We were nervous to book here based on the mix reviews. Especially this being the only 3 star hotel we booked throughout our trip however, it had the most comfiest bed out of all our stays in Italy. The only downfall to the excellent location is the parking as it is difficult to find at busy times. However, the payable option is almost always available on the blue line side. Breakfast was okay not a whole ton of options. Everything was clean to standard except for the shower… we wore sandals due to the black mold in the corners of the shower. Not to make excuses, but I find this common in a lot of Italy’s hotels as you need to take into consideration of how old most of these places are. Overall, it was a pretty good stay since most of the time you are out and about exploring.

Ci siamo stati 7 anni fa e ne siamo rimasti incantati. Oggi, pur avendo mantenuto un alto standard, abbiamo notato qualche piccola differenza. Ciò che non è cambiato è la qualità del servizio: i ragazzi della colazione sono davvero eccezionali e fanno la differenza. Ottimo l'oscuramento della stanza. Essendoci stati 9 giorni suggeriamo una maggiore varietà a colazione che comunque ha il plus di offrire valide alternative senza glutine e senza lattosio ( con proposta di 3 tipi di latte vegetale come avena, mandorla o soia). Comunque rimane un' ottima soluzione a Catanzaro Lido.

Wir reisen viel - unser Aufenthalt in Gerace, in der Albergo Sant Anna war wunderschön. Hotel in top Lage, schön ausgestattet, tip top sauber. Simon hat uns hervorragend betreut; er war super hilfsbereit, hat uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben. Daher noch mal ein herzliches Danke schön an Simon und Mary von Martin und Sabine.

Location comodissima per il centro di Reggio Calabria, soprattutto per il museo archeologico e il lungomare. Parcheggio perfetto davanti all'ingresso, procedure di check in/out velocissime , spazi comuni ben tenuti e arredati. Camera di dimensioni generose con un bell'armadio e un bagno spazioso e ben fornito. Non ho usufruito di colazione e pasti. Unico difetto la mancanza di prese elettriche vicino al letto.

This place is truly a gem! You get to be in a splendid old home, in the old part of Cosenza. Amazing floors and furniture, large rooms with heirlooms, and some interesting art. I am especially grateful to Franco and Patrizia are such gracious hosts, and helped us in so many ways, with keys, directions and an amazing breakfast that included 2 home made sweets and marmellata (jam for your toast!). I can't wait to return. I loved it.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per un viaggio di famiglia,purtroppo solo una notte,ma torneremo sicuramente. Il personale è veramente gentile. Abbiamo dormito in una suite,molto comoda e spaziosa,camere pulite e colazione ricca di scelta ed abbondante. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

L'hotel dista circa venti minuti dal centro di Siderno, ma la struttura è grande e circondata da molti spazi verdi, che possono anche essere adibiti per feste e matrimoni. Da sottolineare anche la presenza dell'animazione e la vicinanza ad un supermercato ben fornito. Per quanto riguarda la camera ci sono state date due doppie comunicanti (ognuna con proprio balcone), nonostante fossimo in tre, il che ci ha permesso di soggiornare molto comodi; unica pecca la tenda nella doccia al posto del vetro, decisamente anacronistica e non igienica. L'hotel è dotato di una grande piscina con a fianco un idromassaggio, una palestra al quinto piano fornita con attrezzi base e un sottopassaggio, che permette di raggiungere facilmente la spiaggia. Cibo ottimo sia a colazione che a pranzo/cena e personale super gentile.

Excellent position close to beautiful via Marina with old giant trees, elegant corso Garibaldi, the Harbour hidtofoils peer to Messina and the foremost interesting archeological museums with the impressive statues of Bronzi di Riace. The rooms are spacious and clean with nice bathrooms. The location is quiet and the staff is kind and supportive. There is also a small and good restaurant to solve the needs of a quick tasty dinner. The hotel claims four star but there are some doubts because of absence e. g. of courtesy slipperies and bathrobe, the non convenient location and unavailability of electric sockets ose to the bed nor USB ports.
