A highly recommended place to stay, the rooms are clean, neatly arranged, especially when entering the lobby area, very attractive with an artistic touch. affordable prices and very good service. Located in the heart of Manado City, there are many restaurants around the hotel and a comfortable atmosphere.

1. Since the day before yesterday, there has been a problem with the use of the card in the room. You need to go to the lobby to swipe it many times before you can use it. It's very troublesome to go up and down, but you didn't notice. 2. Yesterday's room card continued to have this problem, from the 3rd floor to the 15th floor to cycle three times to swipe the card.Very poor experience. 3. There wasn't any cleaning of the room today, but I'm sure someone entered the room. And I didn't do anything. 4. When we returned to the hotel at 18:00 this afternoon, the key card continued not to work. The two of us cycled four times from the 3rd floor to the 15th floor, and the key card still did not work until the engineer came to change the battery. During this time, we had just returned from a dive and needed to use the room with our luggage, fatigue and wet clothes, but it took 45 minutes to get into the room. Our experience was very poor.

The Aryaduta Manado hotel, once a beacon of hospitality, seems to have dimmed over the years. The grounds aren't kept with the pristine attention one might expect from a hotel of its reputation. A major letdown is the swimming pool. The water, instead of being crystal clear, is murky, raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. This aspect certainly detracts from the overall experience, especially for guests looking forward to a refreshing swim. On a brighter note, the rooms themselves are satisfactory. The air conditioning works efficiently, which is a relief in the tropical climate of Manado. It's a basic comfort, but in this case, it's done right. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, which initially seems promising. However, the taste of the dishes fails to live up to their visual appeal. Most of the items lack distinct flavors, leaving a rather bland experience on the palate. A significant issue we encountered was with the hotel's taxi service. Upon requesting a Kijang taxi to Gorontalo, we were taken aback by the pricing. The hotel charged us an additional 50% commission on the taxi fare, which felt exorbitant and left a sour note on our overall experience. In conclusion, while Aryaduta Manado has the framework to be a top-tier hotel, it falls short in several areas. The lack of cleanliness in communal areas, underwhelming food, and overpriced services are aspects that urgently need attention. For now, it stands as a reminder of faded glory, needing a rejuvenation to return to its former prestige.

stayed at this hotel for the whole week during my stay in Manado and I was pleased! Room was great, spacious and clean, view was the best! although the wifi connection at the room can be improved. The hotel is located at a strategic area. The area is not too crowded, perfect to enjoy the morning while walking around and enjoying the sunrise by the sea. Moreover, there is a supermarket and a good seafood restaurant nearby! The staffs were very warm and helpful too, when we had an issue at our room, the staff came quickly to fix it.

A Good beachfront view hotel with terrible bathroom Check in on may 16 from our trip from the island, Started the check in process quite fast the concierge and security super helpful with sincere smile. There was 2 elevator but only 1 can operate we have to waited to get in to the room. The room quite small but still ok the problem is the room pretty dark only 1 main light and side lamp will show you on the photo i take. Get in to the shower there was soap dispenser for 2 in 1 shampoo and bath soap but theres nothing left there. Tried to pump the dispenser still got nothin. I think for the budget hotel this was horrible The toilet door cant be lock from inside, the door lock was glued into the door with silicon rubber. Hope the management could do better on maintaining the facilities.

The food in this hotel are great ! Start from the room we got room facing totl the sea, so we can enjoy the sunset 🥰, than for the food are great aswell, lot of choice with local food and bread , fruit. And for The staff so friendly aswell.

I have the best experience when I take a night in Fave Hotel Bitung for the first time, this Hotel service us hospitality and friendly, Firstly I don't expect that I could get memorable impressions in this Hotel, but when I come to check in, I exactly get best services that I never get it before.. all the crews of the Hotel are so polite and hospitality especially Mrs. Wulandari and Mrs. Zefanya, serve us with their best 👌.. I hope they could be best employee, I appreciate them with the best appreciation, love them both ❤️

The room was excellent and clean, staff were so responsive, the food was exceptionally good, the pool area was neat, so basically we have a great experience staying here, oh almost forgot the location near one of the biggest hospital in north sulawesi (even though the scenery is not so good because the hotel is located in a suburban area)

We had a wonderful week at Grand Luley. Very kind staff. Lovely people. Rooms need renovation but everything was working and it was clean. Nice walk to the jetty. Restaurant was really good but we had to wait before being served. Great balinese massage at spa. We had a very nice captain for boat trip to Bunaken or Siladen. Not from grand Luley. Much cheaper. Grand Luley is in a remote area but we had a wonderful week !

Everything is good, the breakfast is very yummy, the bed is so comfort, the toilet and the bathroom like in heaven, everything is very good for me, the employe is kind and nice. And dont forget before you check in please prepare money Rp.50.000 for deposite.

