Hotel Beach di Zhejiang, China

This is probably one of the best places I’ve ever visited! The environment is gorgeous, surrounded by nature and the occasional sounds of beating drums and the cheerful chirps of birds. All staff members were friendly, and always ready to assist, even though we don’t speak the same language. The room was very clean, and equipped with everything needed. There are so many fun things to do and see! The animals are all in very good condition, and I love the balance between being able to step into the animals’ habitats, while still respecting their environment. Breakfast offers a huge variety of delicious food, including Chinese and Western dishes. Furthermore, the travel photography service included with my package, captured beautiful moments! The staff were professional, and timely. The giraffes are absolutely gorgeous and worth the visit! I also received an adorable little toy giraffe upon checking out. 10/10!

nice welcome gift and the staff were very friendly. We had a good view of the water (although the weather was often foggy, not hotel’s fault) and there was a little noise from the construction next door. No convenience stores in the area, but not far from shops by Didi. Would definitely stay again.

Service staff at the hotel is very polite and hospitable. The hotel location offers a fabulous view from the room. The overall room space is big and spacious too. The only minor downside for me is the decor of the hotel is a littled aged and doesn't have nice cozy corners to chill out. The bar within the hotel is also closed and no longer open due to low traffic. However, they have a very nice tea room within the hotel, and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff attending to us. Enjoyed my time savouring and tasting the tea and snacks. There are also nearby restaurants within steps of the hotel that offers good quality of Huzhou food at very reasonable and affordable prices.

Lovely location, we stayed in a room with a Seaview. The view from the balcony was truly beautiful, we ate at the Westin (they offer a breakfast and dinner buffet), they also have a vegetarian restaurant behind the main restaurant area. Definitely recommend this option for meals, the quality is great and the buffet is from 530pm - 9pm. Access buffet tickets through scanning the code, don’t let people trick you into buying tickets at higher prices, ask for the QR code/ mini program to buy meal vouchers. We were tricked into buying meal vouchers through the hotel as we arrived for a slightly higher price. Then soon learnt that you can buy them for cheaper on their mini program! Beach access - locals need to show ID and pay 10rmb. Although we had mostly cloudy days, the environment is very comfortable and the food from the Westin was delicious.

Great hotel for family with children. All the amenities are of good quality. Only problem is that they close the amenities without prior notice. We used pool and gym everyday. But, last day of our stay we paid for late check out because my little boy wanted to enjoy swimming pool in the daytime before leaving, only to find out later that the pool is closed that day (they did not tell us anything when we went to the swimming pool day before ).

The Westin in Zhoushan is a very large resort style property. We had a warm welcome from the front desk staff named Franky. He explained to us details about the hotel and how to visit the beach. The room was large and clean. Housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning it and bringing extra water and towels for our children. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast food. Most of the food was bland and lacked a true western style breakfast. The coffee tasted bad and some of the food items were empty. The service in the café was fine, no complaints about the service. I recommend this hotel to someone wanting a weekend getaway. There are many local seafood restaurants next to the hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel in Zhoushan, and it was an unforgettable experience. Being steps away from the beach allowed me to enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets. The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates. The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach. As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence. Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan.
