The location is perfect, after or befor sunset and sunrise, we could see excellent landscpe. If you have an energy, you can go to the center by foot and could look the local's life. Specially, the pool is excellent.

When we were leaving the hotel, I said to the very kind doorman that Brix will be one od the key reasons for iur eventual second visit of Trinidad and Tobago. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is outstanding (you can experience reachness of Trinidad cousine). Roof bar is very nice, drinks are very good, food is reasonable, but not to be recomended. Staff is kind and efficient, even for standard of kindest Caribbean country we have visited - Trinidad and Tobago. So, If you chose Port of Spain, Brix is our recomendation.

Location for this hotel is perfect, love the pool area it was very relaxing and food was delicious. Check in was easy and we paid a little extra for a late check out at 3pm.

The entire Staff was friendly and extremely professional. I usually stay here and I am very happy whenever I come. The food is good and I feel very safe here at the hotel. I would definitely return again! The pool and the gym are always clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming here!

I was most proud to have this experience as a resident trini. My birthday was October 8th and my sister in laws (3) one from Houston and 2 from Louisiana decided to spend it here with me. We could not have made a wiser decision. The customer service was excellent and this was all round. Special mention to Maria who made us feel so welcomed when ever we were at Centro. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and bigger than expected so that was a nice surprise. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job...even the hallways smelt nice. Even when mistakes were made (as is bound to happen) they were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The price offered was actually quite reasonable for the period we stayed and the perks such as breakfast included made it even better. I end by saying your biggest advantage is the genuine hospitality of your staff. You guys are hiring the right people. Please keep up the great work and the great standard of care. I will definitely be back.🥰😍

The last time I experienced a curfew was in 1990. How is it, as a hotel guest, who decided to have a late night out, I was unable to get back in to the hotel? I had to sleep in my car when I returned at 3:30am, there was no staff on site and all entrances to the lobby/hotel were locked. This is truly unacceptable. I will take my business elsewhere where security consists of a human and not locked doors.
