Parking space is available if you come by car. Clean room & hygienic toilet. Good shower. Comfy bed & pillow. Good wifi. Good lighting & sufficient power points in the room. Few eating shops / restaurants next to the hotel if you want to eat. Breakfast is good & sufficient too. Pricewise, affordable.

Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

Otelin konumu biraz yokuşlu ve otobana yakın, kendi otoparkı yok ama cadde sakin olduğu için sorun olmadı. Otelin içi ve dizaynı çok hoştu sıcacık bir atmosferi var. Biz spayı kullanmadık ama odaları temiz düzenli ve genişti. Ferah bir tasarımı ve kolaylıkları var. Sadece bir yastıkta beyaz lekeler vardı onu kullanmak istemedik. Onun dışında kettle poşet çaylar, su ve granül kahve odamızda bulunuyordu. Sabunları ve tuvaletteki küçük eşyaları çok tatlı düşünülmüş kesinlikle tekrar gelirim. Kahvaltısı tek tip ama yeterliydi

Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise! The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly! The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom. I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future.

The suite was very spacious. There is even a grocery store right under our hotel. The staff is nice and friendly. A washing machine is included in our kitchen, which makes the laundry trip easier.

From checkin to checkout, everything was fine. Delicious breakfast, nice thermal spa. My new favorite hotel in Bursa

Güzel bir oteldi, sadece karton bsrdak olması hoş değildi ve WC ışığının anahtarı zor basılıyordu o yüzden basılmıyor sandık kullanmadık otelden çıkmamızın son saatlerinde fark edene kadar. Onun dışında her şey iyiydi.

Her sene bu zamanlarda düzenli gidiyoruz..geçen sene havuzundan da faydalanmak için biraz uzun kalmıştık..personel son derece ilgili temiz sessiz ve mükemmel bir açık büfe kahvaltısı var.

We had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense. The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place.
