Check in time is 14:00 but the room is not ready until 17:00 the receptionist “Jane” suggested me to wait at the restaurant and give me welcome drink but only one voucher for one person and my room type supposed for 2, And the restaurant and the swimming pool chair are need to pay attention lots of them are not good condition, it’s cut my daughter thigh .. she just arrive after long flight it’s made us bad mood.

Secara keseluruhan ia adalah tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal dengan sarapan pagi yang lazat. Kolam renang reka bentuk yang kecil tetapi cantik. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan pantai tetapi di sebelahnya adalah kelab malam Mexicola.. jika mungkin mempunyai muzik dari malam hingga larut malam, tetapi jika anda mudah tertidur, adakah ia ok?

This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! Thanks again Swissbel, we will be back!

Wifi yang kuat, air panas yang banyak, dan agak tenang. (Sarapan adalah ok) Perkhidmatan dobi disediakan dengan bayaran.

Jika pesawat tiba lewat atau menangkap penerbangan awal pada hari berikutnya, anda masih boleh membuat pemindahan. Kemudahan: Persekitaran tidak teruk. Kemudahan bilik mungkin berada di peringkat hotel ekspres domestik seperti Home Inns. Apa pun, ia tidak terlalu teruk, tetapi hotel peranginan itu juga mempunyai kolam renang dan segala-galanya. Saya rasa ia mungkin cukup pada tahap hari ini Samsung. Terdapat begitu banyak tempat untuk dipuji. Ia adalah megah seperti istana Anda perlu naik ke lif tingkat 15 untuk pergi ke sana ke mari sarapan pagi yang kaya tetapi anda perlu beratur. Terdapat ramai orang dan terdapat ramai orang India Saya sendiri, yang boleh difahami sebagai tiada perkhidmatan, pelayan yang membawa kami ke dalam bilik memperkenalkan restoran hotel, jadi kami terpaksa membuat tempahan terlebih dahulu. Kualiti ada, tetapi perkhidmatan tidak setaraf!

Sarapan pagi agak mudah, dengan sedikit ***a, agak biasa, dan lebih mahal kerana kanak-kanak itu berumur 13 tahun! Di samping itu, saya membelanjakan 300 yuan untuk membelinya, yang tidak berbaloi! Bilik itu tidak bersih dan berbau. Tempat tidurnya bersepah dan berbau Bilik itu agak kecil pada masa itu, tetapi apabila saya tiba, saya mendapati ia tidak berbeza dengan Bilik Deluxe I meminta Ctrip untuk bertanya, tetapi tiada apa yang perlu dijelaskan. Itu hanya dilakukan oleh Ctrip sendiri. Perkara yang baik tentang hotel ini ialah ia mempunyai lokasi yang baik Pada waktu siang, terdapat kakitangan untuk mengatur kanak-kanak bermain permainan di kolam renang, dan terdapat bar yang dibuka pada waktu malam.

Amazing historical Balinese architecture needs to be greatly valued and the staff many of whom have worked there for many years are really nice. The hotel should be nominated as part of a historical society to hold up & maintain its heritage. It's an amazing old hotel with lovely gardens. & Balinese statues & water features everywhere. It's being renovated at the moment, but the staff said they hope to have the main lobby restored very soon and are doing trial run sometime this month. For now, you have to check into the hotel through a side entrance at Ayodhya palace which was traditionally used for exclusive guests. Previous reviews have criticized the hotel, due to the renovation work going on & yes, they should notify people who book that it is under renovations and when it is due to be finished trough their website. We had 2 rooms & we were upgraded to grand deluxe rooms & thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the staff were so nice. Extremely quite & peaceful no paint smells or workers being noisy. We got a great deal. Bicycles are free to use by patrons. The main pool is still under renovation but the front pool near the beach is still operating. Waterfall restaurant is open for breakfast lunch & dinner. Other small cafes by the pool are open. The spa sadly is closed but may reopen with a new contractor soon I am told. Please be understanding of what the Ayodya hotel & its staff have been through. It has been shut down during covid for 2 years and is only just re-opening. They need tourists to support them. & if you want value for money, you can get a great deal whilst staying at the hotel right now. Just ask to be placed in a room away from any renovation noise or paint smells. The staff will look after you very well as they did for us. Staying at this hotel was an experience from the very beginning. From the excellent service from all staff members at every point of the hotel to the impressive facilities like the lobby and the pool, I was always in awe of my time there. The standard room I booked was also extremely spacious and thoughtfully designed + the breakfast selection was spectacular. I would 100% come back again for a much longer stay!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful, meeting all my needs during my stay. I'm looking forward to returning soon!
