The hotel itself is nice- clean rooms and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pool is good (although very, very deep so not for kids) and the breakfast had a decent selection. The main problem we had was the noise! We were put in a room at the front of the hotel, the noise from the main road was constant and we couldn’t really use the balcony. It also made it difficult to sleep. We were also woken up multiple times by other guests who came in at all hours drunk, shouting, singing and clattering around. So if you’re planning to stay here my advice would be into request a room at the back of the hotel and take ear plugs!

Cependant la chambre n'était pas composé d'un lit double mais de deux lits simples confortable tout de même. Mais le plus embêtant c'est le simple vitrage et les rideaux qui laisse entrer de la lumière. Pour un quatre étoiles et assez surprenant mais le séjour c'est tout de même bien passé et la bienveillance du personnel rajoute vraiment une expérience satisfaisant, merci beau à leurs travaillent quotidien ! Ps : n'hésitez surtout pas à prendre le petit déjeuner, il est sous forme de buffet et ils est vraiment bon! De plus si vous devez prendre l'avion le lendemain avant l'ouverture du buffet vous aurez le droit à un bon pic-nik préparé par eux ☺️

Short leisure trip with my sister. The location was perfect, not too far from the airport and around a slowish stroll of 20 minutes to the centre. We did use taxis on the way back, depending on how many bars we’d found ! Nice sized room, it’s modern, uncluttered and white, big tick. It was still hot, so loved a cheeky dip on the terrace and dry off in the sun. This was a hassle free holiday, perfectly placed for sightseeing and shopping.

Der Service sowie das Essen waren gut für den Preis, reichlich Auswahl und frisch. Die Lage des Hotels ist fast direkt am Strand, jedoch ist es schwierig einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Der Balkon vom Zimmer hat einen seitlichen Meerblick gehabt. Empfehlenswert für einen günstigen Aufenthalt in Arenal.

El personal de recepción es súper amable y simpático, te ayudan o proporcionan la información que necesitas, es lo mejor del hotel. Puedes tener una plancha de ropa dejando una fianza de 20 e que te devuelven el día de salida. Las habitaciones están bastante viejas y huelen como a rancio mezclado con humedad. En el baño hace bastante frío ya que tiene una rendija abierta que da directamente a la calle y no se puede cerra ni tapar. Es una pena porque las habitaciones tienen mucho potencial si se les hiciese una pequeña reforma. Las vistas desde la terraza del hotel son maravillosas al puerto.

Das Zimmer war schön, es gab alles was man gebraucht hat(auch zahnbürste, shampoo…), Bett gemütlich und Heizung/Klimaanlage hat auch funktioniert. Die Dusche könnte etwas sauberer sein. An der Rezeption war der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lage sehr schön, nah am Wasser, schöne Poolanlage. Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt. Und der Flughafen ist auch nicht weit.

Круглосуточная стойка регистрации - отлично, так как самолет задержали и в отель я попал уже далеко после полуночи. Завтрак хороший, овощи, фрукты в разнообразии. На территории бассейн, и пляж тоже был не далеко. Номер большой, просторный, чистый!

Hotel situado en una zona tranquila de Pslma, es necesario contar con transporte para ir a zonas de ocio. Esta frecuentado por turistas ingleses . Aunque es pequeño cuenta con instalaciones como spa, gimnasio piscina y restauración. Todo el personal es agradable y te ayuda en tu estancia.

we stayed here for 6 nights during off season.... we had a two room suite...living room/kitchen and bedroom with bath....the best part of the room was the double patio with views of the ocean from the entire suite...nice location if you want to be close to the beach....about 20 minute walk into old town....it a lot of shops and restaurants open, but still plenty of choices off season...the room was very clean and the staff delightful.... we did not have breakfast ,since we had a kitchen...the indoor hot tub,sauna and steam room were a bonus....unfortunately, the hot tub was way too cold...we really enjoyed our stay😀

I would 100% tell you to AVOID this place. One of the bartenders stole my AirPods whilst I dipped in the pool for no longer than 5 minutes, I knew who had them because I could track them on my phone and once I confronted him him proceeded to run out of the hotel. The manager did nothing to help me and took his side. I then waited for the bartender to turn back up and set the alarm off on the air pods and it went off in the man’s pocket where he was then forced to give them back. And after all of this the manager STILL took the mans side and did nothing for me. Do not go there your belongings WILL be stolen from you.

