The hotel offers luggage storage, which was incredibly convenient, allowing us to head straight to the park. The facilities are excellent, and the hotel's buffet restaurant is fantastic. The bathroom tiles in our room were clean, and the hot water came on quickly and had stable temperature – a really comfortable hot shower after a long day! Both the hardware facilities and soft services were great; I had a very good experience. The room amenities were excellent, and the bedding was comfortable and clean. They even thoughtfully provided slippers and toiletries for children. The hotel also has free and fast Wi-Fi. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful, able to assist with all sorts of requests. Our room was cozy and comfortable, spacious and bright, with complete facilities. It was super convenient to order food via QR code in the room, and delicious hot meals were delivered right to us. The hotel also sells local souvenirs. Parking was free during our stay, and the security guidance was good, plus we saw security guards patrolling, making us feel safe and secure. The hotel exterior is high-end and grand, with a distinctive design, and the lobby is beautifully decorated. The hotel staff were all warm and polite, with smiles on every face we encountered. We will definitely come back again! This kind of family-themed hotel is perfect for families with children.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

The service is equally commendable. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and orderly, with friendly and professional staff. Concierge personnel actively assisted with luggage. Room service was prompt. The express checkout system is easy to use, and the EV charging stations are a great convenience for new energy vehicle owners. These details all reflect the hotel's thoughtful consideration for guests' practical needs.

Every detail exuded quality: the clean, soft bathrobes, perfectly ambient lighting, and the smart control system – everything was designed for ultimate comfort. The dining experience was an absolute highlight! The breakfast selection was unbelievably extensive, from freshly made omelets to local delicacies, every dish was exquisite and delicious. Evenings at the Executive Lounge were particularly delightful; enjoying expertly crafted drinks amidst soft music, overlooking the city as the lights came on, was truly the most luxurious way to unwind during my trip.

The hotel's location is actually quite good, very convenient for getting around. However, we had a bit of ”bad luck” when we arrived: the greenway was closed, and so was the gate leading to the beachfront pool. We had to put our plans to stroll around or relax by the pool on hold. The front desk told me they upgraded my room, but it turned up being in a quite remote corner, taking several minutes to walk there from the elevator. The upside is it's relatively quiet, but the downside is I ended up hitting my daily step count just by getting to and from the room. I guess I traded distance for a nice view, as the scenery outside the window was indeed quite pleasant. Overall, there weren't any major issues with the stay, but if the public areas had been open normally, the experience would have better lived up to the 'resort hotel' expectation.

I was initially debating whether to hire a separate photography studio, but it turns out the hotel offers its own partnered service, which was incredibly easy to book at the front desk. The photographer was very professional; not only did he know all the best spots for great photos around the hotel – from the seaside boardwalk and coconut groves to the European-style building terraces – he was also excellent at guiding our poses, so there was no awkwardness at all. The raw photos looked fantastic, and the retouched versions were incredibly high quality. My WeChat Moments were flooded with people asking for the link! The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. The beach was right downstairs, perfect for stepping onto the sand and enjoying the waves at any time. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety, with seafood, desserts, and Chinese breakfast options all tasting delicious. And the staff's service was thoughtful and attentive; they greeted us with smiles throughout and responded quickly to any requests. Overall, this was a perfect vacation experience, ideal for family trips, romantic getaways, or friends traveling together! The next time I come to Dameisha, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I'm already looking forward to my next round of amazing travel photos!

The hotel is not demanding, but the soundproofing of this apartment is really not average (I asked to clean the opposite room in the morning, each room is separated by plates), and people outside can hear it when they walk, it seems that there is no door, and they are awakened by the sound of the new door opening in the middle of the night. By the way, the sea view room basically can't see the sea, because the tree outside the window is too high, you can see the street and the road. There is also Trip.com members charge two hundred deposits, what is the reason for ordinary guests to charge one hundred? ? ? Praise is because of the habit of commenting... Anyway, if you have requirements for sleep, you must avoid lightning.

The breakfast was surprisingly rich and delicious, making it worth waking up early for. In the evening, I specifically took a taxi to Yantian Night Market to experience the lively local atmosphere. After a satisfying meal, returning to this quiet seaside 'home' and listening to the faint sound of the tide, the switch from bustling energy to tranquility was perfect for solitary reflection. This is probably what attracts me most about this place – it offers both stunning scenery and quality, while also seamlessly connecting you to local life. I'm sure I'll be back again.

Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. The housekeepers, Flora and Holly, provided excellent service; they communicated with us about check-in requirements and other details a day in advance and also extended our check-out time. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, and the rooms, public areas, and beach were all clean and tidy. The hotel is built along the coast, directly facing the Zhuhai Opera House (Sun and Moon Bay), making for fantastic photos.

The room was great, and they provided all the necessary amenities, including earplugs, electric mosquito repellent, disposable towels, and toilet seat covers, making the check-in experience super smooth. The housekeeper's customer service was professional and attentive, responding to all inquiries promptly and kindly. With a sea view right outside the window, it's truly amazing value for money. I will definitely be back!