We had 2 wonderful weeks staying at New NDC. This place was considered our first home in Manado under the previous management as we had been coming every year since 1997. As this was a diving trip, we had more luggage than normal and they provided more low tables to place the luggage on. The lights in the bathroom and the walk-in closet were dim and it turn out it was faulty and replaced on the same day. The room was big with a king sized bed, the bathroom had bathtub as well as shower cubicle. Service staff was friendly and hospitable. We were treated as family. As a 4 star hotel, it puts out 5 star meals. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves everyday! Looking forward to return here and seeing everyone again. Many thanks for hosting us.!! 😘😘

Sumpah ini hotelmya bagus banget, dari luar keliatan biasa aja pas masuk desain lobby nya bintang 4, pelayanan buat aku bintang 5, lift nyaman gak bikin pusing, bersih bgt hotelnya, lorong nya di karpetin, kamar yang unik, bantal gak pelit, lampu nya juga gak pelit, cermin ada dmana2, toilet nya sih yang bikin aku nyaman, airnya lancar jaya...wkwk. Bagus bangeeeeeet !, pelayanan dari resto nya ramah makanannya juga enak. Pokoknya serbaaa bagus. Bakal nginep disini terus...

First room had cockroaches, AC not working well, bathroom sink was draining extremely slow, so we asked for a new room & they gave us/upgraded us to a new room(which was pleasantly big & spacious) but the bathroom drain in that one was also very clogged & the shower didn’t work(no water would come out); so called front desk & they sent staff to unclog the bathroom drain with toilet plunger(they unfortunately didn’t remove our stuff on bathroom countertop which the guy using the toilet plunger splashed water on our things & when the dirty shower(dirty & old faucet, handles, partially clogged shower head, etc.) actually worked, there was no warm water(a common problem at hotels in Indonesia to be fair). Stained bedsheets, walls coming apart & moldy, Very slow drainage for shower Poor internet connection Only pro is cheap price to stay at(although I wouldn’t recommend) & friendly hotel staff

Staf sangat ramah..awal masuk salah kamar, tapi staf sangat membantu dan dengan cepat memindahkan ke kamar sesuai pesanan saya..kamar bersih, kamar mandi bersih, AC dingin, hot water berfungsi..sayangnya hanya tidak ada lemari untuk menaruh baju, selain itu mantab

Hotel ini sangat bagus, perkhidmatannya bersemangat, dan saya pergi untuk aktiviti perniagaan. Lokasi sangat baik. Ia sangat mudah untuk pergi ke pusat membeli-belah, jeti, tepi laut dan Jalan Durian.

This hotel actually have a good location, it is close to shopping centre. But the Lobby area is in the second floor and have no aircond. But the receptionist and all the staff were nice. At the beginning we enter the building in the basement, where was the elevator, it was really smell smoke. And the floor where was our room also smell smoke. The first room we got actually was nice with the sea view. But the AC was too noise. So we moved to other room. But unfortunetly there was no hot water. The breakfast was simple, but the place where we had breakfast was in the roof with the nice view

We stayed at the Swiss Belhotel in Manado a few years ago and it was so good we decided to stay there again in May / June 2023. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the facilities are very clean and there’s a nice pool area which is usually very quiet. The breakfast has a good choice and the room service is really good. The thing that makes it special here are the staff they are really attentive and happy to help. We needed to renew our Visas at Immigration and it’s not the easiest process but the reception manager Yonathan and Marvin drove us to the office and literally did everything for us from providing the sponsorship letter and downloading the forms and help us complete the process. Can’t thank Swiss Belhotel in Manado enough for a lovely stay and for all your help your staff are amazing. Thank you Fiona & Darren

Everything is good, breakfast have various choices. Just at the beginning when we enter, they just provided 1 shampoo...no soap

El hotel está en plena zona comercial con todo cerca, incluido varios centros comerciales pero con mucho tráfico y ruido, genial para moverse por manado, limpio aunque un poco pequeña la habitación.

Klasse! Total nettes Personal, super hilfreich, gute Zimmer, heisse Duschen, zentrale Lage, Gepäckaufzug, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Airporttaxi oder Fahrer für den Tag, sie helfen bei allen Fragen schnell und kompetent.

We stayed in the triple room for 3 nights at 318. Room: It is overall clean and I really like how much storage area there was. However, our tap water smelt of rust which might be due to the pipes (?) We resorted to using mineral water to brush our teeth. Hotel: The staff are friendly. Although the breakfast spread is limited it was tasty. I really liked their chocolate toast and tea. During our stay, there were 2 times when the elevator didn't work and we had to use the stairs. Location: The location is quite good, there is an indomaret just beside the hotel and there are many souvenir and local food options in the area.

OK hotel. Nice garden. I did not feel like in the middle of city. Many option for breakfast, the bubur Menado is excellent. Poor administration and communication skill of staffs. I checked in, there were 5 people behind the reception desk no one approached me or even greeted me (I think some of them are trainees). So I just waited until the supervisor came out of the office behind the reception area and my present got noticed and I was served. The reception did not forget to ask for a deposit for key, but forget to return the deposit when I was checked out. If some one said to me that ”You should remember to take out the deposit”. I disagree. I believe the hotel should responsible for their staff to do the check-in and the check out SOP properly. They carried out the tasks several time a day. Guests themselves do not have SOP for staying in any hotel and they don't do check-in and check-out several time a day. The hotel should also try to reach the guest to return the deposit money. It is not about the sum of it, but about building trust meaning overpassing the expectation meaning building loyalty. When our group left for field trip the lunch boxes were not ready yet. When I asked for the excellent bubur Menado for my take away breakfast for the next morning, the resto staff agreed and accepted my food container. However, what I got the next morning was bubur ayam (with the same taste with the soto ayam I had for dinner). I was just probably not lucky during my staying there.
