Hotel Dengan Gim di Noord-Brabant, Belanda

It was my first visit to Eindhoven but not the last. The hotel was superb and clean, the location was excellent and easy to find. Modern design-friendly atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, helpful with everything at any time as the reception is 24/7. Highly recommended.

What we loved: * Location: Best possible location to explore the city * Staff: Every staff member we encountered was polite, professional, friendly and helpful * Decor: Hotel is cosy, has minimalist but modern design, looks very nice for a 3* venue * Cleanliness: Everything was spotless * Comfort: Soft comfy beds and lots of storage and surface space in the room * Price: Very reasonably priced for the quality and location, compared to other options What could be improved: * When we checked-in there was no soap in any of the dispensers and it only got replenished after several days once we asked for it directly. * Pillows are ridiculously thick, like sofa cushions. Got a neck cramp and headache from first night so opted to sleep on a rolled-up towel instead for the remainder of the stay. * Bathroom layout is not great - toilet is behind a glass door just a meter from the bed, so it doesn't leave much privacy or sound insulation. Shower floods the toilet area no matter how hard you try to avoid it, leaving a puddle right in front of the toilet. * Noise: Hotel is sound-insulated, but there was a lot of plumbing noise coming from the pipes in the bathroom at all hours - banging, hissing, screeching etc, like sleeping next to a loud fridge or boiler. The door between the lift and the floor, as well as other room doors make the room shake when they get shut, and we were unfortunate to have neighbours who were slamming doors relentlessly till 2am on our last night. * Some basic tea facilities in the room would be very useful. Summary: Great hotel at a reasonable price with friendly staff and nice amenities. If you're lucky with the room and neighbours, you'll really enjoy your stay here :)

Hotel cómodo por la ubicación excelente para llegadas o salidas desde el aeropuerto. Muy limpio, recepción agradable y profesional. Inconveniente el aire recircula toda la noche sin posibilidad de poder apagarlo manualmente y es que hace un poco de ruido a la hora de dormir. El aislamiento hacia las otras habitaciones y hacia el exterior es una maravilla eso si.

When you stay at the hotel and you want to go to the city centre then follow the path to the right as you come out the main door and follow it toward the tunnel that will take you underground under the main road and lead you safely to the centre. There are no crossings to get to the hotel otherwise. We had been in touch with Ihsaan from customer service before our stay and Ihsaan had been very helpful and professional with any queries we had. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were very friendly also. The only issue we had was that the breakfast was expensive. The food was plentiful though and there was plenty of choice for all and the service staff there were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was in a great location and is literally only up the road from PSV Eindhovens stadium also. It is only a 5 minute walk from the bus station which is great if you are getting the number 400 bus to or from Eindhoven airport. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby also.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We upgraded to a deluxe room and while it was fairly stripped back in design it was spacious, quiet, cool and perfectly adequate for our few days in the city. The bed was super comfortable. I used the gym and enjoyed a good breakfast. On one day we got down too late for breakfast but instead of turning us away we were still invited in to help ourselves to the coffee, fruit and croissants. We will be back.

We arrived on Thursday evening and were greeted by Angelica a very friendly and professional receptionist. Our room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was OK but not enough towels for all of us. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and game room very much. Unfortunately I do have a complaint about a member of the breakfast staff. We didn't include breakfast in our reservation because we didn't know if we would eat breakfast at the hotel everyday. So we thought of adding breakfast day to day if needed. On Sunday our last day at the hotel, we went to have breakfast, and this very rude lady at the breakfast door said we couldn't have breakfast because we didn't pay for it. The way she said it, her tone of voice and the look in her eye was not friendly at all, but she wasn't done just yet. This woman took us to reception to pay. Our receptionist Angelica was there (thank god) so she helped us out. What I found very odd is that the breakfast lady gets to shout at her coworkers in reception telling them to do their job, but yet,she is terrible at hers. I enjoyed our stay at Park Plaza but didn't enjoy the attitude and feeling created by that one employee at breakfast. We felt our experience war round by this insident.

The lobby was very stylish and quirky and the staff were pleasant enough. The breakfast buffet was good but a bit lacking in variety. My real issue would be the room as it was quite dirty -- I could take the retro industrial design but some surfaces had dust, the toilet paper roll was halfway used, there was something like mold inside the water kettle. Worst, the dust triggered my partner's allergies and kept him coughing throughout our stay. Temperature throughout the hotel is also centralized so if you get cold quickly you may have a problem, but they were kind enough to provide a heater. Would probably not come back.

