Extremely convenient location to shops and restaurants. Once you exit the hotel, you're already in the shopping area! The hotel room was clean and amenties were complete. The hotel itself has its own Chinese dimsum restaurant, gym and swimming pool, as well as a coffee/cocktail bar! Definitely worth another stay when visiting Midtown and Joy Manor - too much to see for a one-night stay.

Pengalaman menginap di Hotel Starship adalah baik, dan kanak-kanak menyukainya. Ia mempunyai ruang istirahat VIP, taman permainan kanak-kanak, dan kafetaria kelasi -dalam adalah cekap dan penuh perhatian. Kanak-kanak Bekalan adalah mencukupi dan mempunyai persekitaran yang indah dan perkhidmatannya berada di tempatnya. Persekitarannya sangat bagus. Ia hanya 1 minit dari kapal angkasa dan boleh dilalui terus , infrastruktur dan pengangkutan di sekitarnya sangat lengkap dan mudah, kedai cenderahati boleh mendapat diskaun hebat dengan kad bilik, restoran bufet rasanya sangat enak, bufet sarapan pagi yang kaya dengan pelbagai, nisbah harga/prestasi juga bagus, sangat sesuai untuk ibu bapa dan anak-anak menginap di Hotel!

A little hard to find if check in at late night due to the public carpark barrier not working and the sign board wasn't so visible. Apart from this, price point is good and overall is spacious for one pax and clean environment. Breakfast has decent basic spread. Hotel reception and breakfast staff are friendly. Overall good for short simple stay. Ah tian was efficient to provide detailed instruction on various check in and to note matters which helps in speedy understanding.

We had a wonderful stay at Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel. I would especially like to commend Linda from the executive floor front desk on the 18th floor. She was extremely professional, warm, and attentive. She kindly upgraded our room to a duplex family suite, which was spacious and perfect for traveling with children. In addition, she arranged a late check-out for us, making our stay even more relaxed and comfortable. Her thoughtful service truly made our experience exceptional and reflects the high standards of the hotel. Many thanks to Linda for her outstanding hospitality. we will definitely choose to stay here again!

This hotel is just awesome, I have so much love for this hotel 1) the view is stunning from the room, check in lobby and restaurant. The interior design allow us to have full view of the blue coastal line 2) the Service is Top Notch, all of the staff are so heartwarming, attentive to our needs with great smile and super super helpful 3) during non peak season they offered to upgrade our room to 5th floor and they prepared special decoration for my parents anniversary 4) they provide free breakfast, tea time, cocktails and even photography session is just so thoughtful 5) the restaurant in level 11 the food is just amazing and up to high standard especially their seafood squid ink speghetti chef kiss 6) the cleanliness and the spacious of the room is just wonderful, many plug points and they even provide charging cables and bathtub cover, bath salt and steam eye patch to use during sleep.

The hotel is very well located next to the beach, which is convenient. The room itself is a bit dated for the price point. But was otherwise spacious and clean. The breakfast is nice with many different options. The hotel also offers free parking with charging options which is very convenient.

This was the best getaway trip I have had in a while. Rooms were very clean and modern. The hotel is right on the beach. Very family friendly. The hotel restaurant has very delicious good. And fresh fish restaurants near by. I love that there are convenient stores near by. All you need is close by. The staff like Phoebe were very friendly and accommodating.

一.好的方面： 1.房間床鋪還是不錯的，比較乾淨整潔， 2.主動服務，外送兩張早餐券值得點贊。 3.洗頭水沐浴露護髮素都是全新的。 二.中規中矩： 1.早餐有豬腸粉，包，麪，橙汁，奶，波波腸，豆漿，油條，橙子，熱水，能吃飽，是否值38塊見仁見智。 2.停車算方便，一樓可能沒位，但負一樓很多位置，不過上電梯得等很久。 3.海景觀景，能正對海面，但前面有兩棟樓擋着了一半的觀景； 4.停車是費用，自己先出去結賬後截圖給前台，通過微信退款； 三.特別不滿意 1.公共設施不便利：整棟房子28樓，衹有兩台小電梯，人多節假日上下樓15-20分鐘，很多時候服務員搞清潔，得跟客户‘搶’電梯； 2.房間設施殘留：花灑頭快掉下來了，水管爛得不行； 3.房間衞生堪憂：廁所沒洗，一堆臟東西，門鎖爛殘生銹，一次性牙刷質量堪憂，很容易刷流血。 4.服務跟不上：廁所很臟，上個客人的一堆屎還沒清乾淨，讓洗廁所沒人來洗，讓提供牙刷，説好了讓人送過來，一直沒送。 5.餐廳客户吃完，清潔比較敷衍，坐着和凳子很多油，沒搽，根本沒辦法坐 6.房間沒有座機電話，想酒店從攜程找了幾個電話都是打了沒人接。

I came for a few days to have a good stay. I enjoyed the location and a quiet room. Only one thing I haven’t expected that my room would be dusty. It’s a bit unpleasant.

This was my second stay at this hotel and will not be my last. The service is excellent from check in (special thank you Barbara) to the entire staff. Our room was facing the ocean and the sound of the waves was soothing. You are near the wonderful Maritime museum and steps from the beach. Overall a great place to stay five stars. I will definitely return.