This is the best place in the world! The receptionist are warm and welcoming. The food was perfection. The beds are extremely comfortable. Every staff paid attention to detail. My favourites where Cesaer and David - this 2 should be a comedy due - hilarious 😂, they made us laugh so much. Every member of their staff are kind, I love it here and I hope to be back again soon.

Tout était parfait. Emplacement de l'hôtel était impeccable. Petit déjeuner varié et excellent. Arrêt de bus à proximité. Aucun regret d'avoir choisi cet établissement. A recommander.

We found the hotel, rooms and dining were all very good. The staff were very helpful and eager to please, especially the very attentive security guard who looked after our bikes in the car park. You can catch a direct bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The only caveat I would have is make sure this hotel is for you. This is, to an extent, a party resort and the hotel reflects this. The guests were predominantly groups of single males, of all ages , with the odd hen party. There was a lot of late night/early morning noise and drunken singing and the bar was often raucous although we never saw any loutish or aggressive behaviour. Just people having a very good time. If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday or romantic getaway I would recommend you consider other hotels.

A good four stars. Hotel close to the airport (taxi 14 euros, no ubers in Mallorca). I was lucky enough to have a terrace room (first floor room) where you walk from your balcony directly onto the terrace overlooking the pool. I reckon these rooms are best unless you're obsessed with a sea view in which case go above 5th floor. Hotel breakfast is good- lots of choice. Also an inexpensive cafe / bar on poolside with very friendly staff. The hotel was peaceful when we were there- slept well and beds pretty comfortable. Very very close to the beach- 3 mins walk - and then you're on the beachfront which has an almost unlimited abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars. One cautionary note about the restaurants nearby - be careful with the reviews many look to be inflated / fake so choose carefully. Lots of mini-supermarkets - the best within 5 mins walk is carrefour express.

Absolutely amazing staff at this hotel. I stayed here last week for 4 night and 5 days with some friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. From the Reception staff, to the room cleaners, the waiters they were all so lovely and friendly and nothing was a problem. Breakfast was amazing and when we ate in the restaurant that was gorgeous too. There was a singer on one night on the terrace which we also thoroughly enjoyed. Special shout outs to a blonde haired lady in Reception who was especially helpful and one waiter ( a lovely man with a shaved head) in particularly who kept our table for us when we went to get sorted in our rooms when the singer was on. (Thursday 25th July.) Really central to access everywhere and added bonus of the Artwork. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.. Lisa, Anna, Jo and Linds.

The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful - exceptional. Hotel is in a great central location. The hotel's restaurant isn't currently open, but there were plenty of local places to get breakfast and meals out. The room was comfortable and very clean (with a fridge which was handy). Soller itself was an ideal base for our walking holiday, with efficient and cheap bus routes out to many destinations.

여기 숙소 강추합니다!!!!!!!! 들어가자마자 와~~~소리가 나왔어요!!!!!! 숙소 갔던 곳 중에 젤 맘에 들었어요 뷰가 끝짱나여!!!! 특히 노을맛집입니다 산꼭대기에 위치한 숙소고 차를 타고 갈때 도로가 엄청 쫍아서 무조건 천천히 달리셔야합니다 이래서 작은차를 빌려야하는 이유가 있나봅니다!!! 조식은 맛이 앖어요! 저녁식사는 예약해야하고 대체로 음식은 맛있었어요! 예약안하고 가면 설국열차에 나오는 암줌마처럼 생기 여직원이 겁나 한숨쉬고 기분나쁜티를 냅니다^^제가 영어를 잘 못하는데 못알아 듣는다고 쿠사리까지 주더라거요^^ 밥먹다 체할뻔했어요 영어를 못한 내가 잘못이겠죠?!! 이점 빼고는 숙소직원분들 모두 사랑스럽고 친절하셨습니다!! 원래 리뷰는 잘안다는데 저처럼 기분나쁠수 있는 상황을 안당했으면 하는 바람에 남겨요!!!

