Very convenient place, clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful. Shopping area just next to hotel, as well as few restaurants and shopping places.

因為深夜抵達，訂好房間直接聯繫了管家uki，溝通了房間需求，到酒店時一切都準備好了，非常滿意。但是有個小插曲，外賣小哥讓我們下樓拿外賣，長途奔波實在太累了想讓酒店送上來（酒店有這項服務，而且有送餐機器人），保安讓小哥通知我們聯繫前台，我們跟前台溝通好之後，左等右等沒等到，外賣小哥又來催我們，我們説放保安那兒吧，保安不給放，也不接電話，也不告訴小哥應該放哪兒，也不讓小哥放前台，不知道為什麼跟小哥槓上了，拒不溝通解決問題。我老公有點兒急了要下去看看，我説你別去了我去吧，喊了大堂經理一起。結果大堂經理的態度更讓我迷惑，他説他們沒有及時去取是因為他們剛剛接到電話，對於我的訴求表示明白，説外賣小哥跟保安應該是有些口角。但是沒有教育保安，而是給我上了一課，告訴我應該怎麼去符合酒店標準的訂外賣。我正常下單寫了房間號，最後還被教育了。酒店設施不錯，周邊景色及環境都可以，管家uki也非常好，明明不是她的錯一直表示抱歉。但是最近兩次入住大堂經理、服務人員、保安的服務都不專業，存在跟客人甩臉子、矛盾轉嫁、不提升自身服務而去要求客人的情況。

The hotel is very well located next to the beach, which is convenient. The room itself is a bit dated for the price point. But was otherwise spacious and clean. The breakfast is nice with many different options. The hotel also offers free parking with charging options which is very convenient.

Pengalaman menginap di Hotel Starship adalah baik, dan kanak-kanak menyukainya. Ia mempunyai ruang istirahat VIP, taman permainan kanak-kanak, dan kafetaria kelasi -dalam adalah cekap dan penuh perhatian. Kanak-kanak Bekalan adalah mencukupi dan mempunyai persekitaran yang indah dan perkhidmatannya berada di tempatnya. Persekitarannya sangat bagus. Ia hanya 1 minit dari kapal angkasa dan boleh dilalui terus , infrastruktur dan pengangkutan di sekitarnya sangat lengkap dan mudah, kedai cenderahati boleh mendapat diskaun hebat dengan kad bilik, restoran bufet rasanya sangat enak, bufet sarapan pagi yang kaya dengan pelbagai, nisbah harga/prestasi juga bagus, sangat sesuai untuk ibu bapa dan anak-anak menginap di Hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at Le Meridien in PLH. Would we return? Absolutely. The room was huge and perfect for two friends to get space to move around, we both loved the outdoor seating couch, and the bathtub was HUGE! The ONLY downside was the bar/coffee/whatever to call it. I don't want to rate the hotel lower if the ”Illy” coffee area is ru separately, but we were there for the free evening cocktails (which no one at the Illy bar counter could help us understand-one person told us the free drinks were orange juice or martini, and another person told us it was mulled wine, which we did get a TINY pour from the outside person). I think the greater issue is most of the people there were getting the freebie and watching the fire show: they weren't staying in the hotel. We tried to get 2 drinks, and they took FOREVER, and when I finally went back to find out where they were, we were served the (literally) worst two cocktails ever. Like, in the history of mankind. So to stay at such a gorgeous place, yet not be able to order drinks in the evening (free or otherwise) was ridiculous. In the future, we'd save that wasted money and order from ******* and sit on our gorgeous balcony.

It was a great experience, many activities for kids, kids had fun the Service was very good staff was very helpful specially Wendy was very helpful with everything whatever we required she was always there to help, it was a wonderful trip 

This was my second stay at this hotel and will not be my last. The service is excellent from check in (special thank you Barbara) to the entire staff. Our room was facing the ocean and the sound of the waves was soothing. You are near the wonderful Maritime museum and steps from the beach. Overall a great place to stay five stars. I will definitely return.

房間乾淨整潔，空氣對流，能看到海，陽台坐着發發呆挺舒服的，親子入住能洗衣服晾乾。網上辦理入住很方便，小姐姐服務不錯。跨年在陽台就能看到金町灣的免費煙花匯演，很震撼（煙花聲此起彼伏）。樓下很多本地特色美食和飲品，例如杯杯鮮。去金町灣海灘和風帆禮堂衹需要5分鐘。早餐去了老牌正宗汕尾菜粿店，老闆娘和他兒子見我帶着小寶寶和長者家，海鮮粥和腸粉份量都超級大，還送了水煮蛋給寶寶。感覺汕尾人都很熱情樂於分享。

We stayed at the Ramada Zuhait for five nights and were very glad we did. The location opposite the Opera House is perfect, and the hotel is within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and experience. The staff—especially Helen at reception—were wonderful and incredibly helpful. Helen was a pleasure to deal with and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we left with fantastic memories. One small suggestion for management: a little more investment in the hotel gym would be appreciated.
