the hotel,and with 24/7 reception checking was a breeze. Twin room 410 was well appointed, clean, and beds were comfortable; the room safe was easy to set and use. I appreciated the door chain for extra security and peaceful night sleep. Santas Hotel central location was excellent ,with the padestrian mall, shops, restaurants, and bars literally around the corner. Taxis could be found out front, and the santa/airport bus was only a short walk up the street. Though do pay attention to santa express pickup and drop-off times as they do not run that regularly. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone to enjoy! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel made my inner child smile.😊 There are many attractions, so be sure to give yourself enough time to experience everything.
