최근 고택을 리모델링한 것 같은데 약간 오버하면 한국의 한옥, 일본의 료칸 같은 느낌입니다 ㅎㅎ
지금까지 간 곳 중에 수건이 가장 크고 무거웠고, 드라이기도 가장 파워가 셌습니다.
위치도 좋고, 엘베도 있습니다. 캡슐커피 무료입니다.
물론 건물이 오래되어 불편한 점은 있을 수 있습니다.
저희 방에서는 까떼드랄이 보였습니다!
샤워기 필터는 조금 새까매졌어요!

This hotel is right on the top of the hill with its stunning views to Toledo city. Rooms are really big, clean and tidy. It has a big pool both for kids and adults. The best by far is the terrace, we could have stayed hours chilling there seeing the majestic city of Toledo. Totally recommendable.

El hotel es fantástico, limpio, habitaciones amplias, cama y almohadas confortable y con bares y restaurantes cerca .
A unos 10 minutos del centro con un agradable y tranquilo paseo.
Con buena zona de aparcamiento.
Sin duda repetiré si vuelvo a Ciudad Real.

We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good.
Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.

1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock.
2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion.
3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria.
4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.

El hotel no está muy bien ubicado, no tiene estacionamiento propio y es muy difícil estacion**** cerca. El hotel esta bonito y tiene todo lo necesario para un estancia agradable pero si es muy complicado estacion**** cerca.

Desde el momento de nuestra llegada, el servicio fue atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones estaban impecables, con habitaciones amplias, muy limpias y con una decoración muy bonita.
El hotel ofrece una ubicación ideal, a 10 minutos del centro de Toledo y con un parking justo en la puerta.

GGuest UserWe have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.
The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.
Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.
This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.
Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.
It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

ZZiqianExceeding expectations, there is a terrace, you can see the attractions on the mountain, the best with cameras, free parking, bar can be early, not expensive. The room is large, the bed is large, the bathroom is large, it is very comfortable to live, very suitable for vacation, but it is convenient to have a car.

CCarlos_119I love this hotel, but it's a bit far from the city center, and buses run every hour. However, it's close to the AVE station and the only shopping center in the city, so I also find it very accessible.
Breakfast is a bit pricey—it cost me 13 euros a day—but there are many dishes and a variety of food.

DDaluosuIt's not far from Toledo's old town, and the parking lot is large and free. The lobby is really spacious, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The elevators are old and a bit noisy. The room decor is rather dated, and the pillowcases had stains. Breakfast was crowded; there wasn't a single Asian face, only white people, mostly older.

GGuest UserThere is no electric kettle, and what is more terrible is that you can boil water with your own electric kettle. The boiled tap water is suspended particles and I dare not drink it. There is no parking space, just on Saturday, after I checked in, I spent 20 blindly on the street to find a parking space. It took about an hour to get back from the church after dinner to find a public parking lot with vacant seats.

GGuest UserThe hotel location is great and central and both amenities and staff were excellent - including the restaurant (which served first class fare at a reasonable price). Pedro in the restaurant and lobby areas was particularly delightful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, other than a bit noisy in the mornings. Staff helped arrange tours and outings in the area, which were excellent.