비수기에 가성비짱인 호텔 발견.. 머무는 5일내내 친절한 직원들과 조용하고 여유로운 느낌의 숙소 덕분 힐링했습니다. 수영장이 따뜻한물이 아니여서 아쉬웠지만 스파를 예약하면 무료로 하루에 한번 이용 할 수 있습니다. 시내도 가깝고 바다랑 붙어있는 숙소 여서 여름에 가면 너무나도 더 좋을것 같아요 머무는 내내 행복했습니다

Hotel Eden Nord was perfect for our stay. A large group of us were there and at the Hotel Eden (on the beach). We were minutes from the beach and trolley. Due to being there for a wedding week, we had multiple requests for taxis, directions, places to go, how long will it take to walk from here, and endless requests. The front desk couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. Our room had a seaside view with a balcony. Get the seaside view. It is worth the extra money. There was a refrigerator for my medicine and extra treats and a safe for those valuables. We were a four minute easy walk to the beach where you can enjoy meals, shop, and take the trolley to Soller. (Go there for more shopping.) The breakfast was included in our room purchase. Unless you have other plans, get the breakfast added to your room. It was delicious, fresh right then, and a huge variety. It wasn't just pastry and coffee. They had someone making fresh pancakes, bacon, and eggs anyway you want. They also had amazing fruit and all the fixings the Germans and Swedes love. So good. I highly recommend Hotel Nord. The staff was so professional and nice; the food was tasty (they even serve dinner); and everything was so clean. If you prefer to be right on the beach where the other half of our group was located, try Hotel Eden (check the photos to make sure you are booking into the right place). If you know you are going way in advance - be ready to book on the day after Thanksgiving when they have a 50% off sale for a few hours. Remember, there is a time difference!

This hotel is very nice, clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and for the most, very helpful. The food was also excellent. We were informed that we could not go all inclusive (as the rep said that this was not an offer) but on seeing what I believe to be the all inclusive lunch anyway - dry bread, a few meats and cheeses - it would not have been worth the while. With regards to drinks, I bought mine from the shop along the street and kept them in the fridge! There is also a wonderful baguette shop along the road and the food there was amazing. The downfall was the transfer from the airport - taking an hour and forty minutes instead of twenty five minutes, and driving down the same road at least twice. (TUI) We were in the annexe to the hotel which was disappointing, (up in a lift for three floors, then three left turns, and then another lift for three floors. My mother is aged 95!) and then in my room, I had wires sticking out of the ceiling where the fan should have been. My bathroom expel air did not work at all. My room air conditioning took three days to work. The balcony lights did not work at all. To top it all off, when we got up at 3:30am to leave, we had NO lights at all, and I was told by the lady on reception to use my mobile phone as a torch. Very unhelpful. However, it is a beautiful place and unlike the other end of the area which is like a little Britain and I would have been very upset had we have stayed there instead. Also to mention, beware that when booking through TUI, you have to pay for your seats on the plane, and then on arrival at the hotel you need to pay a community charge - ours came to just under £40.

아파트형 호텔로 주방시설이 있어요, 우선 풀장이 굉장히 잘 되어있어 좋고 해변의 레스토랑의 접근성도 좋아요. 레스토랑 중 아무르? (그 중 가장 고급) 라는 레스토랑은 굳이 다른 레스토랑을 가지 않아도 정말 맛있는 음식과 서비스를 제공해서 아직 기억에 남아요. 방은 크게 좋지 않지만 바다와의 접근성, 주변 환경을 본다면 괜찮은 편입니다 !

Terrible Experience at Hotel Playas del Rey majorca– Avoid! My family and I stayed at Hotel Playas del Rey in Santa Ponsa from August 19th to 25th, and it was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. This hotel is completely rundown, dirty, and in desperate need of renovation. The room we stayed in was filthy—ceiling leaks, broken furniture, and dirty bathrooms were just the start. Pillows and blankets were in terrible condition, and we even found cockroaches in the room. The dust in the room was so bad that it triggered my daughter's asthma, leaving her unwell for the rest of our stay. Despite complaining to the manager, nothing was done to address these issues. On top of the room conditions, basic services were lacking. Towels for the swimming pool had to be paid for, which is ridiculous. The breakfast was included in our booking, but it was an absolute disaster. We had to walk to another road for breakfast, and once there, the selection was terrible. The place was dirty, with only one overwhelmed lady trying to serve everyone. The food options were practically non-existent. To make matters worse, I requested a late checkout and offered to pay for it. The rooms were empty, but the staff still refused, showing a complete lack of customer care. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The positive reviews and photos online are completely misleading. It’s shocking how poorly maintained this hotel is, and how little the staff seems to care about their guests' well-being. Avoid at all costs!