Worth it to visit. Super experience in Wellness part. Beds could be a little bit too soft. Was very clean, in room everything you need. Advice - if you want to save money, take your own slippers and towel instead of paying for it in wellness. If you don’t have your own transport it is also good choice for you because hotel is located with walking distance from station.

Stayed here for 3 nights as was on business trip to Breda It’s located right outside the train station and a short walk into the city center . The hotel is having some refurbishing going on but the work is only during the day so no issues at all , Also I had a new refurbished room which was very nice and modern, Spacious, clean and comfortable!! Very good breakfast with both hot and cold offerings . Staff very friendly and helpful Great location and would definitely stay there again

Pullman Eindhoven is a very good hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfy, with good toiletries, a very comfortable bed and great blackout curtains. You will sleep well! Free bottles of drinking water and good coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast buffet is really great, with a very wide choice of items and friendly staff who are happy to help or accommodate special wishes. The bar & restaurant is good, a little unremarkable but perfectly fine if you do not feel like trying to figure out what's good outside the hotel for a bite to eat. The spa area is limited but nice. Small pool, good sauna. Overall this is a very nice hotel with kind staff and I'd happily stay here again, especially if I needed to be sure of a good night's sleep and good breakfast to start my day.

Amazing experience provided by the hotel. As they did not have an extra bed for our 9 year old, they upgraded us to a premium family room that had a sofa bed and offered us a gift plus chocolate treats with a nice sorry message. Everything was perfect. You will not be disappointed if you book this hotel!

El hotel estaba bien en si , solamente que la ubicación está alejado del centro de Breda (hay un bus que pasa cada hora,hasta el centro) Para hacer el check in tenías que ir al otro hotel de al lado. Por otro lado las almohadas eran muy incómodas, y no había ascensor , lo cual subir las maletas fue todo un reto .

De locatie van het hotel aan de rand van een bedrijven terrein was voor ons iets minder aantrekkelijk. Maar voor de zakelijke gast waarschijnlijk een uitkomst. Verder een prima hotel voor een overnachting in Breda. Schone kamer (miste wel een airco) maar er kon gelukkig wel een raam open. Wel een beetje jammer dat er maar een kwart rolletje toiletpapier stond. Het ontbijtbuffet was heerlijk. Alles was ruimschoots voorzien, lekkere verse croissants, etje, bacon, jus noem maar op. Personeel was ook heel vriendelijk. Last but not least hond mee is geen probleem.

Booked a last minute stay for 2 nights, upon arrival as we were early I went to reception to ask for directions to the parking, the young lady did give them i repeated what she said and off I go drive around and around with no joy, go back to the hotel to ask again same young lady with attitude explains again but this time she does say it’s underground below the ****** ( like I’m meant to be psychic) and not at the back of the hotel as she’d previously stated. When we were able to check in her attitude hadn’t changed and felt we were an inconvenience and she didn’t want to be there! The room allocated didn’t a bath I kindly advised I’d booked one with a bath, this again put her out! Checked out this morning with a lovely lady in reception and politely advised her to check the bed as I have what appear to be bed bug bites:(

Location and cleanliness is perfect, we experienced noise made by other residents during the night but after alerting the front desk, it has been quickly resolved

Heel enthousiast over dit hotel! Wat een prachtig gebouw! Mooie ruime kamer, fantastische ontbijtzaal met een uitgebreid buffet en middenin het centrum maar toch rustig. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug!

Ia adalah hotel yang bagus dengan kakitangan yang sangat ramah. Saya datang ke sini untuk menyelesaikan peperiksaan saya di Breda. Saya benar-benar mempunyai persekitaran yang baik untuk belajar. Petang saya boleh menikmati bar. Lokasi adalah dalam persekitaran yang damai berhampiran alam semula jadi.

