The hotel is only 6km from Zhuhai Railway Station and 50km from Zhuhai Jinwan Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. This hotel is located near many of Zhuhai's attractions including Romantic Seaside City Living Room, EasyAir Flight Base (Redang Bay) and Love Post Office (City Living Room Branch). When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. Guests of this Zhuhai hotel can make use of the parking facilities. CCiciciciFive-star rating for the Zhuhai Marriott Hotel! A special shout-out to Winnie Chen, the operator manager! During my stay, I called multiple times to inquire about dining reservations, parking, directions to attractions, and room facilities. Each time, I was greeted by a gentle and polite voice, and her responses were clear and concise. Winnie is very professional; she never brushed off complex requests. Instead, she meticulously coordinated with various departments to handle them quickly, and her response time was incredibly fast. Even with multiple repetitive inquiries, she remained exceptionally patient, and all communication was fluent and appropriate. She perfectly embodies the service standards of a Marriott five-star hotel.
The hotel environment and room amenities were already excellent, but with Winnie's thoughtful and heartwarming service, my overall stay experience was significantly enhanced. This will be my top choice for business trips or holidays in Zhuhai. Thank you, Winnie, for your dedicated service!

AAnonymous UserOur stay in the garden view room was delightful. The elegant decor and soft furnishings created a wonderful ambiance. The room was well-ventilated, with no dampness or strange odors, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The entire resort boasts beautiful scenery; the flamingo viewing area and dolphin pool are perfect for snapping Instagram-worthy photos. The hotel's water park was far less crowded than the one at Ocean Kingdom, making for a much more enjoyable experience. Strolling along the seaside promenade at sunset was simply breathtaking, creating an absolutely magical atmosphere.
The room cleaning standards were impeccable. The floors, windowsills, nightstand crevices, and even the bathroom glass were spotless, free of water stains or hair, and the bathroom had no unpleasant smells. All the bedding was fresh and new, with no stains on the pillows or mattress. The room's private balcony provided excellent ventilation, effectively mitigating any dampness from the sea.
The hotel's yacht shuttle service offered a unique experience, transporting us directly to Ocean Kingdom. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a culinary delight, with surprisingly delicious dishes made from fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly, and their service was prompt and attentive. At the buffet, all tableware was high-temperature sterilized, the food was neatly arranged, and staff were quick to clear table waste. The front desk staff were thorough in their communication, checking in on our stay and promptly resolving any issues. This vacation was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, with thoughtful details showing genuine care.
Our stay was absolutely perfect. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back if I get the chance.

MMan______The room was spacious, and the afternoon tea was exquisite and delicious. Due to the rain, we had the buffet dinner directly at the hotel, and the food was fresh and tasty. Our butler, Holly, added me on WeChat in advance. Since we had two babies, she helped arrange bed rails for us. Her service during our stay was attentive, and she proactively asked about our needs – it was excellent! We'll definitely choose to stay at Angsana again next time we visit Zhuhai.

Impeccable Front Desk Service
A special shout-out to the front desk team, particularly 柳雅琪 for their warm welcome and professional service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a genuine smile. Their local recommendations and helpful attitude made me feel right at home.
The hotel facilities are equally impressive. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and designed with guest comfort in mind. I especially enjoyed the tub which was spotlessly clean and offered a fantastic atmosphere to relax.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay thanks to the perfect combination of excellent service and high-quality amenities. I look forward to returning soon!

JJibixiaoziThe hotel opened in 2015, so some of the facilities are a bit dated, but they're still functional and everything is very clean. The front desk even upgraded us to a Macau sea-view room when we checked in. We had a minor issue with the room during our stay, but the housekeeping department resolved it very quickly and courteously, and they even called afterwards to follow up and apologize, which was excellent service. The hotel's location and environment are also great. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money; it's at least half the price you'd pay in Macau itself.

LLeoaaaaFive-star review for the InterContinental Zhuhai! The hotel boasts direct views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and incredible first-line sea views. The infinity pool is huge, spacious, and bright, making it perfect for swimming and taking photos. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable – truly matching the InterContinental luxury brand standard. It's also super convenient for crossing the border at Gongbei Port, just a 10-minute journey.
What truly stood out during this stay was the consistently excellent service from all staff. I especially want to commend Miya: she has an outstanding demeanor, is gentle and polite, and her service is meticulous, proactive, and perfectly balanced. Communicating with her was a pleasure, and she efficiently helped me with all my check-in needs throughout my stay. Her professionalism was top-notch and added so much warmth to my trip.
From the lobby reception and room maintenance to the public area facilities, you can see the hotel's refined management everywhere. This was a truly hassle-free and comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuhai, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

After checking out, Claire proactively called me for a follow-up, diligently asking about my stay. She carefully noted down the issues I raised and promptly reported them to the manager, sincerely promising that they would optimize and improve. She even thoughtfully offered to help arrange my preferred room for my next stay. Even though she's an intern, her strong sense of responsibility, professional and sincere approach, and her attentiveness to every guest's feedback truly embody the warmth expected of St. Regis butler service.

GGuest UserThe hotel facade is grand and impressive, immediately giving off a sense of luxury. My king room was clean and spacious, making for a wonderfully comfortable stay. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and all the facilities were complete and functioned perfectly. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, which is incredibly convenient for travelers who need to wash clothes. The front desk service was efficient and thoughtful. Overall, the entire hotel experience was fantastic – definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling.

The hotel has a great environment and an excellent location, right across the road from the beach, which is super convenient for taking my little one to play in the sand! The room is clean, the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and parking is very easy. The front desk staff are warm and provide excellent service. Highly recommend!
