You'll find every thing what you wanna do here. Love the atmosphere. But regarding the amenities, you won't get tooth brushes, pastes, cotton buds.Sometimes you might get on request. No water bottles kept inside which I found in the night before go to bed. Overall great except these.

The Sheraton Waikiki has the best location. It’s minutes away from a big outlet mall with many food options and has direct access to the beach. The rooms are updated and modern and you have great views of Diamond Head. Many tour groups also depart from the bus depot next to the hotel entrance so that’s also very convenient.

So....got a great rate on Travelzoo voucher for 4 nights. This hotel has been remodeled and is still in process of completing some work in common areas. Starbucks opened when I was there, and Monkeypod will open in the future. Staff was fabulous! No complaints there. I was able to check in early and got a partial ocean view on floor 11. Room was spotless. My only complaint, and it's a big one for me, is the soundproofing. I should say lack of it! Doors are HEAVY and each open and shut on the floor nearby is a shock to the sleeper. Also, the wind whistled and the band and traffic comes right in through slider to balcony. The band stops at 9, so that was no problem, and very nice. But....I hated the door slams and other interior noises. If you are a light sleeper, I don't think you will enjoy yourself. I wore ear plugs. Location is superb! It really can't be beat. Pool is OK. The jacuzzi was kind of icky. One being closed the entire time, the other kind of grey and the one attached to the pool generally full of kids. No jacuzzi for me. Towels and loungers were readily available. No problems there. We did have a problem at restaurant/ bar with what we think was bad turkey or mayo on a club. My grandson and I got sick within a couple hours. Unfortunately for the maintenance staff there was some cleaning up to do in the bathroom. The staff responded immediately and were so nice about it. I cannot thank them enough. However, when I reported this to the restaurant manager in the morning I was not totally happy with his response. All in all, I would stay there again for what I paid for it.

Takes 20secs to the beach.Really tall hotel so you can see sunset over the ocean,staff is SUPER friendly. Building is old like all of them on Waikiki,furniture needs updating,mattress is hard but they give you 4 pillows,asked for our room to be freshened up when came back sheets and duvet cover never got changed.Asked next day to freshen up and left sheets same way.Not sure why,cleaning staff spoke perfect English!Mon&Wed they got farmers market downstairs,outrageous prices a Coconut for $20US, a small cup of fruits for $20US,youll also find bracelets and other junk! Overall it’s affordable and central,we didn’t eat on the resort nor used their spa so can’t recommend!

Another short vacation. Spent 2 nights at the Waikiki Marriott. Generally I like higher floors but this time I got the 8th floor. When I arrived to do an early check in, the computer system was down for maintenance and I had to come back later. Room was clean, first time getting a queen bed with the city view. Usually as a solo traveler I get the double beds for cheaper but none were available this time. Overall didn’t have any major issues. Only minor gripe was the bathroom light wouldn’t always turn on and would flicker and require me to flip it on and off again to work. The AC in the room was also noticeably nosier than the other rooms I stayed at.

The hotel is in the center of Waikiki. A lot of shops and restaurants are nearby.I The beaches are 100 meters away. The famous hotels Moana Surfrider and Hyatt Regency are across the street. Royal Waikiki Center is a beautiful mall nearby. There are a lot of luxury retail stores and restaurants in the mall.

Very central and staff are very accommodating, the only hassle was that I had to wait until 2.30pm after arriving at 5.50am and I was very tired after travelling from Australia. Check in time was 3pm so I do appreciate the half hour earlier check in, next time I will add an extra day. The staff were also very polite from the front desk to housekeeping, a very nice place to stay at Ohia Waikiki Beach indeed.

If you want enjoy Waikiki beach this hotel will be one of best choice. They gave little upgraded room for us and last day they gave concierge room for taking shower and changing clothes after checking out. We should made line for sun beds from 7:30 morning. We can enjoy swimming pool and beach both sides whole day. Very famous Dukes restaurant located lower lobby floor together with swimming pools we can order foods and drinks really easy and live music from the restaurant every 4 pm was making really nice vibes~~

I was nervous to stay here given the reviews and with the current construction I wouldn't have been happy to pay full price (not because of noise/dust, but because the restaurants/spa/bars/etc. are not all up and running!) but I got a nice 30% off deal through the Outrigger website and was happy with what we paid. I chose the oceanfront room knowing I'd get a good view (too many oceanview hotels only offer a glimpse of the water) but never imagined the incredible surprise we got - our room faced directly out to where the lights shine for the manta rays each night so it was like we had our our private manta observation deck! It was unreal! The room was comfy, clean and spacious; the staff were super friendly and helped quickly when our balcony was flooded after a storm, and we loved the morning yoga, mac nut lattes at holoholo market, and the easy self parking (it's really not a long walk). The beach pool was closed for renos but we enjoyed the courtyard pool very much, and the grounds were stunning to walk around in the morning an evening - keep a lookout for goats on the rocks! We were also able to walk to and from Keauhou Bay marina for our night snorkle with the mantas which was super convenient. KTA superstore and L&L BBQ are just down the road for quick eats and the location was perfect for visiting K'au, Kona coffee farms and to get to the airport. Can't wait to stay again when the renovations are complete!