Voor de trouw van mijn dochter brachten we met de familie – nichtjes, de meter en de mama van de bruid – een gezellig weekend door in Breda. We huurden drie kamers in het hotel en waren in eerste instantie erg tevreden over ons verblijf. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen, en de kamers waren netjes en verzorgd. De locatie was perfect; we konden alles in de stad gemakkelijk te voet bereiken, wat ons verblijf extra comfortabel maakte. Dit droeg zeker bij aan de fijne herinneringen die we hebben aan ons weekend in Breda. Helaas kreeg ons verblijf een wat bittere nasmaak door een ervaring na het uitchecken. Ik vergat mijn jas in de garderobe en belde de receptioniste om te vragen of de poetsdienst de jas had gevonden. Mij werd verteld dat men dit zou nakijken en mij later zou terugbellen. Helaas gebeurde dit niet. Toen ik de volgende dag opnieuw contact opnam, kreeg ik het gevoel dat mijn vraag niet serieus werd genomen en de betrokkenheid laag was. Van empathie was weinig te merken. Er werd me slechts rationeel meegedeeld dat het hotel niet verantwoordelijk is voor verloren of gestolen items. Ik vroeg of de manager contact kon opnemen om dit verder te bespreken, maar helaas werd ook dit verzoek onbeantwoord gelaten. Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat mijn jas daar nog was en vind de manier waarop dit werd afgehandeld erg teleurstellend voor een hotel dat verder zo'n prettige ervaring bood. Zonde van deze afsluiter na een verder fantastisch weekend.

We spent 2 days in this top hotel last weekend. Super friendly staff all 1 for 1 topper. I had 2 rooms and I had a request upon arrival, they immediately went to see what was possible. The rooms were again super clean. The breakfast is very varied and when a fresh product is almost finished, new ones are made right away, even if you are the last to have breakfast, big names can learn something from that. We also enjoyed sitting on the terrace for a few hours. There was a nice cooling breeze in front of the hotel. And although it was quite busy with arrivals, we were wonderfully spoiled by Senna and Ralf our host and lady these days we were there. These great guys kept a close eye on us to make sure we weren't short of anything. We had a wonderful stay here again right in the center of Den Bosch. And have immediately re-booked for next year. And we will probably go again soon. PS I read in the reviews whole stories about parking that it is expensive for 1 day. But sorry you are parked in the middle of the center in a shopping street covered. That you park there is a choice. We always park at a p&r go by bus with our suitcase after the center you get out 100m from the hotel and you are parked for 4.50 per 24 hours. So you can make it as expensive as you want. We prefer to spend those 20 euros on the terrace.

Nice hotel for business stay. Clean and well maintained. Rooms were comfortable. Being near to city center helped in walking distance to train station and also to some restaurants. Slight improvement can be in breakfast where if there are some more spread of items would have been great for people like me who stayed for 11 days.

Super net hotel Geweldige locatie midden in hartje centrum. Personeel super vriendelijk en gastvrij. Restaurant super netjes schoon hygiënische en vriendelijk personeel. Hotel kamers super schoon en netjes Mijn cijfer voor dit hotel is een dikke 10 +

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Kamer die alles heeft wat ze beloven. Ook kregen we nog extra oploskoffie toen we daar om vroegen. Wel lekkage van badkamer boven ons. Dit doorgegeven, hopelijk wordt dit opgelost. Ontbijtbuffet was prima!.....

Originally from Den Bosch but living abroad, I top-rate this place. Location is perfect to explore the inner city. Excellent bed, nice bathroom, tasteful design. We stayed in the Panorama room (green room). Parking/train ＜ 100m. Breakfast possibility at their neighbors Coffee Lab . Value for money DIY hotel.

We stayed here over the holidays with my family over the holidays to visit friends and family. First of all, location is great. Right smack in the middle of Den Bosch which is a great city with excellent train connections to the rest of The Netherlands and beyond. We had great expectations based on the website and the price we paid. We felt a bit disappointed when we got there. The place definitely has a student/ikea quality vibe. There is nothing on the wall in terms of decoration, the furniture is definitely Ikea quality. The couch that converted into a bed was actually less than Ikea quality, if you are going to advertise this as an additional bed, provide a decent quality pull out bed. Also, there were a lot of things, i.e. tv remote not working (btw you get a grant total of 3(!) channels), flimsy worn out binder with instructions, no welcome packet, dust on the lamp shades etc. Nobody (save the bot) checked in on how things were going. In summary we had a great time visiting Den Bosch, but would definitely stay somewhere else next time until they make some significant improvements.
