Останавливались в этом отеле второй раз. Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Небольшой, но очень красивый и уютный номер. Все новое, стильная мебель, великолепная кровать, чистейшее постельное белье, полотенца, халаты, тапочки. Великолепный завтрак (по меню) и очень вкусный кофе. Доброжелательный персонал и в отеле, и в ресторане. Было очень приятно. Спасибо.

I recently stayed at Hotel Palma in Tivat, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered stunning views of the bay, which made waking up each morning a delight. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, especially the dining options. The restaurant served delicious, locally inspired dishes that left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, providing a perfect start to each day. However, one minor issue was that the hammam was not fully functional during my stay. While this didn't significantly impact my overall experience, it was a bit disappointing as I was looking forward to a relaxing session. Despite this, the rest of the wellness facilities were excellent, and the staff did their best to accommodate my needs. Overall, Hotel Palma in Tivat is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy luxury, comfort, and excellent service. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Безусловно прекрасный отель , персонал заменил номер по приезду на улучшеный, это был приятный бонус ! Завтраки у воды, это отдельное наслаждение, все очень вкусно, чисто и гостиприимно ! Мы в восторге , этот отель для ценителей красоты , тишины и комфорта ! Муж сказал вернемся еще раз ))

Great location close to the beach, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. We had a large shared balcony/ terrace on our floor. They claim they have a private beach, however, it's just a normal beach like anywhere else where you have to pay for the loungers like everybody else regardless if you're a guest of theirs or not. Well, you get a 2 euro discount, which is a bit of a joke.

We are very used to stay in Hyatt Regency but this Hyatt was absolutely below my expectations. I would rate this as a 4 star hotel. 1. Our room was so far away and the flow did not make sense. We stayed in room 016 and 019. To the reception/reception it takes 5 minutes, 1 stair up and to the beach 10 minutes walk. Also the lift did not work even asking several times. rooms looked good, and clean. 2. You need to pay additional 20 euro for room service ?!?!? 3. For kids there is NOTHING extra. no toys, no kids club 4. 35 euro rent for the surf board. crazy 5. you need to get your towels with a card and return to get the towel card back. REALLY????? 6. no bath 7. food is ok. nothing special 8. coffee at breakfast is horrific 9. you need to get your own water at breakfast. Nothing served on the table even no glasses on the table. 10. staff; some are SUPER nice. some are totally not engaged. 11. the Pool is SUPER slippery. in the US they would have been suited. People really fall hard, sitting ate the pool for 2 hours at least 5 persons slipt. The tiles are so slippery how can they make this in a pool? It's mind blowing. So dangerous. I would not recommend this hotel for the price we have paid.

酒店衞生非常乾淨，而且周圍都是商業一條街，食物，百貨都不用擔心，什麼都買得到，奢侈品和香水也有，真的是意想不到的舒服，陽光好的時候風景更是一絕，酒店的早餐是自助的，還可以偶遇貓咪，黑山的貓咪雖然基本上都是野生的，但是都很友好，更好的是還會有人來貼心地問你需不需要咖啡，而且價格比one&only便宜很多，四樓的海景房還有陽台而且都是串在一起的很適合朋友一起出遊，總的來説非常滿意，如果下次去黑山，我還是會去這裏！

Да, это новый отель. Всё новое, никем не тронутое. Большая удобная кровать с хорошим бельем. В номере есть все что, нужно, он просторный, есть французский балкон. Большая ванная с огромной душевой, где очень комфортно мыться. До Порта Монтенегро минут 5-7 ходьбы. Рядом, я бы даже сказал снизу и магазины и продукты и кафе. Но! Есть одно но! Во время нашего пребывания продолжался ремонт! Звук не давал выспаться и находиться в номере с 8:30(9:00) утра до 16:00. Это было невыносимо. Я просил, умолял персонал сделать хоть что-то, потому что я все-таки на отдыхе, но они не сделали ничего. Вообще ничего. Уже при чек-ауте мне зачем-то предложили ужин в качестве компенсации. А до этого вы чем думали? Зачем мне ужин, когда вылет через 2 часа. Персонал, конечно, приветливый, вежливый, но решать проблемы они не умеют.

Amazing hotel and service! Originally we were booked into Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay as online reviews were fairly similar however after numerous issues, both with room and poor service at original hotel, we decided to move to The Chedi and were so happy we did, as experience was night and day difference. From arrival and throughout our stay we felt welcomed and hotel ambiance was great, service was impeccable and friendly from all staff members, and the view from our room was incredible. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip great, we will definitely be returning soon.

Красивый небольшой отель с хорошим расположением и сервисом. Нам бесплатно сделали апгрейд номера в честь моего Дня рождения. А также поздравили десертом 🫶🏻. В отеле есть небольшой СПА. Вечером было здорово погреться в сауне и хамаме, и поплавать в бассейне. Сервис очень доброжелательный, сотрудники говорят на английском и русском. Есть бесплатная парковка 👍🏻.

Fantastic location right on the front. Very helpful front desk and nice breakfast. The issue is the hotel is very old and the rooms really worn out with tired furniture and fittings. Shame. It’s desperately in need of a refurbishment.