Terrible resort and not worth the money! Do not waste your time and money visiting this resort. Where do I begin. The staff and very unfriendly and not interested when you try to make a complaint. You cannot get a deck chair unless you are down at 0630 - When you pay almost $2000 per night for a room, would expect to be able to get a deck chair. There are far too many rooms for the resort area as the pool area is far too crowded. Can’t get breakfast at the restaurant unless you reserve 30 days in advance. Staff very unfriendly and just laughed at our complaint. Pools are dirty. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room the second day of our stay. There is no form of management at this hotel and the service is shocking. It should be ashamed to call itself a Disney resort.

Spent July 3, 2022-July 5, 2022, we are Kama 'aina's and did not feel the hotel extended any kind of extra Aloha for us locals. Also, very upset when I pre-booked the reservation through a 3rd party and as well paid in full, and on confirmation sheet states that room and everything else PAID ALREADY, WHEN CHECKING IN THERE WILL ONLY BE A BALANCE OF $46 IN TAXES. Well, when I checked in I was told that I would still need to pay $45 a day for the resort fees daily which totalled $85 I still would owe. Parking, I was told by the Front Desk would be $50 a night ( insane )!

The beach pool was closed for renos but we enjoyed the courtyard pool very much, and the grounds were stunning to walk around in the morning an evening - keep a lookout for goats on the rocks! We were also able to walk to and from Keauhou Bay marina for our night snorkle with the mantas which was super convenient. KTA superstore and L&L BBQ are just down the road for quick eats and the location was perfect for visiting K'au, Kona coffee farms and to get to the airport. Hilton brand used to be my hotel of choice. After some very disappointing stays toward the end of Covid I decided I was switching to anything but Hilton. I should have stuck with my commitment. As the previous poster said our room ($350) was very small. The corridors were old and dingy. When I walked into the room I went to look out the window and there was a view of a rooftop, a large dumpster of trash and a delapidated building with graffiti. In fact there are several abandoned buildings surrounding the property so the area isn’t great. They still don’t have daily housekeeping. I have been in Hawaii for 10-days now and my other hotels all had daily cleaning and it was excellent. There is no excuse for Hilton to not being this service back. That is a key reason people like to stay at hotels vs VRBOs. Hilton is putting the savings in their own pocket as their rates haven’t been adjust to reflect the significant reduction in service. Luckily we are only staying one night. The checkin was nice and the agent was friendly. The grounds (toward the water) were nice. I also agree with the other poster as I question why a resort fee at this property. If you get an ocean view room and don’t mind the lack of maid service then you should be ok. Definitely don’t stay in the odd numbered rooms in the ancillary building or you will view the ghetto.

Facailites are pretty old buildings. If you choose this hotel, you have to choose ocean view because of amazing sunset. Location is pretty nice to get to the downtown(?) of kona.

Grounds are well maintained. Lots of unique plants, banyan trees and parking. Staff very receptive to helping. Great foyer.

It was great experience with this hotel. It has a pool and beach in front of the hotel. The staff was very kind and gave us warm welcome. The hotel was old fashion and The water pressure is low in the bathroom.

This is definitely a little older hotel. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staying in the middle of the activities for the volcano park was a great choice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We only got desert at the restaurant but that was really good. There is no TV in the room but we didn't have time for that. Free coffee in the morning and mimosa in the evening.

The best part about this hotel is the view! We had an ocean view room and woke up a few yards off the water. The service here was great. The front desk was very friendly and had great recommendations for local food options. The amenities were helpful especially the dishes so we could prepare basic meals so we didn't have to eat out every meal. The room did have some mold in the shower and on the back of the bathroom door otherwise the room was clean.

Kakitangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu cukup mesra ketika kami tiba, tetapi apabila saya kembali ke hadapan dan bertanya soalan dibuat berasa bodoh - yang saya tidak. 'Sarapan pagi' itu benar-benar sedikit dan agak menyedihkan. Dan hanya boleh mempunyai 3 item? Nampaknya tidak ramai tetamu, jadi saya hairan mengapa lebih banyak usaha tidak boleh dilakukan.

The Condo was in good condition, could’ve used new carpet and paint touch up but despite that very clean!!! The size the condo was perfect and we could see the ocean from the patio doors. The kitchen was well serviced with clean nice dishes. The washer/dryer was a fabulous feature we used!! The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was including and easy to find. Condo was close to Kona Inn shopping and the bypass road used for Hwy 11. Would definitely recommend staying there!!! The guest book in the condo to write your own entry was so fun to read what other guests had done!!
