Very good, the facilities are a bit old, others are OK, breakfast is good. Room service is also very good, every service staff is very polite. The room card of their hotel is very special, the gorilla, just tracked the mountain gorilla in the volcano park.

This little resort has simple, but comfortable rooms, very friendly service and a good kitchen. In total, they offer very good value for money. The view from the terrace before the rooms on Lake Kivu is superb.

ZZizaiyiOne of the few good hotels, all facilities and services are first class! Hot water bags are also provided at night! It is a waiter in the restaurant who collects money after dinner and the next day found that there is a problem with 20 yuan, which is not understandable! One of the few good hotels with top-notch facilities and services!Hot water bags are also provided at night!However, it's hard to understand why waiter in the restaurant questioned a $20 bill after dinner and came back the next day to say there was an issue with it.

EEMMANUELTrès bel endroit. Lorsque vous êtes dans votre lodge, vue magnifique sur le lac Kivu. Les lodges sont simples mais joliment aménagés. La douche est étroite.
A partir de 18h la nuit noire s'abat sur le site et vous avez le plaisir d'entendre seulement les oiseaux. Très reposant excepté la nuit du jeudi au vendredi car il y a un marché aux bestiaux qui se tient chaque vendredi à 1 km. Toute la nuit on entend les cris des animaux (notamment les porcs) amenés la veille par les éleveurs.
Mention spéciale au personnel très gentil et vraiment serviable. On vous prépare des plats simples mais excellents à petit prix.
Suggestion: ajouter l'option glace aux desserts proposés.
Enfin, une réparation du ponteau pour la baignade serait vraiment nécessaire avant qu'un accident grave n'arrive.
