Extremely convenient location to shops and restaurants. Once you exit the hotel, you're already in the shopping area! The hotel room was clean and amenties were complete. The hotel itself has its own Chinese dimsum restaurant, gym and swimming pool, as well as a coffee/cocktail bar! Definitely worth another stay when visiting Midtown and Joy Manor - too much to see for a one-night stay.

Pengalaman menginap di Hotel Starship adalah baik, dan kanak-kanak menyukainya. Ia mempunyai ruang istirahat VIP, taman permainan kanak-kanak, dan kafetaria kelasi -dalam adalah cekap dan penuh perhatian. Kanak-kanak Bekalan adalah mencukupi dan mempunyai persekitaran yang indah dan perkhidmatannya berada di tempatnya. Persekitarannya sangat bagus. Ia hanya 1 minit dari kapal angkasa dan boleh dilalui terus , infrastruktur dan pengangkutan di sekitarnya sangat lengkap dan mudah, kedai cenderahati boleh mendapat diskaun hebat dengan kad bilik, restoran bufet rasanya sangat enak, bufet sarapan pagi yang kaya dengan pelbagai, nisbah harga/prestasi juga bagus, sangat sesuai untuk ibu bapa dan anak-anak menginap di Hotel!

Very attentive service provided by hotel staff, always allowed me to check in early whenever there is room available. Highly appreciated! Hotel room are fully equipped with amenities, bath room space is spacious with separated wet and dry. Big size and comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again and high recommended to anyone!

因為深夜抵達，訂好房間直接聯繫了管家uki，溝通了房間需求，到酒店時一切都準備好了，非常滿意。但是有個小插曲，外賣小哥讓我們下樓拿外賣，長途奔波實在太累了想讓酒店送上來（酒店有這項服務，而且有送餐機器人），保安讓小哥通知我們聯繫前台，我們跟前台溝通好之後，左等右等沒等到，外賣小哥又來催我們，我們説放保安那兒吧，保安不給放，也不接電話，也不告訴小哥應該放哪兒，也不讓小哥放前台，不知道為什麼跟小哥槓上了，拒不溝通解決問題。我老公有點兒急了要下去看看，我説你別去了我去吧，喊了大堂經理一起。結果大堂經理的態度更讓我迷惑，他説他們沒有及時去取是因為他們剛剛接到電話，對於我的訴求表示明白，説外賣小哥跟保安應該是有些口角。但是沒有教育保安，而是給我上了一課，告訴我應該怎麼去符合酒店標準的訂外賣。我正常下單寫了房間號，最後還被教育了。酒店設施不錯，周邊景色及環境都可以，管家uki也非常好，明明不是她的錯一直表示抱歉。但是最近兩次入住大堂經理、服務人員、保安的服務都不專業，存在跟客人甩臉子、矛盾轉嫁、不提升自身服務而去要求客人的情況。

The hotel is great to reach the theme parks. There's shuttle buses and boats! Love that it's resort style, you've got excellent restaurants, activities and shops to explore. We went with a few families, it was very kid friendly. Tricky for those who don't speak much Mandarin/canto. Not many people speak English.. Translation apps are the way to go. Our room was lovely, large bathroom and comfy beds. But after seeing a suite and comparing our friends last minute booking prices - I definitely think it's worth shopping around. Our Ac was set to full blast.. I know why after we turned it down. The room smelt like old musty carpet. 😵💫 so if you get rm 10122 be ready to crank the AC or leave the balcony door open.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal, on the beach. We had an incident with noise on the first night from two wedding parties and this affected our sleep. The receptionists Hugo and Hestia did a superb job in rectifying the situation by offering us a new room and an upgrade at the same time. Most of the front desk staff speak English, and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. It’s a fantastic hotel for a family. We got wonderful weather and were able to spend plenty of time on the beach even though it was winter.

The hotel was clean, which is the most important thing for me. It was clean and nice but the best thing is that it is closer to everything. Everything is within the walking distance I would say 30 minutes radius , walking, but I wasn’t walking. I was riding, which is also just so cool. Of course you cannot ride at the beach, but you can see the beach, from the hotel and from the hotel to the beach is like two minutes tops and you can also ride if you want to. It’s really an amazing hotel the best thing, is that we wanted to go and explore other places cause our transport was leaving at night. The checkout was a two which is really cool cause normally checkout is at 12. It was a two and they kept our luggage until 8 PM which is really amazing. They are really awesome for that. The price is worth it. 

入住的海景泡池房屬實有點驚艷到了，值得推薦的短途度假酒店 關於房間： 1、房間寬敞，2張1.8m的大床真的超舒服！ 2、自帶陽台和泡池🛀大陽台有桌椅、泡池，可以小酌一下 ，次卧還有個小陽台  關於服務： 前台管家超貼心！會及時響應我的訴求 真的被暖心到了～ 關於環境： 1、來的時候是大晴天，看到的是玻璃海，真的很好看！無濾鏡的美 2、網紅打卡點：峼白餐Bar！拍照超出片 3、一線日落觀賞點🌄在房間就能看落日餘暉 總體來説 ，平日旅遊來這遊玩住宿，非常值得

This hotel is just awesome, I have so much love for this hotel 1) the view is stunning from the room, check in lobby and restaurant. The interior design allow us to have full view of the blue coastal line 2) the Service is Top Notch, all of the staff are so heartwarming, attentive to our needs with great smile and super super helpful 3) during non peak season they offered to upgrade our room to 5th floor and they prepared special decoration for my parents anniversary 4) they provide free breakfast, tea time, cocktails and even photography session is just so thoughtful 5) the restaurant in level 11 the food is just amazing and up to high standard especially their seafood squid ink speghetti chef kiss 6) the cleanliness and the spacious of the room is just wonderful, many plug points and they even provide charging cables and bathtub cover, bath salt and steam eye patch to use during sleep.

What an excellent stay! The room is very beautiful and well decorated, cozy, and have a stunning ocean view. I got in the room and immediately felt at home. Everything is clean, all amenities are in excellent conditions. The bed was sooo comfortable, the pillows are high quality, and the service attitude was wonderful. I went on a business trip and couldn’t stay as much as I wanted, but now knowing this hotel, I’m planing to go back, book the same room and stay more days, enjoy a little holiday, have a longer quality time at this place. Highly recommended!
