設施：復古風的裝修，設施很新 衞生：床品毛巾乾淨，有熱水壺並提供瓶裝水 環境：美麗優雅的中庭和格調大堂令人印象深刻；酒店旁邊就是大超市 服務：服務生、前台甚至安保人員都很禮貌、保持微笑。下次來還會選這裏

很美的莊園酒店，房間安排在獨幢別墅裏，我訂的是蜜月套房，獨享二樓和三樓兩層，空間超級大，房間的佈置很有非洲特色，床睡起來很舒服。莊園環境也很好，服務人員很友善。離奈瓦沙湖也很近。

性價比極高，比sopa價格優惠，但是吃的住的明顯要高出半個檔次。酒店整體環境也不錯，佔地面積挺大，午間休息可以溜達會兒

В большинстве комнат две кровати и для нас это было спасением. Бронируйте не раздывывая, отличный отель.

周圍酒吧，噪音特別大

設施：房間距離酒店前台較遠，需要借住酒店的車來回，不過頻次很高，司機態度也都很友善。 環境：無敵湖景房，可以俯覽整個湖區，早上看着日出和雲霧繚繞的湖面，場景還是非常震撼。看到了長頸鹿，火烈鳥，犀牛，斑馬，羚羊，鬣狗等。 特別注意: 酒店在NAKURU 國家公園裡麪，進門還需要近1小時左右的土路車程，谷歌導航的是國家公園大門的位置，注意計算時間。

We had a lovely time at the resort. Come here for a peace of mind and some relaxation. Food was fantastic. We just had an issue with the booking in that what we selected on trip.com was an all inclusive package and on arriving at the resort, the management said they do not offer all inclusive. However, customer support at trip.com was able to give us some credit for the inconvenience and the staff at the resort threw in some drinks for us as well. Overall we had a fab time and would come back again for sure.

Es war absolut zweckmäßig. Pool haben wir nie genutzt. Das Frühstück war nach europäischem Standard sehr schlecht. Die Zimmer mini klein. Die Fenster sind teilweise nach innen wo nur sehr schlecht und wenig Luft lüftet.

I was there with my daughter and we had amazing time. The hotel put us in the wrong room but the hotel changed the room. Thank you trip.com for the compensation. The room was lovely with an excellent view. The service provided by the hotel was excellent. From the Manager to the reception to the guy who carried our bags..... Even at the restaurant where we had our meals. Excellent food too. They had so many activities and the best New Years eve dinner, entertainment and fireworks. We even stayed an extra night. I plan to visit again.
