the cake was very delicious and all the food that we had for dinner was also really good, the service which was assisted by holyland, she's very kind and was very helpful to us and there were very nice places for taking pictures🤣 overall it was a very nice experience to come back here🫡👍🏻

Had a great experience at Vivanta Shillong beautiful property, excellent service, Would like to specifically mentioned Verdy Lyngdoh from the reception team who has really guided us on the must visit tourist spots, his helpfulness made our trip planning seamless. As per rate the hotel should be deluxe. But it looks like a normal village hotel. Cleaning is very very poor. So many insects and rats are moving inside the room.

The hotel is overall a good place to stay for a day or two, Thought they claim that Wifi is available but it is not accesible from room. Only in lobby you can access net. The complemenatry breakfast they provide is good one, it has lots of choices & ***** with good hospitality of serving staffs. One more Important think is the behavior of MK, the manager. He is a real gentelman & is always standing to hep the guests.

It was a very pleasant stay in the resort. The service was fast and accurate. The care takers were very polite and helped me a lot during my stay. The food was amazing and the view was nice. Overall the whole stay was pleasant and comfortable, it's a great place for relaxation and overall it was an excellent choice
